I didn't get his name but he has long Curly hair and glasses but was so friendly, and I really am leaving this review because his interaction was just very uplifting and positive for me in a rough time. Speedy, friendly service! We came at noon rush hour and got our sandwiches so fast! We were greeted almost immediately when entering and a few of the team members helped us out. Restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Sandwiches A+ as to be expected from Jersey Mike's. read more

We were very pleased when Jersey Mike's began to move out into the southern corridor near us. This particular day was Jersey Mike's nationwide "Day of Giving" on Wednesday, March 27th, when 100% of the day's sales will be donated to Helping Hand Home for Children. Nationwide! We went late afternoon to avoid the crowds. I've begun ordering the "mini" size of my sandwich. There's actually nothing mini about it. Jersey Mike's is very generous with everything that goes on this size of sandwich and it is plenty for me! I love The Original Italian. A mouthwatering combination of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni; I choose to have it dressed Mike's Way with lettuce, onions, tomato, S&P and oregano followed by what they call the "Juice." The Juice is Olive oil and vinegar, and this was one thing today I got too much of. My sandwich was drenched before I could stop him, so some of the bottom bread ended up soggy. Not all of it, though, and it's one delicious sandwich. I get the white bread, although you can have wheat or rosemary and parm. I also ask for their crunchy yummy pickles in a cup on the side and I get a cup of their hot cherry pepper relish for my husband and I to share, too. That relish is fantastic! My husband prefers the hot sandwiches - the cheese steaks. Today he had the Chicken Chipotle Cheese steak. He loves the grilled onions and peppers; but also chooses the rosemary and parm bread, which I confess I've never tasted together. We eat at Jersey Mike's everywhere across DFW and generally, consistency is the business' strong suit. Occasionally, like today with the wet dressing, there's a flub; but not anything big enough to ever keep us away. My next objective is to try my fave in salad form. There's plenty of parking at this location. As is the trend; there are only a few tables in this small Midlothian outpost, it's loud and the foot traffic is constant around you if you eat in. Which we usually do. But it's all about the sandwich. Mine was ~ $8 and my husband's, a regular, ~ $10. Terrific service. We'll be back, of course. read more

This place is phenomenal!! Everything is fresh and cooked to order. You can't ask for a better fresh, flavorful sandwich!!! Hot or cold... yup it's on and of course it's delicious. The service is fast and efficient. If you are in a bit of a hurry they will get you in and out..... but me, NAH. I'm chilling and enjoying my sandwich, chips and a pop. I've been to many JMs and in normal times their process is fine. In COVID times their process not extremely smooth and it's understandable. You are blocked from getting to close to the counter and that's totally understandable. Just with all the noise both people wearing masks, it's hard to hear and to understand. Other than that we placed our order and pay and sit down. Tons of people back and forth to the counter. We watched two of our orders being made right there in sight. But those were the lasts to be delivered and they physically handled it and pulled it out of the bag almost giving to a different customer and then realizing it was wrong and stuffing it bs k in the bag. Then thinking it was made by mistake taking it in the back. When we asked they tried to find it and went to the back and came out with it and attempted to hand it to us. One of the guys asked "Ah, well would you like us to remake it fresh", "yes please!!" I think one guy was upset and the other knew exactly why he should and why he asked if we'd like it remade. All of that to say I understand some of the confusion and we still support eating out and support the restaurant industry that has been so impacted by this virus. I should start off with saying that we love Jersey Mike's. It's the only sandwich shop we visit. After today I won't ever order from the App again. Apparently they don't pay attention to the exact order. I walked in while they were preparing our order. I ordered the giant with extra turkey and mayo and cheese only. There was lettuce all over my sandwich. I asked if it was mine and the manager said yes. I said I didn't want lettuce on it and he said they would fix it. The young lady started scraping most of it off and I said that I don't want any lettuce at all on it, mostly because there was still lettuce on it. She just laughed. The manager said we will make me another if you want sir, I said I just want my order right. So he prepared a new sandwich after that. I figured it would be right, but when I got home there was no extra meat. And then my wife said, I didn't get any oil and vinegar on the side. The sandwiches were delicious, just not exact. I have had a Jersey Mike's Sub from the Midlothian location perhaps 42 out of the last 52 weeks! My favorite is the #13 on white, extra cheese, Mike's Way, add mayo and pickles. Always fresh, always good, always quick and their folks are always friendly. Not much more to say. Keep it up. read more

