Yummy spot at Irvine Spectrum for a sweet treat or two. The cookies are huge! I got a peanut butter cookie that I took home for my husband and we ended up sharing it. Very sweet. Very easy to order and the staff are friendly. There's no spots to sit indoors but there's plenty of seating around Spectrum.

When I entered the store there wasn't any staff around. I took my time to look at the various cookies and picked out a small box of shortbread cookies. This package deal came with 3 shortbread and 3 almond toffee cookies for $19.99. I had to call out for an employee to purchase this box. Overall nice sore with large selection of delicious cookies. Will be back again soon!

Each visit to Hudson's Cookies has been amazing. The customer service is top notch! The staff is super friendly. We were driving to this location from Magic Mountain and called in to reserve a couple Vegan Walnut Cookies (well worth the 2 hour drive). They were kind enough to hole them for us. The cookies (all tried so far) have been delicious!! You should try them at least once. They are a little expensive; however, well worth it! Once you try them, then you will understand and appreciate why were were willing to make the trip! Enjoy!

I'm sorry, I wanted to like this place so much. The place had a neat vibe, the person who packed my cookies was super friendly, the cookies just weren't good. I love cookies. I'm for soft and gooey, not cakey or crisp. The cookies here fit the soft category but the flavors were just really REALLY unbalanced. I mean, you'd be hard pressed to find a time when I wouldn't still finish a bad cookie, but I threw 2/3 of them away and I think the third made my stomach upset enough I didn't eat dinner. The sugar cookie looked great, like it would be soft but with that crackly exterior, plus it was loaded with sugar on top. It was sort of pasty and bland and the sugar just tasted like...sugar (I didn't think it would overpower so much) The chocolate chip sandwich cookie had normal cookies, a bit overdone for my liking, but the icing was crazy. It tasted like someone dumped an entire bottle of fake imitation rum or almond flavoring in there. I live for a good icing based sandwich cookie and I could barely take a second bite to be sure it wasn't in my head. The butterscotch oatmeal was actually pretty good. STRONG flavoring still with a very heavy toffee/butterscotch/salt attack but the oatmeal mixed in gave a great texture and kept me coming back for bites. Beautiful cookie too. Maybe this should raise the star count but I felt so sick to my stomach for the rest of the afternoon I just can't (maybe it was that icing...) **Bumping my review up to 3 star. Nice response from the manager and I think the bourbon was just a surprise and overpowering to me because I didn't see it named as such ... Was like taking a drink of sprite thinking it was water. Had I been prepared I think 3 fits for my preferences better.

Very impressed being a first time customer. Their chocolate chip cookies (the small puck size) is one of the best choco chip cookies I've had in years. When comparing their cookie to paderias, levain's, lazy acres, and chip's Hudson has a perfect balance of dough, semi sweet/tart chocolate and butter. It's not overly greasy and there's no vanilla sugary sweet aftertaste. It's truly one of my faves. Love that they also have flatter chewy/crispy cookies and even shortbreads. I can't wait to go back.

The cookies were delicious!! I stopped here while shopping at the Irvine Spectrum. The decor inside was very cute and definitely an Instagram spot!! They have a variety of cookies and the prices are reasonable. Everyone working behind the counter was very friendly and offered suggestions, since there was a nice variety to choose from. I settled on a giant peanut butter cookie, a shortbread & also a snickerdoodle. I definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed!

We came here Friday night and we loved it. The cookies are always fresh and delicious. We got 3, a white chocolate macadamia, an oatmeal raising, and a chocolate chip. The service is always fast and great. The ambience is nice, the love the decorations.

The s'mores cookie was fantastic. We took it home and I popped it in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt the marshmallow. It was amazing on top of the chocolate chip cookie. Very shareable portion sizes.

First time at a Hudson's. The kid behind the counter was super nice. We got a chocolate chip cookie Sandwich, chocolate chip cookie, and another one with Carmel. I tried the sandwich and it is dope. Think we found a gem!

They got cookies! And it's $6 dollars for 1 cookie! Is it worth it? Short answer: no. When I go to a cookie place, I go for the chocolate chip cookie as a test. If they can do that good, then thumbs up from me. The cookie is about 4 inches in diameter and it's more cake like then a cookie. Cookies should be crumbly and this had a slight dense cake texture. The chocolate chips were melty, which is good, but it felt like I was eating a cookie cake. Let's talk about price. $6 dollars for a small cookie... brutal. A Sprinkles cupcake is $5 dollars and way better and more to eat. For $6, I can go buy ingredients for 2 dozen cookies and make better cookies. I also had to wait 5 minutes before I was served since there was only 1 person there and he was on a break.

Hudsons Cookies are soooo good! I was lucky enough to get in line right when the oooey, gooey chocolate chip cookies were being taken out of the over. Mmmm. So good! A+ every time!

