Tried the sugar free caramel latte, excellent. It's not overly sweet, but you're not missing out with the sugar-free option. Creamy, smooth, with a fine coffee flavor. The girl took her time making my drink, meaning she did it right... not a complaint. It was mixed really well & she added some sugar free whipped cream/foam on top. Delicious! They have some snacks but I didn't try any, they look pretty good but I wasn't hungry. Prices for food seem pretty fair. I felt like $9+ for my drink was a bit pricey... but it was good. And yes, I still tipped because the service was excellent. Another girl came up to ask questions on some drink & the staff member was super knowledgeable & kind. She had long dark hair & glasses, kudos to her for awesome service! I'd recommend giving them a try if you're in the mall!

First coffee shop to match a Starbucks curtado!!!! Super clean and super cute inside.

Overall 2 - Our first experience with Latte Factory was not what we expected. This is a mall location . We ordered a vanilla mocha on ice and a Carmel vanilla latte on ice. Both with cold foam. No food item. If you are just wanting a drink on the go, this is a good stop at the mall. Atmosphere - 1 - To be fair, we pull our coffee shops out of a hat without researching and this location is at a mall, so there is no coffee shop vibes here whatsoever.Very loud and crowded. Service - 3 - The barista that took our order was very friendly and gave us some great suggestions and took time to answer our questions. She was the best part of the experience. The drink delivery was slow. My wife went next door for a burger and she came back with her order and we were still waiting on our two coffees. Cleanliness - 3 - Average for a mall food court. Parking - 2 - Mall parking garage Taste - 5 - The drinks were great and the cold foam was amazing. I would walk around loving this drink if I was Christmas shopping. Pastries - n/a - Did not order Variety - 1 - Very few selections. Only one size of drink available. Only pastry is a croissant. You could also order avocado toast or Nutella toast. Latte art/presentation - 3 - Average to go order, but the branding on their cold drinks cups was unique. Cost - 20.16 - definitely priced on the high side.

What a convenient spot for some a latte before, after or during a movie!! Was in a rush this morning to get to our morning in time so didn't get to make my coffee. Thankfully latte factory is perfectly placed across from the AMC, I stopped by to grab a latte to watch Superman! It is on level 2 within the food court. Service was very friendly and helpful, even with a system malfunction where they had to reboot the system, he stayed calm and friendly the whole way. He was even helpful when I was trying to pick a drink for my husband that wasn't going to be too sweet. I got the Sweet Cream Cold Foam Coffee and I got my husband the Vanilla Mocha Latte. Mine was a bit too watered down for my preference (lots of ice with very little coffee) but my husband seemed to like his. Just knocking one star off as it's not comparable to other specialty coffee shops. More just does the job when needing a quick coffee on the go. Love the packaging and presentation though!!

This is inside the Arlington Mall. The people working today were very nice and helpful. Not the cheapest coffee, but it's delicious. Definitely sweet. This isn't for people who come for coffee to taste like coffee.

The lady at the counter was so sweet. She seemed genuine and was great at making sure I was totally satisfied with my drink. The coffee was good (I got the caramel truffle), but it was extremely overpriced. Name any other coffee shop in the area and it would be cheaper than this place. My biggest problem though is that after I got my coffee, I ran some errands and needed to reheat it when I got home. Because there was a sleeve over the lettering, I didn't know the cup itself contained metallic lettering. After a few seconds in the microwave, the cup caught fire. It seems unwise to put metallic lettering on the cup instead of the sleeve so that if someone wants to reheat their coffee, they have to find another cup to put it in.

Suzi was so nice helping us figure out the menu. The prices are decent, and they offer delicious samples. This place is new, and their coffee is delicious. Great quick stop for coffee.

I saw the breakfast menu and wanted to order the shelby bagel, but unfortunately they actually stop serving breakfast at 5pm... so not all day BUT dude i ordered the micah sandwich and it was SO GOOD! their menu has many options, so when i hit the roadblock on the bagel, the staff guided me to the other options very well! TLDR: get the wedding cake w coconut milk, get a sammy and sit by the fire yall. beautiful peaceful spot!!

A lot of their drinks are strong for me, and I'm not much of a coffee drinker. I like that they provide free ice water, and they have a nice selection of pastries and even a lunch menu (sandwiches, grilled cheese, tacos and more!) for those who are looking to stick around for a while. The atmosphere is beautiful; plenty of seating, comfortable chairs and different types of table, and there's even an area my friend and I like to seat in what looks like a private event table. It's open to the public as long as no one reserves the area, so we always enjoy bringing our writing equipment and books. Personally, I really enjoy their grilled cheese. I've tried their cheese danish and brownie as well. Very delicious but a bit too sweet. I'll definitely be back here as a frequent to spend time with my friend, but I'll be on the lookout for other drinks and sweets.

Upon entering at noon, I saw that it was pretty crowded, which tells me that a lot of people do enjoy the atmosphere of Savor. Plenty of spacing and seating, including a variety of seating choices from chairs to an elongated couch-looking area. I think it's cool that the place allows dogs. There was lady sitting next to our table who brought her dog in and they stayed in the shop for hours. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and clean. The cashiers were all fast with completing their orders, and the fruit refresher I tried (mango flavor) was spectacular! I also ordered a chocolate muffin and it's so tasty!! I see that they also have tea options. There's also a table near the order counter where people leave their business cards for different services, from legal to home maintenance. I thought that was a nice addition to a coffee shop. I'll definitely be back with my friend.

This spot (near AT&T Stadium where the Cowboys play) was incredible. The space itself is huge with room outside, downstairs, and upstairs. Seriously, it's massive, yet still has a great coffee shop feel which is great. Our baristas were extremely friendly and when it came to customizing the avocado bread for my gluten free needs, they didn't hesitate. Their gluten free bread was really good which isn't always the case. As for my coffee, I loved it. Great oatmilk and the espresso was on point. We liked it so much, we drove back there the next day with more of our friends and they loved it. If I lived in the area, this would be a strong consideration for my local shop. Well done guys!
