Great place to eat with better food. Friendly service and my kids absolutely love this place

Way back when (like 4 years ago) LOL I moved here and got a job at the mall.. and besides Chic Fila being so tasty, I always used to come here for a Philly Cheese Steak. You definitely can NOT go wrong with a classic Philly, with provolone and all the toppings of your choosing. (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, peppers) I work a few miles away and when I crave a good sandwich I make sure I go to the Parks Mall, head straight to the food court and go when they first open so I don't have to wait super long, but it IS worth the wait if you ever go when they are busy. Speaking of all this makes me want one now! And by the way the cheese fries with ranch is a MUST! By the way, I'm not 100% sure if they still have it but I have an old punch card where you buy any 7 subs/grilled salads you get the 8th free.. so that's a bonus for sure! read more

Good food court food inside the mall! Their samples they pass out of the chicken California always reel me in. I got the deluxe fries with bacon, cheese and jalapeños and I LOVE how the cheese is melted and warm. So many places sell cheese fries with stringy, hard cheese which makes me regret ordering it. They're really generous with the toppings and gave me an extra ton (I asked for a lot) of jalapeños at no charge. If you order a sub and deluxe fries, you get a free drink if you get one of the coupons they pass out. Only drawback was even with the free drink, this came a little bit under $10 for a small sub and fries. A bit overpriced for food inside the mall imo read more

I had always heard people talk about this place yet somehow had never eaten there before. Finally I went there on a whim and boy I'm glad I did. Got the regular Philly Cheese Steak with the regular fixings, MINUS the lettuce and tomatoes? I've never had lettuce and tomatoes on a cheese steak before. I did however add a Chipotle sauce which paired well with the sandwich in my opinion. The meat was plentiful and the bread had a nice little crisp on the outside while being nice and soft on the inside. Ordered the small size and it was just the right size to fill me up. Although I definitely could take out the larger sizes. They do offer a variety of other sandwiches including chicken, turkey, pepperoni, club, Italian and even a veggie sandwich. Usually I am not a huge fries fan but DAMN these fries where good! I ordered the Ultimate and an order of just plain fries. The Ultimate came with cheese sauce, bacon and ranch dressing on top. Fork worthy for sure. The fries are nice and crispy yet still soft in the middle. The plain fries where excellent as well even without dipping them in anything. My only drawback was the pricing. Two small sandwiches, two fries and two drinks came out to just under $20. For a fast food atmosphere it just seemed overpriced to me. I did enjoy the food though. read more

Consistently good. Charley would be proud. Although the line goes fairly fast the help is always new and sometimes in a rush just to get orders out. That being said I know it's fast food but sometimes my sandwich comes out messy and makes it hard to eat with no where to grasp it from. Beware, if you are a slow eater the bread gets soggy fast. Their lemonades are delicious, definitely try the peach one. read more

Was the worst Philly Cheesesteak and Buffalo Chicken sandwiches we've ever had. Meat was horrible quality on both. Nothing redeeming to say.

Went here today for a take out order; Spent $30 on three sandwiches and when I got home not one single sandwich had anything on them except meat and cheese. That was not how they were ordered! I came to Charley's for the first time last week in the mall. I had the chicken teriyaki with a drink & loaded down bacon cheese fries. First of all YUM!!!!! It was so loaded down with chicken it kept falling apart which made it harder to eat but still very good, wasn't too thrilled about the cheese with fries, the wait was a little longer but I get that it's the mall & everything but overall I loved it. And I never really liked cheese fries bc when the cheese is dried up, it holds all the fries together and it's annoying. Beware employees can be rude.. Charley's has the best Philly cheesesteak subs in the entire world! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They have amazing fries too. I love there chicken subs too. If you are the Food Court in the Parks at Arlington, get Charley's! read more

My coworker went here for lunch and she asked did I want something I said yes ill try whatever your getting since I never had it before. She had got a sub with chicken lettuce tomatoes ranch with fries. I was very impressed it took me by surprise that it was actually good. The meat was well seasoned and tender the tomatoes were like diced I think and it was just enough ranch not to over power the sandwich. The fries were good and somewhat crispy just like I like them. Pink tomatoes and hardly any actual meat. I guess that's what a Philly looks like in Texas. Don't waste your money.

Food is generally good, but keep an eye on the way they make your sandwich. I was in line, had to wait for the order in front of me to be finished since they were waiting on fries (I didn't order fires), and for someone reason they gave my sandwich to the person behind me and let them cut me in line. Then since they were about to give me their sandwich with veggies that I didn't want, they proceeded to take the veggies off and put them back into each container for the veggies, to reuse them. I sat down, took a bite, realized they put onions when I ordered none, and had them remake it. They (mainly the shift leader) spent the next few minutes debating if it was the cooks or the cashier's fault, made some other people's orders, then started mine. They put american cheese, I told them I had provolone. They then took the half melted American cheese and put it back in the American cheese container, of course, to reuse it later. Food is generally good though, so maybe give everyone a food safety seminar and it will improve? read more

Use to be my "go to" for phillys. But today it was awful...I got a regular beef one and my friend got a chicken one with chili cheese fries...meat had no flavor...fries were ok. But chili cheese no flavor....she couldn't eat the chicken sandwich...it literally tasted like just bread. Very disappointed read more
