The only thing and why I didn't give 5 stars is that it is $8, almost $9 which is a lot for a brownie. Each visit to Hudson's Cookies has been amazing. The customer service is top notch! The staff is super friendly. We were driving to this location from Magic Mountain and called in to reserve a couple Vegan Walnut Cookies (well worth the 2 hour drive). They were kind enough to hole them for us. The cookies (all tried so far) have been delicious!! You should try them at least once. They are a little expensive; however, well worth it! I live for a good icing based sandwich cookie and I could barely take a second bite to be sure it wasn't in my head. The butterscotch oatmeal was actually pretty good. Very impressed being a first time customer. Their chocolate chip cookies (the small puck size) is one of the best choco chip cookies I've had in years. When comparing their cookie to paderias, levain's, lazy acres, and chip's Hudson has a perfect balance of dough, semi sweet/tart chocolate and butter. I'm rating this place off of our chocolate pecan cookie. First and foremost, service 5 stars. Cookie is 4. This reminded me of Paderia style cookie. I will say that Paderia's is better.
