Had a great time with my friends, but the karaoke host was kind of a dick. Who cares if you don't put two names for a song you want to sing with a friend? The technology is super slow and mildly difficult to navigate, and he refused to give my friend another mic for a song that another friend wanted to join on after she signed on. Instead of explaining anything like a human being he just pointed to the lengthy instructions on the machine. It's fucking karaoke, it's not that deep. The atmosphere was really fun though and the cocktails were yummy.

Cool small karaoke bar, our server was nice and kept visiting to see if we needed anything, the kj kept the party going, we didn't order any food but the food that came out looked pretty decent. Thedrinks my friends and I had were mixed well.

If you are looking for a place to sing karaoke and have a tiki drink this is it. The decor was really fun and the place is big so you can easily get seats. We didn't get any food, so I can't speak to that. For a drink I got the sailors mule which was not great. I think you have to go full tiki drink and accept the sugar or get a beer here. Seemed like a place we should have gone later in the night. Bartenders were friendly!

Came here because my guy loves it, and I should have known better about ordering a sweet drink, as they're not my preference. I was eager to try a tiki drink, though, and our really kind server picked up on that. They recommended a Mai Tai. They were so welcoming and friendly on a relatively quiet Wednesday night, and I did my best to act happy with my drink, but they sensed my disappointment and offered me a free drink. My guy happily took my mai tai and I ordered a vodka soda, into which I could tell they put good quality vodka :o) So I came away very happy and feeling cared for. I hope to come back on a more rambunctious night, as the atmosphere was still really fun and vibrant and I can definitely see why my guy enjoys it so much on the weekends.

Great Happy Hour! If Cecelia is bartending sit at the bar. She is fun to talk with and makes great cocktails. The Tiki Tea Shot is enchanting. Never had anything like it before. Ambiance is cool and great music.

Dragged out of town friends to this bar because I wanted to do Karaoke. It was a slow night and perfect for a first timer here. Super fun vibe and of course tiki drinks. Signing up to sing is easy and fun. Search by song and or artist. Make a choice and wait for your name to be called. Super fun bar if you want to be a rockstar, I mean pretend to be one. Lol. Good singer, bad singer, just have fun. YOLO and SYOY.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Came in a lovely angler fish tiki mug with the light and everything! The taste was complex and something that thought went into creating - "Four Boys" another non-alcoholic option that was the coolest visual as it came in a "steaming" crock pot. The taste was very unexpected, in a good way, and is a drink I would get again Overall the drinks were about a 4/5 but with the charming atmosphere and whimsical presentation it's a 5 star experience that is just fun

I recommend you check out Navy Strength, a cute tropical themed bar in the Belltown area of Seattle. We actually came upon them by accident when heading to a local musical event nearby but we were definitely taken to that tropical head space, just sit back, relax, take in the ambiance and music, enjoy a drink and feel the motion of the waves .. or was that from the drink, either way, highly recommend! Being a big fan of the Twin Peaks tv show, my wife was taken by the novelty of a drink called "Fire Walk with Me" and, between both presentation and taste, it definitely didn't disappoint on either level. We didn't think to check the food menu at the time but in hindsight, they look to have some good options worth going back for. They have a Jackfruit slider that can be made vegan. In addition, they have nachos which can be made vegan as well. I reached out to ask about this, instead of vegan cheese, it's prepared with a house peanut sauce, sounds intriguing to me. Last (that I noticed) they have Smoked Almonds and also Marinated Olives, both labelled "V" for vegetarian but I can't imagine what might keep them from being vegan, worth inquiring further on that.

Our bartender let us know from the jump that he was newer, but I wouldn't have known if he didn't say anything. the bar quickly filled up and I could tell he was busy, but we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We also asked for a more guided experience, which I have to say he delivered on! He apologized for a "bare bones" explanation, but I found him extremely helpful and thoughtful. The flaming birthday daiquiri shot was a lovely touch. Also, get the tuna tostadas!! They are so, so delicious and I could have eaten many of them. They have some decent happy hour drink deals. The ambience is like an elegant rum library--not quite the over-the-top tiki experience (which is accessible near the entrance ;), but is a lovely place to stop in or to pregame visiting Kiki next door.

I started with Daiquiri #2, with accents of Curacao and oranges. Smooth and delicious. The Carnitas Taco is as good as you've heard. The Pollo Empanada is also tasty with a flaky crust. The Jamaican Beef Empanada was my next choice, and it packs a flavorful taste with subtle zing. The homemade Rum Cake is a winner. I paired it with the My Cherry Amour, a very nice rum concoction. The low lit bar and restaurant was built intentionally with little details creating a classic Polynesian experience. If I'm at a tiki bar, it's pretty difficult for me to not order a Mai Tai. The classic cocktail is the measure of a great tiki bar. Served in a traditional mug, I found the drink to be balanced and nuanced. Order one, hell order two! Food wise, I remember at the time being at a standstill. It all sounded good! They didn't have what I originally ordered, so I pivoted to the poke bowl. This bowl was amazing! Fresh fish, fresh toppings, and surprisingly filling. If you like tiki bars, Nui Nui is a must!
