Well as you can see we tore up the food and didn't realize to take pictures until the end. The beast was juicy and tender and finger licking good with a side of tater tots. The chicken sliders where also delicious with a side of fries. We walked into a Rams and some other team that wasn't as important because they lost lol. And the it was lively. The Rams came up after being 3 points down with less than a minute to go. It was pretty thrilling to see it play out. Anyways the service was great the only down side (for someone who hasn't been to the bar in a LONG while) is that you do need to go to the register and order but they bring you the food. Love that there's a rotation of 24 taps. Always something new when I come in. There's always something that you're going to enjoy. Food is shareable and more than enough for the price. The wings are great. They have different options for flavor and multiple choices of sauces. All very tasty. Lumpia is tasty. I don't know any other places that serve it that isn't a Filipino restaurant. I've tried their burger and the patties are juicy. Surprisingly the classic caesar is my favorite. The service is great. While no A/C, it can get warm here but ample seating plus an outdoor patio for when the weather is nice. Came here with my son for a late lunch. We were one of the first guests and took a seat at a high table inside. Few things to note: - This isn't a full service establishment. You order at the bar. They give you a number. The back of house will bring your food order to you. - Extra plates and silverware are also at the bar. Only napkins, salt and pepper are at the tables. - Water is in a big container right at the entrance and in the sun. Because we were there right when they opened, the water wasn't warm but our plastic cups were. It's self serve. - When ordering beer, cider or sours, make sure to say the number and not the brewery. Their beer menu is on TV displays above the bar. The front is a garage door, so it gives a nice open feel. Inside has a chill, clean vibe. The food is surprisingly good for "bar food." They give generous portions and the ingredients are quite fresh! This day my son ordered the simple cheeseburger with fries and I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and a passion fruit sour. We really enjoyed everything we ordered! I'm not big on beer but they had at least 24 on tap including a couple ciders and sours. They also have red and white wine at a reasonable price per glass. The service is at a minimum. The guy behind the bar wasn't exactly friendly but also wasn't rude or cold. There were a number of regulars, I could tell. The service was outstanding and the 2 girls behind the bar were really nice and very informative about the beer. Their kitchen staff did an amazing job on the food. Food was cooked to perfection and came out quick. You can tell that the kitchen staff and servers are the heartbeat of this restaraunt. They are really on top of things despite of how busy it gets. They have background music and tv''s playing the game. Overall a really great vibe. As a Filipino/Mexican American I love the fact that it's a Filipino/Black owned family business. I was passing through Concord when I stumbled upon this place. It is in an older strip mall and a bit hidden but it was worth looking for. They have 24 craft beers on tap and more in can that can go home with you. They have a nice bar menu, i i selected the bacon blu burger with French fries. It was very good. I love that they were dog friendly, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. They have an extensive menu with a variety of different small plates from all different flavors and cuisines. We were in a mood to munch so we decided to do some chicken tenders, cheese curds, tater tots and lumpia. It was definitely comfort food and calories did not count. But even better was there array of beers - I absolutely loved a vanilla peach sour that they had on tap. My husband was thrilled to see that they had a nice variety of Amber and red ales, as these are often hard to find. After waiting to be served (borderline intentionally ignored) A glass of wine was ordered (skimpy) A request for a reasonable glass was politely suggested, this turned into what looked like a science experiment as he swished wine between 2 glasses to eventually produce a reasonable glass. I decided to take a photo of this bar-tender to make sure he achieved his YELP fame. He slightly changed his tune after his photography session. ***The owner recently passed (RIP)*** The son who took over is definitely in over his head. We came into the Concord Tap House this afternoon for some brunch. We really liked our barkeep-it was great to sample a few things before making the commitments to our drinks. I enjoyed these masterpieces on tap: #15 Ex Novo Cactus Wins the Lottery-this prickly pear gose was delightful. #8 Cooperage Judas Cradle- this Pilsner was tart and light, which went well with the food. #23 Tapped Apple Mango-dessert. This was sweet and a great way to close our tab. We chose a table close to the bar and it was super easy to get more beers as we wanted, and we got to get to know the bartenders beer recommendations a bit more. We liked being able to see all the beers in the fridge as well as on tap. Lumpia-the fresh veggies were encased in a perfectly fried wrapper. For something fried, this tasted fresh, crisp and clean. Pork Rinds-these came with a grilled lemon wedge. When we squeezed it on the rinds, all you could hear was sizzling and crackling. So perfect. I liked it with the hot sauce they provided too! Chicken pesto wrap-this wrap was the best! I loved the peppercinis with the pesto. It made the basil pop, and the chicken was perfectly grilled. The fries this came with were awesome. I loved their shape and texture-the perfect cross of a wedge, but with the flavor and crispyness of a chip. Our chef was a sweetheart-she was regularly checking on us and making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. We had good beer, good food served to us by wonderful people. We were very happy here. We had a great time. It was great food and brew to start a great day! read more

This is a sad update because this spot has been a favorite of ours, especially during Covid, but the place has gone so far downhill that I won't be coming back. Apparently there has been a change in ownership. Every time I've visited recently both the tables & menus are sticky; it's disgusting. Does anyone ever actually wipe anything down? Then, we ordered the loaded fries recently that were supposed to have cheese on them but this cheese was brown & lumpy. What kind of cheese is brown & lumpy? It tasted disgusting & I couldn't eat it. The last straw came when we visited this past Friday & when I ordered the catfish sandwich I was informed it was off the menu, along with the naan wrap and the portabella sandwich. Do you have anything left on the menu for vegetarians/ pescatarians, I asked? The bartender rattled off a couple of salads. Rule #1 of a beer joint: people want salty carbs with their beer, NOT salads, & yes that's also true of vegetarians. Apparently the new proprietors have no idea how much consistency matters to a customer base or how much they're alienating long-time fans. Sure, they continue to have an excellent tap list but I can get that elsewhere at more than a few nearby locations. What this place had going for it was the food/beer combo, but sadly no more. This place could be so much more. A bit disappointing in the location. In the parking lot is the outside seating. I know Covid created this new experience but I was not impressed at all. Dogs are allowed outside since food is served on the premises. The food is tasty but very salty. We had the chicken Caesar wrap and Onion Rings. Large portions so I suggest sharing. My first visit here and man oh man did I love this place. I'm always driving by but never stopped by because I didn't know they had a variety of food on the menu. The first thing I noticed about this place is the outdoor seating the closer I got I realized they had indoor seating but with the rollup door open so you can get that nice warm or cool breeze blowing on you while enjoying a beer. The place is really clean inside and has lots of seating areas both at the bar and tables. They have a few people working so it wasn't like you had to wait but the again I went during the day on a Sunday. They have a large amount of different types of beers from wheat to ales, etc. The bear I had was one of the blondes the guy suggested and I kid you not only half way drinking it I was pretty buzzed lol. I ordered the chicken appetizer which is huge it came with lumpia, egg rolls, wings, tater tots and these other things that had corn inside like a tater tot. Thinking maybe I should order the sliders since they were highly rated, lol I had so much food and all of it was good.
