I'm only giving a star because I'm forced to at least give that. Ordered a Philly and a Turkey sandwich. The food was soggy, falling apart, stick to the wrappers. I called them and asked for a manager. When the man got on the phone, he was talking to people in the background, very nonchalant, then said he would write my name down so I can get two sandwiches the way they're supposed to be. I told him that I did not want that, as I had no plans to return to a place that would serve me slop. He insisted that it was all he could and tried to force me to accept that, stating he would have to call his manager in order for him to give a refund. I told him to go ahead and call the manager then, because I refuse to accept food from a place that's not competent in serving it. When I pushed back, he finally said he'll just give me a refund. Second time trying Jersey Mikes and this time it's with the hot sub. I ordered the Bacon Ranch chicken cheesesteak and it was pretty good. I do like the fact they took the time to cook it and finished it off with a crunchy piece of bacon. Overall the flavor was good. Just a little drippy with either the sauce or juices, so make sure you have lots of napkins. Also seemed a bit pricier than Firehouse given the size of sandwich I got, but it was yummy. Looking forward to trying their other subs. read more

It reminds me of Dino's Subs because they cut the meat fresh when you order. I enjoy the Roast beef and Provolone cheese cold sub and the Philly sub which is hot! They're both made fresh after you place your order. The service is friendly. I would like to see them offer a whole grain bun. read more

Maybe I caught them in a bad day? But, you know, if I'm spending $40 for lunch, it shouldn't matter what kind of day they're having. They asked me a question on one sandwich. I swear I had to ask the guy half a dozen times what he was saying. Never did he enunciate clearly enough to be understood by a first time shopper here. "Do you want Mike soy?" He finally pointed to a sign that said "Mike's way". He was asking if I wanted it Mike's way. Again, first time shopper here, so not only did I not know Mike's way was a thing, how was I to know if I wanted it or not? Beyond that, or sandwich started off pretty good. We all ate about half, then had to be on our way. Later that afternoon we got back home and finished our sandwiches. I kept hitting chewy bits in mine. I had to remove food from my mouth and discovered they had put the paper the chicken comes on inside my sandwich. About half of the sandwich had paper in it. It was not a terribly pleasing experience. Firehouse is closer to me, also makes a tasty sandwich, and has never served me paper. read more

Delicious. Clean. Fresh. Super nice. Fast. That's my overall experience after a few hundred sandwiches from this location. Every sandwich I've had has been delicious. The ingredients are high quality. Nothing I've ever eaten at this Jersey Mike's has bothered my guts because the food is fresh and they are serious about food safety. They remove and toss out their gloves before ringing up your order. (Unlike other places). The young people working there greet me with a friendly sincere smile (unlike other places). I'm not sure how this small chain sandwich shop gets everything right but they do. I'd guess it's hiring sharp conscientious workers then training and staffing appropriately and making them feel valued. Ps. The meatball subs were fantastic. Are they ever coming back? read more

