Ok. I've been here 3 years now and finally went. Did not love them. The donuts were way too hot. The icing just melts off. There is a difference between fresh and warm. Since I have never been to Duck Donuts, the gentleman at the counter was very kind in explaining the options. A half dozen donuts were about $9 and you get a number and wait after you pay. We only waited a minute or two and were handed a hot box of fresh donuts. Social distancing is in place and everyone was wearing masks. When I had the donut at home, the soft, warm, melt-in-your mouth flavor was still fresh and the 6 donuts did not last long. It was still really good and was topped with cinnamon and icing. I also chose the strawberry lemonade donut which is a little sweeter than the cinnamon bun but still good.
