We had a bat come into our home one evening. It flew into a bathroom in our townhome and I closed the door thinking I had it was trapped in there. This was around midnight. I called Jerry the very next day and we were his first appointment the following morning. Of all the people I called he was one of the first to respond to us and was able to come out the earliest. Unfortunately when Jerry came out the bat didn't seem to be in the bathroom any longer and we had known idea where it went unless it went into the AC vent. We looked everywhere, even all the other rooms in the house, so that must have been what happened or we thought he may have gotten out of the house the same way he came in. Maybe I didn't actually corner it in the bathroom to start with? I kept the door to that bathroom closed and checked in there about 3 times a day for the next couple of days to see if the bat would show up. A couple of days later it did show up again in that same bathroom just sitting there on the counter when I opened the door so I immediately called Jerry. That was at about 9pm. Jerry had no problem coming back out to get the bat at that very moment even though I'm fairly sure he probably thought his day was done. Well, Jerry caught the bat and the very next day it was tested for rabies and the test came back negative. Great! We were relieved. The thing is Jerry always came out to us when we asked him to come , he doesn't mess around, he's knowledgeable, and has plenty of experience with wildlife removal. He also told us what to look for regarding entry points and bat behavior. This was our first experience with any wildlife being an issue since we've lived in Houston (been here 22 years). If we have any other wildlife issue going forward we will always call Jerry because he knows his stuff (he strictly does wildlife removal), is super responsive, friendly, likable and has a great attitude. I had rats and random scratching in my house one night, and usually I wouldn't really mind. I could just set a trap or two and be fine. This time I began to find insulation on my roof which clearly was not a good sign. I was referred by a friend to the Texas Wildlife Wranglers. I gave them a call and Mark said they would arrive within the hour which I was very pleased by. Jerry and Mark then gave my house a quick survey and began to see what was the entry points and what all would have to be done. To be quite frank I didn't know there was such a science to rodents and how they behave but they broke it down to where even my 6 year old son understood it. This is going to be a bit of a long story. My husband and I usually enjoy nature and all it has to offer including squirrels. We actually have a bird feeder in the back yard to feed them and see some very stuffed cheeks. Well one day I heard something banging around in the attic. Usually I would presume it's a ghost but my husband assured me that it definitely was not a ghost. My husband went up in to the attic but could not find anything so he began to get concerned. Mr. Jerry provided excellent service!!! We heard a noise in the wall on a Sunday afternoon; this was very alarming. Let me star by saying that I wish I could give them more then 5 stars!!! Our company had a squirrel issue and was told to call someone to help take care of it. I started calling different companies on Friday afternoon. I called 5 different companies with no answer or call back. I found Texas Wildlife Wranglers online and gave them a call and got a hold of Jerry at 3:15pm and he was to us by 4:00pm. After many unsuccessful attempts trying to reach several companies concerning a dead rodent in a wall in an apartment, I contacted Texas Wildlife Wranglers and received an instant reply and help within 1 1/2 hours. We have been dealing with rats in our attic for months! We sealed up holes, put 4 different kinds of traps, and a buffet of food in and around traps trying to catch them. I contacted Jerry one afternoon because we heard scratching and something running in our attic one night. Jerry was at my home the next morning and right on time (actually a few minutes early). He was nice enough to let my 23 yr old son follow him around. He showed my son some tips on where and what to look for with certain critters so he could relay it to a professional for proper handling and removal. My son was pretty excited when Jerry found where (probably) a squirrel got inside a drain pipe vent and when it got to the end it was scratching and eventually turned around and left the way it came in. On 07/01/202, at 23:06, I called Jerry Stockton of Human WildLife Control Specialists. It sounded like he was asleep...but he answered the phone. On the other end of the line was me! I was somewhat freaked out after just screaming my head off as a bat flew into our home from our fireplace (it is gas but behind a glass enclosure). I quickly explained the situation and Jerry awoke from his slumber and said he would dispatch someone to head over to our home to aid me in our quest on extricating it from our home. Alas, he could find no one...so he came instead. The bat was in a windowsill over 20' high. Jerry grabbed his later and was able to capture the bat. Yall!!!! Jerry and mark are AMAZING!!!! I had bats living in my wall!!! Yes, as a momma to 3 young ones this is terrifying. These guys answered me in the middle of the night and were here the next day. They have been checking in with me every step of the way through this tedious process. They also treated for bat bugs, and removed all waste from the animals. They removed 15 young nats from my wall when the majority had left. Texas Wildlife Wranglers responded very quickly to my urgent request for help. I had discovered that squirrels had made a home in my attic, and were causing damage. From my request for a quote via Yelp, I received a response within a few minutes, and they were at my home within a short time on a Saturday! I worked with Jerry, the business owner, when he was with a different company. I called his personal phone to ask if he could help me out because a squirrel ran through my doggy door and would not leave. He came to my home and removed the squirrel while causing the least amount of damage. The squirrel had literally chewed through part of the drywall made its way back in my attic, and I just thought he was never going to get out. I recently moved somewhere and before long it had rats. They were driving my dog insane, which was driving me insane. My dog, got through my gate , and came back 2 min later with a opossum . He has blood marks but can clearly see he is "playing possum " . Called humane wildlife to see what options i had being the gift was left right at my front door . He explained the opossums instincts and said to give him a few hours and when he feels safe he will get up and go . If he doesnt i was then instructed on how to remove him myself .
