Fresh, fluffy and delicious. Bought 3 dozen assorted as a send of to my gym friends. The dozen prices are least expensive - regular doughnuts, all the way up to apple fritters and the like. Drinks and breakfast sandwiches on offer too. If you just pop in for doughnuts, I placed my order and was on my way in under 3 minutes. Tried the original glazed. Twice the rise on the dough than other places. Glaze perfectly sweet. Recipe has a hint of what I want to say is vanilla. Loved every bite. Friend had the Boston crème. Noted that it was a whipped filling instead of a custard. Support local. Wonderful little shop Set up for mostly pick ups.

TLDR: All the donuts we tried were good - The old fashioned was by far the best! After yoga, I decided to stop here for coffee and a donut. The shop is located in a plaza with a decent sized parking lot. Two employees were working behind the counter. They greeted me and took my order. I decided on an iced horchata latte and four donuts (cinnamon sugar, chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, chocolate old fashioned, and French cruller. All were good, but the old fashioned was the best. The horchata latte was different yet still good. The prices and portions are reasonable. Go early if you want the best selection. The donuts are homemade and once they run out for the day they don't make more (great for reducing food waste). I arrived around 12 pm on a Sunday. They still had ample donuts to choose from, but they did run out of multiple types. I do wish the donuts were packaged in a box rather than paper bags. They may do this to keep the cost down. If you order a dozen, then the donuts are packaged in a box. Even in the bag they did not get damaged on my drive home. Overall, I had a positive experience here and recommend this donut shop to others!

Driving the country recently and randomly found this GEM. Coming from NY I REALLY love their prices lol Got the custard with chocolate (we call it a Boston cream), iced jelly (perfect raspberry), and classic chocolate spinkles. My 4 year old approves and so do we! Definitely the softest and most moist we've had in a very long time. I highly recommend it to anyone near by. (Jelly was the favorite)

What a delicious donut shop! The owner is absolutely wonderful and welcoming! Recommended some donuts to me and they were all delicious. She has cake donuts, old fashioned, classic glazed, fritters, and so much more! I have an addiction to blueberry donuts and hers did not disappoint! The cake was perfect and the blueberries a perfect balance. I grabbed 4 of those suckers and took them home. There was not a single donut I did not enjoy. If you want to support a local business this is the spot you have to visit!

My brother has been raving about these donuts that kick Krispy Kreme to the curb so we had to stop by and check it out. The shop is bright, clean, and very welcoming. They have a great selection and we ordered coffee and a dozen of glazed with a few chocolate frosted ones with sprinkles for the kiddos. They were soft, fluffy, and not as sweet as the usual donut which was the perfect way to help feel good about something so bad. After eating them, I didn't get that usual "lag" feeling that I would have after eating other donuts. My guess would be that the balance of sugar ratio didn't get me a sugar high which also comes with the sugar crash, if you know what I mean. So all in all, I would definitely prefer coming here for donuts because not only are they delicious, they taste healthier, and the shops pretty cool too.

It instantly reminded me of the famous Britt's Donuts in Carolina Beach, light, fluffy, perfectly sweet, and dangerously easy to eat more than one. That comparison alone should tell you how good they are. The best perk/deal is their Rainy Day Dozen. If it's raining, you can grab 50% off an original glazed dozen, which somehow makes a gloomy day feel like a celebration. It's a great deal and a very on-brand and community-focused. Everything feels fresh, well-made, and genuinely cared for. Whether you're stopping in for a single donut or taking advantage of the rainy-day deal, Bright Spot consistently delivers. The donuts looked great on display when you walk in, but unfortunately my experience with the service was disappointing. I ordered a crème brûlée donut and noticed one had a visible finger imprint, as though it had been picked up and put back. There were several other fresh donuts available, so I was surprised it wasn't replaced with a better looking donut. The display case was quite full despite it being later in the day, which made the situation even more frustrating. We ordered a glazed donut, crème brûlée donut, and a Dubai chocolate donut. Unfortunately, none of the donuts lived up to expectations. All three were served cold, the crème brûlée tasted less than fresh and the Dubai chocolate was noticeably dry. I also felt like the Dubai chocolate was overpriced at $7 given the quality. Overall I left disappointed. While the donuts look appealing, the service and quality didn't match the hype, and I don't see myself returning.

I popped in on a Saturday around 12 noon, and although there was a bit of a wait (not surprising given the weekend crowd), the smell of warm cinnamon sugar in the air made it feel like a treat worth waiting for. I ordered a vanilla with sprinkles, a classic glazed, and 10 cinnamon sugar donut holes. For me, the cinnamon sugar flavor was the clear winner. Little bites of joy, I tell ya!!! The vanilla and glazed were fine, but in hindsight, I wish I'd been a little more adventurous. Duck Donuts has a fun variety of unique flavors like maple bacon, blueberry pancake, or peanut butter drizzle. That creativity is what really makes the place stand out. My son, who is firmly Team Dunkin' and not at all a Krispy Kreme fan didn't love Duck Donuts--he's just not a fan of soft, warm donuts. As someone who usually prefers a good Krispy Kreme, I have to say this was a very different donut experience--more homemade flavor and less sweetness. The vibe was relaxed. A few families were dining inside, a couple folks were enjoying the patio, and the pickup counter stayed busy. It's not the kind of place I'd visit weekly (I'm not a donut junkie), but I'd absolutely come back to surprise a donut-loving friend.
