Still delicious! I tried the Dubai chocolate bundlet and it was magical. I will say that it's better if you heat it up in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds so the pistachio creme in the middle can soften a little; otherwise it's just a hard lump. The chocolate ganache is rich, the cake is moist, and the pistachio creme is crunchy and nutty flavored. So far this is my absolute favorite flavor. read more

My mom had never been to NBC. Seeing a buy two get one free coupon in my email, I treated her and family to their first bundt. The store was a little busy, but we were greeted right away. I wasn't rushed to order while my mom looked at the flavors. We chose one lemon and two lemon blueberry bundts. I had one issue with the service. I almost walked out of the store until I realized my mom's hands were empty. I turned around and asked about the bundts. The guy who rung me up apologized and then put the three bundts on the counter and then asked if I needed a bag. The cake doesn't last beyond two days without losing moisture, so if you don't have a huge family freeze it until you're interested in eating it. This is what I did. My red velvet was very fresh like I just got it. Freezing and unthawing when ready to eat was amazing. I wasn't a huge fan of the carrot this go. Delicious, moist cakes but why do they only have one frosting option available?? With how many locations they have I would have expected at least one other frosting option. Unfortunately not. No matter what cake you choose, you will only have cream cheese icing on top. Cream cheese icing works for some cakes but not all of them. I have resorted to scrapping off the frosting so that it does not ruin the flavor of the cake. I have tried a variety of their cakes and always enjoyed the cake itself. The recipes are standard so you know what to expect. The employees are welcoming, efficient, and patient. The cakes are well stocked and ready for purchase. Ample parking is available in the plaza. I visit NBC multiple times every year. The flavor is spectacular and the assortment is always wide. They specialize in the bundt shape cake with a signature cream cheese icing that goes on nearly all cakes. They also have a nice selection of unique serving ware and cake accessories, pretty spectacular birthday candles and such. One of my friends put me onto Nothing Bundt Cakes a few months ago, and I absolutely love them. The cakes themselves are moist and delicious and the cream cheese frosting is everything! I love that you can either get a cake (8" which serves 8-10 or 10" which serve s 18-20), you can get cute little bubdtlets (mini bundt cakes...so good), or bundtinis (bite-sized). I always get the 10" although I could probably get away with the 8" - but who doesn't love leftover cake?! They come in a variety of flavors: chocolate chocolate chip, classic vanilla, white chocolate raspberry, confetti, red velvet, carrot, lemon, marble, pecan praline, or strawberries and cream. I love the red velvet, marble, and lemon. Yum! I don't think you can go wrong with any flavor. I've been to this location twice to pick-up orders. This particular location is small and quaint. It's super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I love the ease with which you can order quickly and smoothly online. If you see all there reviews and are just as close to another store do yourself a favor and avoid this headache. I do not want to see calorie (or fat) data on these little babies. You can taste the buttery goodness in every bite. I got the white choc cake with vanilla buttercream and my daughter got the vanilla with raspberry cake with vanilla buttercream. At first glance you will think - "gee, not much icing". Well.......think again !!! These babies are DA BOMB !!! We now call them "crack cakes". Super sweet, rich and luscious. We heard that the chocolate cakes are good too.
