Prices are kind of high but sometimes they offer promotions on their website. Best storage place I've seen. No 24 hour access but that's ok. I don't see myself going to my storage unit at 1am anyhow. Everything is clean, well kept and super safe. Free wifi, water, office area and nice staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

I chose I-5 Storage because they had the right size unit for me at a good rate. They have handy carts, free of charge, that enable efficient moving of items from vehicle to unit. All you have to do is check them out. Also, the unit is clean, secure, and in a safe location. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. Wish the office hours were open earlier to check out the carts, but at least the gate access is early. It is very nice that there is a bathroom and water in the office for customer use. read more

I have had different storage units and this place is great! Nick the manager is so helpful and always very professional . I would suggest for him to get help because sometimes I do wait a bit when I need help. I think the prices are reasonable and security is good too. The place stays clean., read more

Yeah, it's brand-new, fancy and has cameras, etc. If you're looking to store an RV, the smallest they have is 30' spaces and they're $169/mo! I was looking for a 24' and competitors are around $100/mo for that size. read more

Of all the storage facilities I've used - and there have been many - this is certainly the best. The property is clean, well lit, and easy to navigate. I've had an amazing experience with their staff, all of whom have been truly helpful. If I had any complaint, I wish they stayed open an hour later, however I've grown used to the hours, and it hasn't really presented a problem for me. All in all, I'd recommend them highly. read more

This place is clean, with friendly people who work there and easy to move your stuff in or out. We have had our stuff in storage a lot and this is by far the best storage facility we have been too. They have pest control too if it is ever needed, which is huge because not all facilities care if there are rodents, cockroaches or spiders. Very safe and secure. They have auto pay too so you don't have to remember to pay them every month. I am so happy we found this place!! read more

My fiancé and I needed a place to store our stuff and had never used a storage unit before. We were very happy to find I-5 storage using the helpful yelp reviews and wanted to add our experience too. The staff was extremely helpful both over the phone answering all our questions and in person showing us the unit and getting all the paperwork completed. They helped us determine the necessary insurance for the unit and helped to set up automatic payments to make our lives easier. They were very upfront, friendly, and professional. They tried to get us a unit as close to the elevator as possible to decrease the amount of work we had to do, which was extremely thoughtful. The facility was very clean and had good security. We are very happy with our decision to go with I-5 storage. read more

This is what I expected for a full service storage facility. Secure, clean and organized along with extras for their customers. Extras like free Wi-Fi, available conference room, package acceptance and free moving truck. I've used other storage facilities (old and not well maintained) and they don't compare. I grew up in a service business and I-5 customer service is excellent. read more

Needed to find a storage place for all our stuff Found I5- storage on yelp. Based on the reviews on yelp we checked it out. Was greeted immediately by Tim. Introduced us to Tina who walked us through the unit, explained in details how pricing works and codes and what not. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and not off putting. This place is really nice! My initial thoughts on storage units I think dirty old and smelly. This place is completely opposite of what my thoughts were!! It's gated! Has surveillance cameras everywhere. And it's month to month!!! read more

I'm a firm believer in great customer service and this storage excelled in this area. We recieved great customer service from the staff at the front desk all the way to the owner. The prices were a little high but they were willing bring the prices down with the yelp offers. The location is very convenient and the facility is nice and clean. Also, appreciated the moving truck they let us use to store our belongings. That saved us at least $50 from the local u-haul. read more

I am so impressed with this place! This is my first experience at a storage facility and it couldn't have gone smoother. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with clean, modern décor. I feel like the owner really thought of all the little details to make the place look inviting. Someone acknowledge my presence and told me he would be with me in five minutes. I appreciated that. Then, Tina took over and showed me the space that was promised over the phone- first floor and near the entrance. They provide one day truck rental as well. Tina was super friendly and answered all my questions patiently. The whole transaction was super easy which surprised me. I would definitely recommend I-5 storage to anyone in the area looking for storage space. Thanks Tina! read more

The people at the Tustin I-5 Self Storage location are the best. They provided top-notch service and information even when I was still deciding whether or not to rent storage spaces, and then went above and beyond with their help after I signed with them. During my move-in, they even stopped by my remote unit three times to check on me to see if there was anything they could do to help. Their price was also great: half off for six months. If you need to rent a storage space, you don't need to look anywhere else. I-54 is truly the best. read more
