Fried rice

Food so good, place amazing, service very good, pet friendly , five stars place , great environment

Egg roll was just mush inside, sent it back, Ordered the Curry chicken- very bland curry flavor and didn't like the way that carrots were little tiny squares, just a few sliced potatoes, not chunks, not good at all, sorry I didn't send it back too.

Came here while visiting Austin. There is free parking , no wait time and service was friendly and prompt. Wife enjoyed the hot and sour soup but the best was the chicken corn soup it was so delicious. We shared a fried egg roll same as others restaurants. Wife had the sesame chicken and got it spicy which is was. The chicken was tender and the fish was delicious. I tried the Mongolian beef, meat was very tender strips with onions and bell peppers which were fresh and crisp and not overly cooked. It was spicy as I kept drinking water lol but addictive. The fried rice was tender and helped with neutralize my palate from the hotness lol. Definitely recommend

Happy Family

We went on Christmas Day and they were completely slammed! Workers were almost running trying to get everyone's orders, drinks, seated etc. The food was slow to come out but we didn't mind because obviously this was a different situation due to it being a day when most places are closed. The Happy Family plate was really good and the fried rice was tender and flavored well. My husband ordered the Kung Pao chicken it has a lot of peanuts on it next time we will ask for no nuts. Rangoons are a little more on the sweeter side and the egg rolls were really good. I don't recommend the sweet tea it was just like sugar water there was hardly any actual tea in it. The employees were really friendly and definitely hard workers.

Not to be confused with Human Ranch, which is ranch dressing, you guessed it, made out of humans. Oooooooo. This is the restaurant that also has a Bubble Tea shop inside called Snowy Tea and it seems pretty cool and has a really cute server - and I'll definitely be back to try more dishes in the future. Not cheap but then neither am I. Most of the time.

Very good. The best Chinese food I've had in the cedar park area. The orange chicken was on Pinot. Great fried rice.

Delicious food. Server was really polite and nice. Food was out quickly. Portion sizes were extremely large. We will be coming back.

However, upon opening the front door I was met with beautiful fine dining ambience: exotic ceramic-tiled walls, cherry-finished wicker furniture cushioned with satin pillows, and of course the enormous golden cherub statue in the center of the room which delicately sprayed chicken tortilla soup into the Venice-like channels that crosshatched the restaurant. A hostess in a gondola rowed us to our table singing a song in another language (maybe Italian?) before letting us know that the Soup Man would be with us shortly as he was very busy today. The warning was unwarranted though, as the Soup Man shortly thereafter appeared at our table addressing, us by name and apologizing that the hostess didn't realize what esteemed guests we were. Bashfully I stammered that he must have me confused with someone else as I'd never been to this establishment before, but he softly shook his head and with a smile said, "I know all who live within this city." and pulled a steaming bowl of turkish wedding soup (my favorite!) from behind my ear as if to prove his point. Overall it was a wonderful experience! I am docking it one star because they were out of oyster crackers to crumble on my soup. Will be back!

The kale caesar with sliced parmesan and whole cherry tomatoes was good and had a light caesar dressing on the side. We also got the afternoon delight and my favorite, the iced golden mylk (yes, with a "y"). Oat milk based with a variety of spices of which the tumeric gives it the yellowy-golden hue. We loved the Soup Peddler and would go back again to try their other menu items (it's a large menu and you are sure to find more than a few things to your liking)! They were giving out free smoothie samples with three options: mango OJ, strawberry & banana, and banana PB. Their smoothies aren't very sweet and overall pretty basic. The mango & orange one was too icy, so it was hard to sip. The banana & peanut butter mostly tasted like peanut butter, but it wasn't too thick, which I liked. They also let you spin a wheel for a prize which was fun. Parking can be difficult during rush hour so I recommend ordering for take out. My parents bought an 8 oz cup of the chicken soup with rice. It was actually really good and packed with ingredients. It's something I would gladly eat on a cold winter day. I definitely liked their soups a lot more than their smoothies.
