It's a small mom and pop's shop so the seating area has a good amount of seating for a small restaurant. The owner is so nice. He also knows what we want. It is pretty dark outside and on a busy street off Division. There was literally no one around or in the restaurant other than 2 employees. So it was a little eerie. When I walked in, I didn't see a soul and then a man rose from behind the counter. I said hi and he was barely audible -went with creepy vibe. I ordered and he asked for here or to go. It felt weird in there so I said to go. He handed me my food and I left -no Thanks for coming in .... It was super fast service The gyro was warm and had lots of meat but the tazikki sauce was sour. Here's the deal, when you drive up to a gyro shop, you don't expect to have two gyro sandwiches already made and wrapped to go, which means they have been sitting there under a heat lamp or something. I was greeted with amazing smells and smiles from the staff. That was just the cherry on top, the food was absolutely amazing. I got the gyro with a side of hommus and they do NOT short you on the hommus or pita bread. The restaurant is filled with windows for a relaxing view while you enjoy the meal. I had not been here in a while and decided to drive through for lunch. Yes their gyros are great. But what gets me, the chicken kabobs. The plates, the sandwiches, you can't go wrong. They are not precooking your chicken, it comes out hot, fresh, and delicious. Cooked perfectly. Their tzatziki sauce is what I judge all others. It is fresh and tangy and I could out it on anything. Today I went for the chicken kabob sandwich. It is a hefty sandwich with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions all wrapped up in fluffy grilled pita. Great gyros and kabobs. I got the house special gyro with fries and baba ghanoush. The Baba is very garlicky and thick. I loved it. It came with pita bread. My boyfriend had the shush kabob with salad. Salad was a normal lettuce salad with onions and 2 olives. The steak was tender and had no gristle, which I loved. He finished his whole plate. For dessert we had pistachio baklava, very good. The restaurant is old and not much sitting, but the food is great. Quick service. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! If your looking for fresh/fast authentic gyro come here. I love gyros but the chains around Arlington are expensive and never come with a real Greek salad. My go to is always the gyro plate, the salad is always fresh and filled with toppings (feta, banana pepper, olives, tomatoes etc.) da real deal Greek salad. Meat Is always hot and fresh just like the pita bread. It's a big amount of food I usually eat about half then the rest later. read more

Very disappointed. Baklava was so small almost bite size as well as greasy. The gyro sandwich was very small as well and very weak. Meaning a drizzle of sauce two slices of tomato and fried onions. It seemed like it was pre made akin to a fast food chain. For a first time customer I was very, very dissatisfied! Maybe because it's corona season and it was drive thru only they put out subpar food. Benefit of the doubt. I may try again if I'm in the neighborhood and feel hungry for Greek, but I will not venture there again just to go. I believe in second chances so maybe after corona season, maybe! read more

I've had better falafel gyros; my gyro was dry. In the picture you can see how clumpy the sauce looks. The prices were decent but the baklava is slightly overpriced for such a small piece. The male worker was also rude, it gave me the impression that he didn't want to be there. Gyros House isn't a place I'd recommend instead it's somewhere to go when the other shops are closed. read more

I went for an early dinner and there was absolutely no wait time. My time to go up, place me order, receive my order & leave all took only 5-6 minutes - and my meal was all under $7!
