I ordered the wings and Greek Salad. The wings were a little dry. I did not get any silverware with my meal or napkins. I wish they had vinaigrette the clear kind. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, & everything was fresh & flavorful! The gyro meat was our favorite- so tender & tasty. The warm pita bread with hummus was so addicting! The beef shawarma was tasty, but not as tender as the gyro. The fries were a bit dry for our taste, but not bad & there was more than enough to share! Hands-down one of the best gyros I've had in Texas. I stopped by Gyros Xpress in Kennedale kind of on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. The place might look simple from the outside, but the food is seriously good. I got the classic gyro sandwich and it was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and wrapped in warm, fluffy pita. Everything tasted super fresh -- crisp veggies, just the right amount of tangy tzatziki. But the real surprise? The Greek fries. Wow. Perfectly crispy, seasoned with herbs and feta or something magical -- I could honestly eat a whole tray of those alone. The people working there were friendly and fast, and you can tell they take pride in what they're serving. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean, relaxed, and definitely has that "hidden gem" vibe.
