This is the smallest of the HTeaO businesses I have been to. They do not have as many tea choices as the others but they still have a good selection. The signage is also different here making it a little harder to differentiate between the sweet and unsweet teas. The service great and they still have all the merchandise offerings as other stores.
TikTok brought me here lol !! I have a popular TikToker who raves about this place regularly, and of course you know how it is when something is overly advertised, we get a little curious and anxious to find out for ourselves. It's deep in Arlington, but not hard to find at all . I struggled slightly getting out of the parking lot only because it was a Saturday and People weren't being too friendly with the roads lol . However , I rushed here to try what she claims to be the best mixture (Sweet Coconut tea and sweet raspberry), it /she definitely did not disappoint. I added some different fruits and squeezed lemon or two and it was so refreshing. I hate that I added so much ice , because my tea was gone really fast . However, they also have some of the best ice, so after finishing my tea I enjoyed crunching on the ice. My oldest daughter also joined me on this TikTok find and she said this place had some of the best lemonade she's ever had. She's really hard to please so that only added to my great experience . This is my first time visiting so I don't know if all other locations are the same but this location had a drive thru that was fairly long, which I'm glad we chose to walk in . The walk in service was quick, fast and friendly . Establishment was nicely organized, well stocked and cleaned. Fruit bar was a little empty which was understandable because we were literally walking in around closing. I'm assuming that many others follow the same TikToker because her mixture of teas were almost gone . I hope that this establishment expands and puts a couple of store closer to where I live and work so that I could become a regular . However, whenever in the Arlington area I will try to stop buy and get me some tea and even a bag of ice , their ice is better then Sonic's lol .
OUTSTANDING!!! I found out about HTeaO when I was visiting my dad in OKC by accident. Then, I found out they were opening up a franchise in Arlington, TX (close to where my mom lives) made me jump for joy. This chain makes great ice teas. The staff is fun and friendly. The owner was at the shop when I stopped by and was warm and welcoming. I love that he are officially licensed to sell Yeti products. This is fresh brewed tea made with quality tea leaves. My dad is diabetic and he loves the tea they make with Stevia. Make sure you download the app and become a part of the rewards program.
Yummy!!!!! Best way I can say this. Family owned franchise. Owner was there keeping the place running smoothly. His staff was always moving. No one standing around. The tea inside was kept full and the drive thru looked busy, but seemed to move quickly. Had a good chat with Owner Ricky Davis, about his cooler options yeti and pelican. Talked about how each one works. We will be back, go check them out for some good quality tea. Suggestion-half unsweet mint/sweet texas chai.
First time here and it didn't disappoint. If you like iced tea this is your place. So many flavors. They even brewed and bottled custom tea for me. I asked for 1/2 sweet chai and 1/2 unsweetened mint. Perfect! Jennifer is the owner and super friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us. Support this new business in Arlington.
I know this place is a semi-chain (to my knowledge there are only 12 locations across the USA), but this place is so awesome and fun to visit! Inside there are 20+ different flavored teas to choose from, and there are sampling cups you can use to choose the flavor(s) you like the most. Because you can also mix flavors in any combination, there's a good chance you'll encounter decision paralysis when staring at all the flavors! Also, 2pm to 4pm has Happy hour pricing on the cups, so a giant 55oz tea ends up only costing $1.79- GREAT deal! The employees here are also super friendly and will help you out if it's your first time. I was encouraged to try all 25 flavors during my first visit!
Hi. My name is Michelle and I'm addicted to tea. No desire to abstain so this is a wonderful place for me to indulge. The tea shop is located right next door to Capital One Bank. My top three favorites are Blueberry Green, Peach Ginger Green and Watermelon. My daughter's favorite is Mint. My oldest son just puts his cup at several and mixes flavors, he likes it. The only flavor I didn't enjoy as much as I expected was their Arnold Palmer. But of course, that's simply a personal taste preference. At the moment they have a limited edition Root Beer flavor. Did you just give me the side eye? Sounds a little odd, I know. I truly enjoyed it, I don't drink soda at all but I like that the root beer flavor really comes through. They have an app that's advertised on the bottom of the receipt. I definitely recommend downloading it. This place is genius. Coffee lovers have always had it made. Thank you HTeaO for catering to tea lovers.
My first time going, I was invited inside to try all of the flavors. After trying all of the sweet flavored teas, I was indecisive, they all were delicious! I end up getting the Sweet Almond Green. I also signed up for the reward program and earned some points

Amazing tea varieties and great flavors. I definitely recommend the blueberry green tea mixed with regular unsweetened blueberry tea if you don't want something too sweet. Customer service is pretty awesome too, and the fact that it's a drive-thru is awesome. read more

My daughter and I stopped through on the way home from work. We pass this location every day and finally stopped in. I got a Huge because it was $3 and some change. It is definitely worth it! I filled it with Sweet Georgia Peach, Sweet Strawberry Passion, Sweet Mango Fresco and Sweet Watermelon. It's tasty!!! The service was nice, the store was clean and my daughter bought herself a t-shirt. I also got some Beer Cheese Pretzels. We'll definitely be back!!! read more

A new establishment in the Arlington area, not too far from Globe Life Field. You name the tea and they have it. As a non-tea drinker, I was able to get a 44 ounce cup of lemonade and then got two 1/2 gallons to go. This is a Texas chain (franchise) and the owner was very nice , who explained everything to ours and it included 20 employees on the floor and were helpful and accommodating. Welcome to the area. read more

Absolutely love it here! The first time visiting I got to sample all of their teas, as they have small sample cups for your convenience. All were very delicious, and I LOVE that they offer mini gallons as an option to take home. They also have gallons of tea... Ice... and lots of other goodies. Highly recommend going during happy hour for a cheaper price on their teas, any size! read more

I was super excited to come here for the first time. I went to the drive thru and paid 75¢ extra for the fruit add-in, just for them to give me 4 pieces of dirty, brown, MOLDY strawberries. When I opened up the cup, I immediately smelled the expired sour scent and gagged. Disgusting! read more

This issue was never resolved. The owner of this location just blamed it on corporate as to why he can not give refunds on open/used products. He stated that he asked corporate office and they told him to not give refunds on open/used products. This policy is NOT on their receipt. Went to ask other locations and did not have any problems. Also, asked to speak to corporate to confirm and have not received a response. read more