When I searched on Google for ice cream near me- chocolate shoppe ice cream popped up then upon looking further I realized it was sold within duck donuts. Still ventured to try it Two guys working, one said he was new, and didn't know where all the flavors were / allowed us to try some b4 we ordered but was a pain bc the flavors were spread between two freezers in front of store and whatever was in the back. Placed an order for 3 double scoop cups (all they had) and took a really long time to make them having to figure out where the flavors were between the front and back of store. Then. They didn't have lids to cover them or a bag to put them in - so we literally covered each cup with another cup and put in a box I had from Costco in my trunk to get them home without dripping everywhere in my car. And I say dripping everywhere bc by the time he finished the last cup/. The others were melted from taking so long. They should probably just stick to donuts if they can't fully support the ice cream products. If I knew now/ I wouldn't have chosen to try there for ice cream. Very unfortunate, bc we probably would have loved the ice cream - but the experience clearly trumped the product.

My favorites were definitely the lavender, pistachio, and the Italian chocolate. The lavender was the most unique and would absolutely be the one I bring to wow new people. The pistachio was rich, creamy, and really well balanced. The Italian chocolate was deeply chocolatey, exactly how I like it, and I finished the whole thing in one sitting. The rose flavor is definitely for people who truly enjoy rose desserts. The strawberry was the only one that did not fully match my expectations from a high end bakery. The tiramisu was decent, more cream-forward and lighter on the coffee flavor than I expected. Overall, these pastries are definitely on the sweeter, cream-based side, and honestly, that is exactly what made them so good to me. I do not want desserts to be less sweet, I want them to feel indulgent and perfect, and these did. I will absolutely keep going back, especially for the lavender, chocolate, and pistachio pastries.

Dubai Chocolates weren't that impressive with me before but they made a lot of senses on the crepes and the textures were very interesting. Similar to the Baklava Miles Crepes as well. The Strawberry Matcha, Original, Matcha, as well as the Earl Grey are their usual staples so the tastes were very consistent. Always my top choice whenever craving for crepes. They also have whole cakes available without having to preorder but the flavors depends on days so it's worth to get a birthday cake here. Their slices are about $14 each but we typically don't finish one per person and always get multiples to try so don't let the price tags scare you. Instead, he recommended the *Creamtella* and their matcha beverages. I was absolutely blown away; who would have thought that *Cheesetella's matcha drinks would be this delicious?! There is a wide selection of matcha drinks available in-store. The owner mentioned that they use high-quality matcha (I'm guessing he meant ceremonial grade?), and he even showed me their preparation process--specifically how they whisk it to achieve that smooth, "mirror-like" finish! Matcha Einspanner Personally, I prefer this kind of simple flavor profile: matcha blended with a rich, thick cream topping. It offers a satisfyingly subtle tea aroma with every sip--a true delight for any matcha enthusiast! Strawberry Matcha w/ Pistachio Cream If you love strawberries and enjoy sweet flavors, you'll likely enjoy this one. However, since I'm not personally a huge fan of the combination of strawberry jam and matcha, I felt just "okay" about it--though it is a tasty drink! The pistachio cream topping definitely earns some extra points here! Creamtella The combination of cream and cake gave me a whole new appreciation for their pastries. The cream perfectly counteracts the cake's tendency to be a bit dry; together, they make for a truly perfect pairing! You absolutely *must* give this a try!! It gets a huge thumbs-up from me! Chocotella This one is fairly standard and straightforward. The small chocolate pieces add a nice textural element, and the flavor is a definite plus--especially if you're a chocolate lover! However, the cake itself leans a bit toward the drier side--much like their original plain flavor (which is why I still highly recommend going for the versions with added cream!) To be honest, the first time I tried their cakes, I wasn't particularly impressed. Later, I saw posts suggesting that heating them up before eating makes them taste much better. But this time, the *Creamtella* truly blew me away, completely changing my opinion of the brand. And the matcha drinks are just the icing on the cake! The owner is genuinely a wonderful person--so friendly and enthusiastic! Since it's just him and one other employee working in the shop, making the drinks takes a little time, so please be patient! ^_^

I had expected the business to be in a more high volume area, however a benefit of their corner spot was that the parking lot had plenty of spaces. There's no indoor seating, but outdoor tables were set up along the north and east perimeters of the building. I was by myself at this latest visit, and it was close to the end of the day so the inventory was quite depleted. There was no line at all which was not a surprise. The famous Strawberry Croissants and prepackaged items were on refrigerated display to the left when you walked in. As the service counter rounded a corner, there were more fresh baked goods on display before you reached a register. Across from the registers were shelves containing bags of fresh bread products. I bought a Strawberry Croissant, a Sticky Bun, a Ham and Cheese Croissant, and an Apple Croissant. The quality of the pastry dough was very good, and I could see why the Strawberry Croissant was a favorite with the customers. The croissants were light and flakey, and the powdered sugar added a delicate topping to the strawberry version. If I were to rate on just the Strawberry Croissant, then it would be five stars. My overall rating was downgraded because of the customer traffic flow. The lines can be optimized so that if you wanted to buy a six-pack of the Strawberry Croissants and/or anything prepackaged, then a separate queue should be arranged for those customers. The cafeteria trays were of limited use if you were not getting a large number of items. As you advanced in the queue, other products had to be requested from a worker behind the counter and then those were not placed on the tray. Ultimately, I think they can configure the operation to more efficiently handle the higher volume periods of the day.