Great subs!! Fresh meat and cheese sliced for each sandwich. Love the rosemary bread. My favorite is the Super Club (9), with the juice, chipotle mayo,and oregano. So good! My next fave is the Italian. This location is also quicker than other Jersey Mike's, but it does take a little while since everything is sliced fresh for you - worth it! I'm so excited to have a Jersey Mike's in Midlothian! Went in today and considering that they just opened and were extremely business they kept things moving and were extremely friendly! I was blown away by the costumer service. I have celiac so I was so happy with the care that was taken to make my gluten free sub. They prepared my sandwich in the back on a separate board using all different ingredients then what was on the line. I felt bad asking due to the fact they were so busy but they did not mind at all:) Thank you Jersey Mike's for giving me one more gluten free option in Midlothian. Stopped here for a sandwich and boy was it good! I had the turkey with Mikes toppings on Rosemary sub roll! It not only had a lot of meat and veges but that Rosemary roll was delicious! The servers were very well trained - I could tell they must memorize how to ask for your order and are very organized in how they serve the toppings and keep you going to the cashier. Much better then should I say it- Subway? Huge difference in quality, quantity, and choices. This was my second visit and I'll definitely be back. Prices are a bit higher I say but worth it. Ordering online is done for reason, if you give me a time my food will be done I'll show up at the time, so order not done on time is strike 1, but not the end of the world, once I show up and you know I'm there, prioritizing 4 walk ins after I came in is strike 2, now I'm getting a little irritated, why would anyone order online if it's just faster to walk in? Then you call out every name on the orders except mine which you just threw off to the side where it sat for an additional 10 mins while I waited for no reason that's strike 3 . I ordered Giant 17, no onions and peppers on white. How hard is this? Gave my name and saw him write it on lined paper. The order was hung up to cook. I had 144 points on my rewards. So when I got to ring-up, I put points number in and didn't think about total. I knew I needed 6 to get a free. I was rung up for a regular and noticed when I walked out. I came back thinking they forgot the other half. I then had to pay for other half. By now, I have 150 points because of last order. So I got my points taken and paid $10 for half a giant. Got it home and the pics will show you what we got. The guy wouldn't let me explain my points. Instead, he yelled at me because HE chose to go right to tip portion before any points were discussed. Yelled that I should have told him! He stole my points and charged for half. That's the third time now that they refuse to even let the customer use points. Oh you have it for next time is what they say. They didn't offer any options for points. JM's used to be good. The quality of ingredients is what makes these sandwiches so delicious! The deli meats are so fresh, taste clean, and are cut just the right thickness! The veggies are also very fresh, and they give you a lot. The bread is tasty. I just can't go anywhere else for a sandwich any more! I think they should open for breakfast! I have followed Jersey Mikes from California. I've always had a good experience at this location, but the last two times our orders have been wrong. I place my orders online and pick up. Two weeks ago ordered two sandwiches, one no onion and the other paying for avocado, well I got onion and no avocado. So it was a breath of fresh air that everyone here was super friendly both times and my food was right both times. Hot and tasted super good. No long waits. No complaints. Being from South Jersey (Willingboro) I'm a hard judge when it comes to "Jersey" style hoagies (subs). First time I ever tried Jersey Mikes was in Oklahoma while working the on a contract job. I laughed when I saw it. "Good hoagies here in Oklahoma?" Damn, you bet. That was 2009 or so. So coming back home to (at the time) Hurst, Texas, we got a Jersey Mikes. Fantastic - identical to the Oklahoma establishment taste wise. We stopped here in the Midlothian branch, the manager was friendly and the #2 is a timeless classic Jersey hoagie. The only difference is the rolls. They're great for Texas (no one can bake bread here for crap) but it's not their fault, it's because the elevation here is about 700ft ASL. Altitude and humidity have everything to do with baking. My family was in the Italian bakery, restaurant and catering business. My kid is very picky when it comes to food. He always takes something home with him. He finishes every bite, everytime. We'll be back again. Ya'll need a location in Red Oak, Texas. This area is about to explode, being the Plano/McKinney of the south D/FW metroplex. read more
