    Catering sandwiches
    Kelsey K.

Ordered for catering here for a work function last week! Sandwiches were great! Just be aware their 20 person platter only give half a sandwich per person so either order for double the amount or plan for sides! We got 2 20 person platters and a 10 person platter for 25 people and there was just the right amount of left overs!

This is the quickest, easiest, and is a very cheap option for some soup and sandwiches. Everything comes out a little over 5 minutes and the service is great. Even though it's small it so perfect and cozy. I come here all the time. And I really recommend.

Good lunch spot! Tomato basil soup was on point and not too heavy. Alamo panini tasted great too

If you want a panini this is the place to come! It was pretty exceptional. I got the Alamo (with extra tomatoes) and it was so good! The bread they use gives the best bite of flavor. My husband got the High Noon and it was also quite the exception. His had a great heat in each bite of jalapeño. Next time I will for sure be adding jalapeño. The only thing I critique is their "fries". I mean...let's call them slivered potato chips if we are being honest here. Kinda just a mess on the plate and not worth being a side. However paying only 50 cents more for a salad is way worth it! We each got potato soup along with our meal. Very well made! My son chopped his grilled cheese down too! The owner is friendly and walked around the restaurant checking on things. The decor is very old but this place doesn't need high fashion with how yummy they are. Great place!

Just delicious! What a gem we have in The Tin Cup here in Arlington! This is a small, clean shop in the UTA area with a unique sandwich menu and friendly service. There are so many interesting menu choices, it was hard to settle on just two. We decided to try The Sundance and The Doc Holiday and both were amazing. Delicious sandwiches served with shoestring potatoes and a cookie. YUM! All drinks are $2.55, You can choose between a bottled soda or a few different varieties of tea you can put in a to-go cup with ice. I opted for the unsweet tea and it was top-notch. If you are in the mood for a delicious and affordable lunch, head over to The Tin Cup!

Great neighborhood lunch spot. Friendly atmosphere and nice portions. Got to like a place that is good and not a chain.

The people were awesome. The soup was watery potato soup. The pastrami sandwich thousand island tasted like hot mustard. I was underwhelmed.

The food was average and the service ok. There are many places that offer better food. It's on my DNR list, i.e., Do Not Repeat.

Drove by at 2:30p today to eat and they were closed. Anyone know what's up with that? It was December 1st at 2:30. If you guys are going to be closed you can easily change your hours on yelp and google under "special hours" so people don't try to go.

Just saw this, If it was right after Thanksgiving, we did close for the extended weekend, but there’s no reason we should’ve been closed at 2:30pm outside of that. What day… Read more

They also have a much large indoor dining area next door for brunch which I thought was sweet. So if you ever are looking for a coffee break of a time out in the day. This a good stop to come by!

You order and pay at the counter and receive at number to place on your table. My friend and I split a Blueberry-Havarti and a Hatch Pimento sandwich both on sourdough bread. My favorite was the Blueberry-Havarti; so delicious!! The amount of pimento cheese was a bit too much for me. The dining area is seemed small; however, the owner said that there are seats for 68. It seemed like most orders were to go. I was not a fan of their entire wall full of dead air plants; definitely not what you expect in a sandwich shop using fresh ingredients; the owner's response was air plants are hard to keep alive. I suggest faux or fresh living plants

Everything is clean and nicely decorated The menu offers a variety of options from bites, to meals, to other tea room classics. I know many people go for the desserts. There's beer and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options (coffees, teas, and soft drinks). We were given complimentary breadsticks which were essentially long croutons. Tasty but a little strange in terms of complementary bread. More seemed like palette cleansers or again oversized croutons The staff were gracious hosts. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the food, ambiance, and service were solid This spot is in what looks to be a converted department or furniture store. Half of the space is the restaurant, and the other half is a store with many boutiques Some tips: If you're celebrating a special event like a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or just want to enjoy high tea, this place is perfect.
