Definitely a solid option whether you're just looking for coffee or a little flavorful bite. The service was very friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. However, they also have a free parking lot (1st floor only) found on the same block. Bathrooms are single stalls and they have always been clean.

The shop is quaint and warmly decorated. There's a cluster of chairs & a couch around a coffee table or a large table for bigger groups. Aside from that, there's a bar and a few small tables for independent seating. Along with some beans, we ordered two matcha lattes that were high quality. As I studied, there was a consistent trickle of customers coming and going - a sign of a lively business. Since the space is small, it was a little noisy but I enjoyed the ambience. The next time I'm in need of a study spot or a good latte when visiting my family, I'll be sure to stop by again.

I see that they also have tea options. There's also a table near the order counter where people leave their business cards for different services, from legal to home maintenance. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.
