Very bad! My husband and I went here last weekend. He ordered the steak breakfast and I ordered a veggie omelet. Ummm...are eggs suppose to taste like the dried stuff in the corner of your mouth mixed with cardboard? IDK... My husband's steak looked like it was frozen and then thawed. It had that grainy look, and seemed to have been thawed and frozen repeat several times. Very gross!! Not the breakfast we had intended on having early Sunday morning. We walked out having only taken 2 bites each of our food. We ordered drinks as well, and paid the $6 for 2 tiny drinks, which the owner should have given us for free after such terrible food. Many times the chain stores get less than 5* but they're exactly what they should be, this one needs a bit of refurbishing. (carpets, walls, employees). We will return if we really have a want for IHOP, but most of the reviews are accurate. The smell, is not really pleasant. Service can be slow (when it's busy and when it's empty). Seems like it's consistently understaffed or at the bare minimum to survive. Last time I was there I heard two other tables send food back for various reasons. read more

Very disappointed with this place. Restaurant is half full with plenty of available tables. Waited almost 10 minutes to get checked in, (no even a good morning) by host. A good, reliable place to grab a meal. I'll be honest, I've only ever ordered breakfast food from here, but my family members have ordered lunch/dinner and have been pretty satisfied with it. Their chocolate chip pancakes and strawberry cheesecake pancakes are pretty delicious and the price is really reasonable, too. I always leave totally full, usually with leftovers. I have a love-hate relationship with this Ihop. The occasional few times I've eaten from here (I always get it to-go so that I can eat with my family), I have either had to call the manager to tell her what was wrong with the food - I have only asked for a remake once - I always just ask her to let the cooks know that I found an eggshell in my eggs, or the sausage was undercooked, for the sake of other customers. I never ask for anything free or any sort of compensation. And you would think that I learn from consistent past mistakes. I ordered today, and granted, it was Saturday so I understand it was busy. But honestly, I'd rather they take longer cooking my food than rush through and hinder the quality. But then again, I'm pretty sure they care more about patrons actually eating there, hence the reason why my orders keep getting messed up. Stuffed French Toast combo with no meat and extra side of eggs - The French toast itself was delicious, and the scrambled eggs and hash browns were fine. But the extra eggs I ordered, sunny side up, had a layer of raw white surrounding the yolk. Do people actually eat their eggs like that? I wasn't aware that you now had to ask for your eggs well done. The chicken Florentine crepes tasted strange. I've had them before, so I thought maybe it was pregnancy hormones that was making them taste different. But I had my sister try it and she agreed that they tasted... strange. I couldn't even finish one. My sister's garden crepes were just fine, according to her. Chocolate chip pancakes - Alright. This is always what my sister orders, and it's an issue every. Single. Time. They are CHOCOLATE CHIP pancakes. But whenever these are ordered, I'll find maybe... 7 chocolate chips on the BOTTOM of the pancake towards the middle. I have only asked them to remake this once, when my sister was pregnant and craving them, and they were remade to perfection, so I know that they are perfectly capable of making chocolate chip pancakes that, you know, actually have chocolate chips in them. My sister and I don't like syrup, that's why we always get pancakes that don't require syrup, like this. But without the chocolate chips, they are dry. And I have to add, this is the ONLY location I have this issue with. I have also gotten food poisoning from something I ate here once. I am not a picky person, and I'm actually quite easy to please. But I find that I am running into the same issues repeatedly at this location. It's a shame because everyone here is so nice, but it's also a shame that the food doesn't reflect the care they put into customer service. The smell right when you walk in is horrendous! When we finally got seated, we understood that our Server would take longer because we didn't want to sit in a section right next to the front where the smell lingered, but when he was taking orders from other patrons who were seated after us, that was the last straw. I'm so frustrated with this location. I called in the order and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes. Cool. I show up 15 minutes after the end of the phone call only to be told that they never received my order. After showing them my phone log one employee tells me that they did receive my order but no one put it in the system so they hadn't started on it. So I had to wait at the location for them to cook my food, not like I was in a hurry or anything. They didn't even offer an apology, just told me to wait. This IHOP has been recently remodeled and is quite pleasant. In addition to the standards that have been around forever, IHOP keeps adding new items to the menu. Right now there are a number of new chicken and pancake or waffles specials. Also available are churro, cannoli, and Tres Leches pancakes, and, of course, a gazillion egg dishes. Most ihops are blue but its not that bad :) not their fault :) but the silverware was dirty and looked like it hasn't been washed so we had to ask for some other ones . We went when they were doing the .59 cent stack of pancakes so they were busy we ordered 3 stack of pancakes and a sampler platter the waiter didn't ask if we wanted as meal or appetizers we also ordered chicken sand with fries 2 of the stacks came out so I gave them to my daughters after about 5 minutes the sampler platter came then after 10 minutes I finally started looking for our waiter he must have spotted us looking for him because he took off for the food window came back with chicken sandwich which had fruit on it not fries and I told him we were also missing a stack of pancakes so I had to try to eat as fast as I could because the kids were finished so not a really good experience for us read more

