They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20. Will definitely come back and try something new

From the amazing views to the welcoming staff, everything about this place feels elevated and memorable. The food and drinks were just as impressive. The Ahi Poke with tortilla chips was outstanding, with thick, luxurious ponzu-tossed tuna, creamy avocado, pickled jalapeños, red onions, and furikake. The hummus was also a standout, especially with the matcha salsa, pita chips, and fresh crudité. For drinks, the frozen margaritas were a must -- especially with the mango or guava upgrade, which our server recommended and absolutely nailed. If you're looking for delicious food, creative cocktails, amazing service, and the best rooftop vibes of the summer, Kisbee on the Roof is a must-visit. However, once you do get a spot, the loungers are super comfortable and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade. They do have cabanas that you can reserve. One thing that they do very well is service. The staff is constantly circulating the pool deck, providing drinks and bites to guests. The service was noticeably excellent and attentive.

Beef tartare was close behind, finely diced and well-seasoned. The guacamole was fresh and chunky, the prawns had a nice char, and the Amarillo ceviche brought a bright, citrusy heat from the aji amarillo peppers that balanced beautifully against the cool, tender fish. But the real highlight of the night was the steaks. My skirt steak was cooked perfectly, well-charred outside and tender inside, paired with the potatoes three ways, crispy, creamy, and roasted, each with its own texture and seasoning. Even better was the tomahawk ribeye, flambéed tableside in mezcal, a great bit of theater with a smoky, slightly sweet flame that infused the meat. I got lucky enough to try a bite. Rich, buttery, and delicious with heavy rosemary. A real treat. Service was a bit spotty for our group. Some of courses were delicious and some were mediocre. We spent almost $700 for a party of four. The situation that needs the most improvement was the pace of the meal. The courses were separated by a 20-30-minute wait time. Considering that the courses were very small and contained 5-6 pieces for a party of four... that equates to a little more than a small bite every 20-30 minutes. The dinner took 2.5 hours to develop, and we were honestly still hungry by the end. The waiter started asking us if were "still hungry" at about the fifth courses. By the end, we felt awkward in asking for more. The wagyu beef was particularly disappointing as the beef was somewhat chewy, lacking taste and small. Waiters seemed to be near their capacity of workload. Didn't really take the time to serve, walk you thru the menus, keep the service moving or even gauge your level of satisfaction. We ordered dessert to celebrate the birthday. Apart from a small chocolate plaque on the dessert that said, "happy birthday", there was no attempt to celebrate the occasion as other less exclusive restaurants do... no "happy birthday" wish, no courtesy dessert... nothing special. The best part of this meal was by far, the young couple that accompanied us. Friendly advice: if you want to impress a client with something the feels exclusive... this may be the place. If you are looking for amazing food, being pampered and feeling your money was "well spent", try another place. I don't plan to visit this restaurant soon.
