I really enjoyed my experience at HTEAO. I usually enjoy my experiences at differently location but the staff was very sweet and helpful. We had just left the rangers game and got our tea and walked and looked at different things they were selling the manager gave me lots of tips for gifts for drinks to try and to keep an eye out for new things on the app. The store was very clean and neat as always. My daughter and I stopped through on the way home from work. We pass this location every day and finally stopped in. I got a Huge because it was $3 and some change. It is definitely worth it! I filled it with Sweet Georgia Peach, Sweet Strawberry Passion, Sweet Mango Fresco and Sweet Watermelon. It's tasty!!! This is the smallest of the HTeaO businesses I have been to. They do not have as many tea choices as the others but they still have a good selection. The signage is also different here making it a little harder to differentiate between the sweet and unsweet teas. TikTok brought me here lol !! I have a popular TikToker who raves about this place regularly, and of course you know how it is when something is overly advertised, we get a little curious and anxious to find out for ourselves. It's deep in Arlington, but not hard to find at all . I struggled slightly getting out of the parking lot only because it was a Saturday and People weren't being too friendly with the roads lol . However , I rushed here to try what she claims to be the best mixture (Sweet Coconut tea and sweet raspberry), it /she definitely did not disappoint. I added some different fruits and squeezed lemon or two and it was so refreshing. I hate that I added so much ice , because my tea was gone really fast . However, they also have some of the best ice, so after finishing my tea I enjoyed crunching on the ice. My oldest daughter also joined me on this TikTok find and she said this place had some of the best lemonade she's ever had. She's really hard to please so that only added to my great experience . This is my first time visiting so I don't know if all other locations are the same but this location had a drive thru that was fairly long, which I'm glad we chose to walk in . The walk in service was quick, fast and friendly . Establishment was nicely organized, well stocked and cleaned. Fruit bar was a little empty which was understandable because we were literally walking in around closing. I'm assuming that many others follow the same TikToker because her mixture of teas were almost gone . I hope that this establishment expands and puts a couple of store closer to where I live and work so that I could become a regular . However, whenever in the Arlington area I will try to stop buy and get me some tea and even a bag of ice , their ice is better then Sonic's lol . read more

OUTSTANDING!!! I found out about HTeaO when I was visiting my dad in OKC by accident. Then, I found out they were opening up a franchise in Arlington, TX (close to where my mom lives) made me jump for joy. This chain makes great ice teas. The staff is fun and friendly. The owner was at the shop when I stopped by and was warm and welcoming. I love that he are officially licensed to sell Yeti products. This is fresh brewed tea made with quality tea leaves. My dad is diabetic and he loves the tea they make with Stevia. Make sure you download the app and become a part of the rewards program. read more

I know this place is a semi-chain (to my knowledge there are only 12 locations across the USA), but this place is so awesome and fun to visit! Inside there are 20+ different flavored teas to choose from, and there are sampling cups you can use to choose the flavor(s) you like the most. Because you can also mix flavors in any combination, there's a good chance you'll encounter decision paralysis when staring at all the flavors! Also, 2pm to 4pm has Happy hour pricing on the cups, so a giant 55oz tea ends up only costing $1.79- GREAT deal! Hi. My name is Michelle and I'm addicted to tea. No desire to abstain so this is a wonderful place for me to indulge. The tea shop is located right next door to Capital One Bank. My top three favorites are Blueberry Green, Peach Ginger Green and Watermelon. My daughter's favorite is Mint. My oldest son just puts his cup at several and mixes flavors, he likes it. The only flavor I didn't enjoy as much as I expected was their Arnold Palmer. But of course, that's simply a personal taste preference. At the moment they have a limited edition Root Beer flavor. Did you just give me the side eye? Sounds a little odd, I know. I truly enjoyed it, I don't drink soda at all but I like that the root beer flavor really comes through. AVOID this location! The owner is rude and an absolute LIAR! I ordered at least 3-4 times a month minimum and will NEVER order here again. The manager told me that the driver stole my order, the owner gets on the phone and agrees to refund, as I clearly didn't have the teas. Now the refund was never issued and they will not return my calls or emails. They continue to put me on hold and never come back or promise to call back and do not! HTeaO is amazing. The drive-thru is incredibly quick & I can't get over how amazing the happy hour prices are. Happy hour is daily from 2pm - 4pm. My favorite is the Texas Chai. Not overly sweet but still really flavorful and delicious. I also enjoy the Sweet Watermelon. We've become regulars and look forward to our weekly trip to HTeaO. It's SO much fresher, tastier, and overall better than anything you'll find at the convenience store. I had a hair appointment in the area and always wanted to try this place. When I walk in, a nice gentleman invited me to sample all of the flavors. I sampled the unsweet tea, the sweet tea, the Ryan Palmer and the Sweet Almond Green. All were delicious. I ended up with getting a large sweet almond green and don't regret my choice. Honestly, it's really hard to find a genuinely good, cheap place that sells good iced tea with fast service. I've tried the peach sweet iced tea and a mix of peach/mango!
