One of the better team rooms I have eaten at. I had the lasagna and it was amazing, better than most I have had at Italian restaurants! I would definitely order it again! Service was great and friendly. I asked for guidance on the menu and she did not steer me wrong. The ambiance was pretty typical antique mall tea room. Nothing too fancy, but all functional.

Such a cute spot!! It was 12 bucks a person and come with one pot of tea! We had the watermelon peach mango tea and it so yummy! Everything was as tasty but we loved the scones the most and muffins the least! The sandwhich were cucumbers dill cream cheese, chicken salad sandwhich and strawberry cream cheese sandwiches!

The Tin Tulip is a cute tearoom in an antique mall. The servers are really kind and gave great recommendations for tea. We got the high tea which is a pretty good value for a whole pot of tea and assortments of tea sandwiches, scones, and fruit. The clotted cream was amazing and the scones were really good with it. The cucumber sandwiches were great but one of the sandwiches was a sweet chicken type sandwich that was too weird of a mix of sweet and savory. We even had enough to take some food home so the portions were generous. You can't get high tea for a better price anywhere!

High tea package bottom to top: 3-4 different mini sandwiches, scones and sweet potato cornbread+fruits

Good food and fair prices, spotty service, can be noisy with groups. Old rickety chairs are not comfortable, so suggest take-out.

Love this place. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, large portions and great value. Hidden gem in the back of an antique mall

I love the food there. The waiters are so nice. I also love that after you eat you can shop.

We were seated immediately by the person tending the front door which by the way was very friendly & inviting. Our server was amazing. She answered all our questions & recommended a few items. It is a great place to meet friends & catch up or just to get away by yourself. I ordered the Chicken Salad w/a side Caesars Salad, the Peach Ginger Green Tea & Coconut Pie - definite a reorder. I especially liked the swirl bread, it was soft & so good. My daughter ordered the Loa Salad, the Lemonade & the Coconut Pie. She said everything was delicious. I asked about the Three Course High Tea - it is only available by reservation & after 2 pm. We may have to try it another time.

Everything is clean and nicely decorated The menu offers a variety of options from bites, to meals, to other tea room classics. I know many people go for the desserts. There's beer and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options (coffees, teas, and soft drinks). We were given complimentary breadsticks which were essentially long croutons. Tasty but a little strange in terms of complementary bread. More seemed like palette cleansers or again oversized croutons The staff were gracious hosts. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the food, ambiance, and service were solid This spot is in what looks to be a converted department or furniture store. Half of the space is the restaurant, and the other half is a store with many boutiques Some tips: If you're celebrating a special event like a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or just want to enjoy high tea, this place is perfect. They also cater Cheers!!

When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed how full it was. Once we walked in, there was a great amount of people sitting around, possibly having meetings and working. It was barely 11 am on a Tuesday. My coworkers and I were able to get coffee and charge our devices. There is an abundance of charging outlets all over. There is even a little seating area for children to sit and read or play. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered with ease. I like that there is plenty of seating areas inside, two different outside patios downstairs, seating on a second level and another huge patio area upstairs. To get upstairs, you can take the stairs or use the elevator. Besides beverages, you can purchase pastries and merchandise such as t-shirts. This is definitely one of those little shops to come, sit and work while you sip your tea or coffee. It's Uber cute and trendy. Check it out!!