Came on a Sunday, it was moderately busy. Ordered two sandwiches (26) and a (9), one of them was a cheesesteak. I got my sandwiches rather fast which made me question my order. Cheesesteaks usually take a while because they are cooked to order. As I'm checking out I ask the girl, "Are you sure that is the chicken cheesesteak" and she says yes. Get all the way home and it's beef. So I call the restaurant let them know I was given the wrong sandwich and ask them to make the right one and I'll be up there to get it. I ordered a regular size and ask them to cut the sandwich. While I'm asking them to remake the sandwich the person puts me on hold without even telling me to hold so I'm confused. But they say sure "we'll have it ready." I get to the restaurant and pickup my sandwich, get home and it's the right sandwich but it's not cut. I'm really frustrated with this location because they constantly fail to pay attention to details. Back during COVID the manager, literally sneezed right over the food and didn't even wash his hands, change his gloves and continued to make the sandwich and it wasn't until a lady spoke up and said something before he remade the sandwich and washed his hands, he barely apologized. I have met the owner of Jersey Mikes, and know how to get in touch with him, I'm sure he wouldn't like to know that this location is subpar, hopefully this review will make them step it up. I don't think of myself as someone that likes sub sandwiches because they're just too big. Too much food shoved between too much bread, and they're hard to hold and they fall apart when you try to take a bite. I guess all of that is still usually true for me, but today I had a Jersey Mike's sub and I enjoyed every last bite. I just had half, so that's a good size for me. I tried the "original Italian:" "nothing says Jersey Mike's more than our Original Italian sub. A truly authentic Jersey-style Italian sub, it's crafted with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni." It also had tomatoes and lettuce, of course. I found the produce to be pretty fresh and crisp, the sandwich was well-seasoned, and there was plenty of meat and cheese! If you need a gluten free option, Jersey Mike's has Udi's sub rolls available, and they're legitimately good -- especially for a gf bread. It really has a nice sponginess that lots of gf breads lack; it doesn't crumble at your touch! I'm excited to go back and try another sandwich (they even have gluten free chocolate chip cookies). I love Jersey Mike's !!! Went In for club sub in a tub. The workers very friendly loved it. Great customer service !!!! The sub in the tub, everything was great except the lettuce could of been fresher and idk why the bacon was cooked to hell it was so crispy thought I would break a tooth lol I kid but the bacon is really hard, not a fan of hard bacon, crispy is one thing hard is another. Hard to believe they can't hire and/or train someone to make a sandwich as described on their menu. But it's true. The robot that made my order mixed up 2 sandwiches, so the end result was both of them really sucked. When I called to complain the manager said all she could do was remake them if I brought them back. I don't have enough lunch time to run back and forth to Jersey Mike's. How about a simple credit on the next order? I guess that's too complex for their system. She really didn't care. Why doesn't she train the robotic humanoids to make a simple sandwich to start with? Yes, I'm a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are piled with meat and toppings (not like some other sandwich place) the fresh baked bread is always perfect. I love the number 43 which is a Chipotle Philly Cheese steak sandwich which is piled high with meat, onions, and bell peppers with a chipotle mayo sauce. You just cannot go wrong here. Great app to order on--fast and easy to use without pressuring you to join any points club, but that's easy too if you want a free sub now and then. More importantly, consistently great sandwiches and fast service. When they're behind they'll offer you a free drink. I usually decline, but the fact they offer is one of the reasons I return. I ordered 4 sandwiches that totaled about $70 after tip. I read from a text what I wanted on each sandwich. They were getting them all mixed up and even made an additional sandwich I didn't order. When they asked what I wanted on that one I said I didn't order that one. Through the mess and confusion (they were also rushing me and I'm trying to keep up) I assumed it was correct. I paid and started to leave and then turned back to get napkins and the lady (older woman, short hair and glasses) was talking to the next customer ABOUT ME. I just looked at her and said sorry and she just started at me. As it turned out when I got to my destination 45 minutes away (I was taking Jerry mikes because they don't have one in Azle) one of the sandwiches was the wrong one, a giant one that I paid $18 for. Also, the Philly cheesecake had a lot of grizzle running through it and I had to throw out about 1/3 of the meat. The entire experience was embarrassing, and not worth the effort and expense I went through to get these sandwiches. I am considering putting this review on Google and yelp, it was totally unacceptable for a worker to speak to another customer about me and then end up not even getting the order right. No surprise here. I went to another Jersey Mike's in the DFW area and this one is very good. Jersey Mike's has some great tasting sandwiches. This location in a strip mall. It is a very busy location not real easy to get to. The parking lot is set up strange but you can find parking. The restaurant is small few with a few tables. And people will be standing next to your table while they wait in line. If they are busy. The food is the same as at all Jersey Mike's that I have been to very good quality sandwiches and , great tasting. With a good amount of toppings and meat on the sandwich. The price is around 8 dollars for an 8 inch and that is a large sandwich.You can get a bigger sandwich if you are very hungry or want to share. The price is a little high but that is the standard price now. I started getting the mini sandwich which is a good size. But the mini does not come in the hot steak sandwiches. Which is too bad I want the mini size. I get the # 9 Club Supreme lately. And make it Mike's Way. I also like the # 43 Chipotle Cheese Steak very good and hot. We placed an order via Uber Eats, as we have done numerous times before. This time, the order was completely incorrect. We called to address the issue instead of initially leaving a negative review, because we are not mad, just hungry, and wanted them to know about their mistake. The employee who answered the phone let us know the manager would be right with us and placed the phone on the counter (we know this cause we could hear all of the commotion in the store in the background). The manager never picked up the phone, even after 15 minutes of us "holding". We eventually hung up and when we tried to call back, the line was busy, obviously cause the phone was off the hook. But it's crazy when every single time I've gone here I get the Big Kahuna for my boyfriend and EVERY TIME I get it, I ask for NO JALAPENOS, seems simple enough right? WRONG! Every single time they make it and repeat it back to me, they go over behind where I can't see them make it and they leave them on the sandwich. And since I order it, they repeat it why wouldn't I think they get the order right?? Then I get home and every time, again they mess it up. OVER IT. The are expensive for the no meat they put on, even thought the meat and cheese is good quality, paying $10.95 for a giant salami and ham, only to have the thinnest pieces on it, it will be a while before I go back and pay that much for two subs and they get it wrong. And the kicker was, I was the ONLY customer in there. with 3 employees, no one can get the job done evidently (teenagers or not) when I'm paying that much it's annoying to only get home for it to be wrong! read more