I really liked coming here but today was the worst service of all! Anthony, our "waiter" was terrible! He was a Smart a$$ and rude! After we chose our drinks we ordered a kids meal in the mean time which took a while to come out, not a biggie! When we ordered our food, we waited and waited and he didn't even come to ask if we needed anything. We had no coffee, no creamer, no food and what was worse was that he didn't even even come by to say they were short staffed in the kitchen until we stopped him to ask! When I asked, his response was rude and only said that they don't let him know how long it will be and that it has been taking an hour! In any other restaurant the waiter comes to apologize and lets their customers know the situation, but no, this guy did none of that! My wife told me last night, that today would be "National Pancake Day." Woo hoo... . I really didn't care I'd I had "free" pancakes or not, but she didn't want to cook and I hadn't been to iHop for years...now I know why! Of course, we ordered the "free pancakes, plus drinks and a few eggs. The wait had been short, considering it was dinner time and the waiter was great all around...a hard worker. I had finished about half of the pancakes, when all of a sudden, I felt something sharp in my mouth. I removed it and it was about one inch long and sharp on both ends. It could have been a toenail, as it has the consistency of one, but it also could have been plastic, as there was a hair like protrusion on one side of it, unlike one would find on a toenail. My wife called a waiter over and asked for the manager. She showed up and looked at it with me and she put it in her hand...which surprised me...she must have been a mother. Anyway, she said she was sure it was a piece of plastic from the containers the pancake batter comes in. She did apologize profusely and said she would not charge for my two eggs... when she was gone adjusting the check, I had found another one! She didn't know what to say and was very apologetic. I wanted to have her not charge us for anything, but I didn't have to ask, as she offered that immediately. While the service was very good and we really had no other complaints, instead of free pancakes, I would have rather paid for the pancakes and had them plastic free! I could have choked on these darn shards. I should have dissected the rest of the pancakes, to see what other surprises were inside, but just left them. When we left, our waiter didn't have a clue what had happened, as his manager hadn't said anything to him, so we clued him in, that we weren't leaving without paying and that the manager has comped the meal... Four family members just returned from dinner at IHOP. I was one of the four. We arrived at this restaurant soon after 3 large groups were seated and we warned it might be a little wait as she was the only waitress. We agreed to wait and we seated in about 10 minutes. The waitress immediately asked for our beverage order and brought them soon after. After about another 10-15 minutes we she took our orders an the food was brought to us soon after. By this time we needed a few additional things for the table. This waitress was so busy and was one of the most pleasant workers ever. ( Between the time we arrived and were seated 3 more families arrived.) She never showed stress, never failed to keep checking on us. Amazing service. And the food was perfect so salute to the cook who was just as busy. This review is mainly for our fabulous rockstar of a waitress, Amber! It was only her 3rd day of work and she did an absolute wonderful job. Our drinks were always filled and everything we ordered was out on the table in no time at all! She was very attentive, friendly, had a great attitude, and always had a smile on her face. We were very tired from a long night of work the night before, so to be waited on and have such a great waitress just made our experience here at this IHOP, spectacular! Our food was satisfactory as you would imagine at a middle grade restaurant and the coffee was surprisingly good! If we return to IHOP, we will most definitely drive to this location and ask to be seated in Amber's section! Ask for Amber and leave a good tip! You won't be disappointed!! read more

For a chain I think the service is wonderful. Very attentive, didn't come by too often but just often enough to see if you had everything you needed. We used a 2 for 1 coupon so well worth our effort. I would go back again..if not just for the fast, friendly service. I also think the food is pretty good..the turkey bacon is particularly good. If you want a good filling and affordable breakfast this is the place. I like the fact they have the calories listed for all items. It has helped me make better choices when ordering. read more
