    Bee's knees

Stopped by on a Friday night and ordered an Aviation and a Bee's Knees and I have to say, their Bee's Knees is the best I've ever had! They make their own honey syrup in-house, and you can taste the difference immediately! The honey flavor is incredibly pure and perfectly balanced. Service was great, and we arrived too late for food but would love to come back to try some bites. It wasn't overly busy for a Friday, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. The ambiance is one of my favorite parts it had warm lighting, great music, and the disco ball adds such a fun touch. Parking in this area is tough but worth it. Will definitely be back soon!

If I lived in the neighborhood I'd be here at least once a week! Hudson hill has something for everyone and every hour! I had matcha, but there's also drinks for later in the day too! A nice spot to study, work, or catch up with friends in cap hill!

Such a cute and modern place! I've been here a couple of times for cocktails in the evening and lattes in the morning. The whipped coffee was a little too sweet for my taste, but the matcha and other drinks were good. I know some people work during the day here, but I think it would be better for a little happy hour! The workers were nice and attentive as well.

Obsessed with coffee & cocktail spot! The ambiance is amazing and cozy for day and night drinks. The service is friendly and quick. Highly recommend!!

We chose this coffee shop because it got the best reviews. We had an amazing chocolate chip cookie that had salt which I love because it enhances the flavor. I was a little concerned when the cashier looked at me confused when I asked for a cafe mocha she said you mean a latte? No I said a mocha with chocolate. I think I just got a latte because it was bitter, but it had a beautiful design, my husband had an iced coffee.

What a lovely spot! Came here to get some work done on a weekday morning - while initially thrown off by needing to wait to be seated at a coffeeshop and getting table service, not a bad approach. The staff asks if you plan to get work done and if yes, they make sure to seat you by an outlet. It helps with crowd control and the economist in me loves that unstated social pressure for folx to not stay for hours on end with only ordering a single java. As far as decor, super cute. I'm a plant witch and this spot crushes the game! They've got some huge plants - all beautiful - and great array. Plenty of varied seating and while I sat at a counter to work, the couches and chairs looked very comfy. Someone clearly puts love into this place. For a drink, I went with a latte and added honey syrup - it was pretty and tasty. For food, I opted for their breakfast burrito - very yummy! Nice and crispy and cheesy. I would totally come back here to get work done and also to give their cocktails and mocktails a whirl. Definitely a win!

Super kind staff! Make sure you tell them where you will be sitting, (sorry again for missing that!) I came here for a meeting and there are plenty of seats if you want to be at the bar or find yourself on the couch. Plenty of windows so the light comes in. Tons of plants and people were working from their laptops with the fast WiFi. One of the best dirty chai lattes that I have had in a while. You can tell they make it from scratch and I love having an extensive list of milk and flavor options.

Yesterday my book club met at @hudsonhilldenver where we enjoyed some delicious cocktails, beers, teas, and coffee drinks! This spot is great to visit any time of day! New Boot Goofin' (Pink Peppercorn Toki, Meletti Amaro, Cinnamon, Orange Bitters)

Just stopped by for a place to work and a coffee. There is plenty of seating and it's a great ambiance to get a little work done. The coffee was good, the right smoothness. Great lighting and friendly staff. I can definitely see myself coming back for a cocktail or a little bite.

I've been to Hudson Hill for both drinks and coffee. I loved the vibe at night, cocktails were great and there was a jazz band playing while we were there. Service and seating were great at night. I went back to get some work done and was not greeted with same great, welcoming service which was disappointing. Not great for getting work done as there aren't great table and chair setups. Great for meetings or meeting up with people for business chats but not for sitting on your laptop for an hour. Coffee was yummy and barista was very pleasant. Love the plants and atmosphere in there!

Comfy seating with coffee shop vibe. Loved the chill music and the different seating options. I sat on the couch by the window and it was a comfy place to enjoy my beverage. I tried the Scenic Route. It had hints of lemon, honey and hibiscus. I loved it! I also tried the Easy Tiger which was a non-alcoholic option. I actually liked it even better than the cocktail. It was priced accordingly as well. Overall I had a great experience!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

I had the eggs Benedict with duck, which was savory and tender- would get again, even if it was a little small for a $22 meal. I also got a mimosa and a raspberry beret- the beret was delicious and served with the coolest presentation- they used dry ice to create smoke! The decor is very maximalist mid century- love it! Great for a date or if you are impressing someone. Don't let the location scare you off- everything around it looks closed but once you get inside it's absolutely beautiful. I can't end this review without gushing about the staff. I had a weird fainting episode and scared the crap out of my friend- our server and the rest of the staff were on it, so sweet and helpful. We also ordered appetizers of the burrata and the sweet potato croquette. Burrata is always fantastic! The croquettes were good. They were doing Star Wars themed drinks for May the 4th so Star Wars was playing in a screen (that you could barely see due to the sun). They both got the red velvet espresso martini topped with whipped coffee. It was cute but very sugary. Service was fantastic! The staff was so nice!! We chose the bar. Corsica has almost what I would call a modernized vintage decor, with high ceilings, brick walls, and interesting light fixtures. It was kind of a stylish warehouse. Upon being seated, we were greeted right away by the bartender who took our drink orders. I chose the Wolfpack, a salty and sweet bourbon cocktail, and my friend chose the Tiki Baby, a tequila cocktail with fruit flavors. Both were delicious and meticulously made. We ordered about four tapas to start with. They honestly came out almost too quickly, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they came out even before out cocktails were prepared. They did get one of our items wrong, but corrected it by allowing us to keep it at no charge. The food was great, but I liked some items more than others. The stuffed dates were probably my favorite. I was slightly disappointed in the caulini, as it is wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Despite the food coming out quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all.
