This is a small chain of restaurants and they have a location here in arlington, one in north richland hills and another one in garland. They use fresh bread when making their sandwiches and you can tell the difference it makes. Fresh bread has a nice crunch to it and I can tell the difference when its a day old bread. I once went to a restaurant in the area and purchase a banh mi and the bread was chewy, in a bad way. Don't get me wrong, it was good and edible but it does not compare to the crunchy crispy bread that saigon deli uses. Plus that sandwich as this restaurant was like $7 compared to the ones from saigon that is only $5. If you purchase 3 sandwiches you technically get the 4th one for free. I get this offer and eat one there, give the other one to my brother, save one for lunch for work the next day and save one for dinner that next day as well. The drinks I had from there are very tasty but i only had about 3 of them, still recommended getting some of those. They also have can soda and bottle water. Also don't sleep on the eggrolls they sell, if they have any left over. My only complaint that I have is that if you get here an hour or two before closing they will most likely be limited on the kinds of sandwiches they have.