Oh Jersey Mike's how I love thee. 2001 was the first time I had Jersey Mike's on a business trip to Orlando. Last time I had Jersey Mike's? This year. Thank goodness the Jersey Mike's Gods decided to open a REAL sandwich shop near our house. My family and I love the place. I have no issues with any of the service I've received. But, the one sandwich I've been getting for years seems to be gone permanently. I was a huge fan of the Grilled Pastrami Reuben, but it seems to have been removed from the menu for an extended amount of time. Sadly I no longer have a reason to get food here anymore. read more

With places like Jimmy John's to compete against, Jersey Mike's needs to step it up on the flavor department. I will never go here again. I went a few weeks ago and ordered two #17 giants .. Philly steak and cheese .. I requested that one not have peppers ... they fixed one sandwich and set it on the counter by the register .. I asked why they did not make the two at the same time .. was told the grill guy does the best he can ... so I stated I really wanted them to both be hot when I got the home ... the cashier told the grill guy to make another one so it would be hot ... I bought all three sandwiches to the tune of about $60.00 ... I was not happy with the attitude but chocked it up to kids ... when I got the sandwiches home .. they all had peppers on them .. ugh ... so I went back tonight to give them another try ... trying to give them the benefit of the doubt ... bad night .. new employee .. what ever ... tonight I told the guy I wanted 2 #17 Philly Steak & Cheese Giants ... I wanted one no peppers add mushrooms ... Because I did not want the sandwich made wrong I stood to the side where I could see the ... there was one other couple behind us and the guy ordered a steak and cheese also .. a half size ... on the grill I saw two large steak & cheese layouts and the half one ... above each of the steak and cheese were the peppers and onions ... I asked the grill guy .. "Gabe" (did not know his name at this point)... are one of those steak and cheese mine? He told me to step back off the tiled floor that I could not be in that area ... I did and said I understand ... I literally had one foot on the tile but I stepped back ... but I could see the grill ... So I told him I did not want peppers on mine please ... Gabe got really irritated and said "dont you tell me how to do my job" ... I lost it .. I told him in a very stern voice that you dont get to do that .. I told him yall messed up my order the last time and I am going to watch you to make sure it right this time ... he begin to get heated and told me he knows what he is doing .. but I watched him move the peppers and onions to the other side of the grill and add onions and mushrooms above the large steak and cheese layout ... so they fix the half sandwich first and push out that order and there is no one left in line but me ... they bagged my sandwiches and the Gabe guy gets all smart a$$ saying they are busy to just take my food and leave ... I look around and tell him are you serious ... there is no one in here but us ... he says .. we have online orders to fix ... so I told him please dont do that ... dont try to play with peoples intelligence ... there is no one here and you are upset cuz I asked you to make my sandwich correctly ... I point out that the peppers and onions he had above my steak and cheese layout on the grill are still sitting there on the grill ... there are no other order being made you are full of it ... He being to talk much smack .. at this point I asked his name ... he paused before he gave it to me ... then I asked the other guy at the register for the name and number of the manager and the district manager ... I am going to post this to every social media there is ... Less than thrilled with this place. I always try new places several times before I make judgment. You never know if it's an off night, maybe a delivery truck didn't make it or if someone called in sick. So... This is my third time here and I won't be back. It's clearly mikes way or no way. Any substitutions were met with hems and haws, two sandwiches were made and on the back board before I even realized it was my order they were working on. Asked what it came with on it because I have a kid that happens to not like lettuce and tomatoes. Well too late it was already made. They offered to take it off but frankly I can do that myself. Second sandwich I thought was easy... Just wanted the pepperoni I peppers instead of jalapeños. It was already wrapped and I was assured they made substitution. 3rd one... No biggie right off the menu...BUT... Wanted them toasted. THEY DONT TOAST THEM THERE...at all! Got home and not only did they use jalapeños .... It was loaded so heavy with them I couldn't eat it OR pick them out because it was mixed on the grill and an ingredient was left off. It was wrapped before I could even see it. One of the other times they were out of BREAD! All bread... But they can do a wrap or salad... No thanks. Other time they were out of half the meats! Just not worth it! $25 for 3 regular sandwiches.... Subway does a better job for half the price! Stay away! read more
