I know they don't control the menu but it's still nice to be able to control sugar options when applicable. I got the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea with 80% sugar, they did let me know that was the most the sugar could be reduced by & that was good to know. I also asked for less ice & it was nice to see it didn't reduce the volume of my drink. Ordered the Coconut Milk tea with boba, half the sugar, and lite in the ice. It was delicious! While waiting for the drink, noticed the screen showing a video on Sharetea but the video has customers and workers still wearing the masks which tells me that the video is OLD. Please let your company know that this video is dated and customers need to see an up to date video showing your products, what's in them, how they are prepared, and finally your friendly staff's smiles instead of the masks. I have tried so many others that are too sweet but Sharetea is like having an iced coffee instead of Frappuccino like you can still taste the tea not just sugar on sugar. First impression could've been better, but the drink i ordered was delicious. The service was ok. It was my first time but the staff member taking my order didn't help with recommendations or how to order but another staff member could hear the confusion and assisted me with directions on how to order and explained the differences between the drinks and what to expect as far as sweetness level. There's quite a few bubble tea spots in Mansfield and I think this one is the best. The bubble tea is great every time. Service is great, young but profesional and attentive. The store itself is really dope. I haven't actually sat and drank my tea in store but it's def a nice place to hang back. Lastly I think the price is reasonable compared to some of the other places in the area. I don't feel guilty or wasteful compared to some of the other spots when I get my bubble tea fix. I love this location! There is a lot of parking available since it is located in a shopping center. The interior is bright and clean. There are tables and seats available for seating. There are a lot of flavors available and plenty of ways to customize your order (from ice to sugar amount). I ordered two taro milk teas with no boba pearls and it was delicious! *Unpopular opinion ahead* The decor is cute and clean, with games to keep you entertained. The employees are helpful and sweet. There are enough of them working to keep things moving. But the drinks are just not that good. All 3 of the milk teas I've tried have a nutty quality to them, like the dairy milk had been replaced with Almond or cashew milk. My friend gave their clear tea a chance after all the failed milky ones and said it tasted bitter, like the leaves were left to steep too long. Oh well, I was afraid I'd go broke and bloated with a bubble tea shop so close to home, but Share Tea poses no threat to my health or wealth (ha!). read more

Great place in town for boba! I recommend the taro slush with boba, but there are tons of flavors and options.

Location and the atmosphere of this place makes me happy. Love getting a drink and sitting down playing a couple rounds of Connect 4. Great staff!! Always greeted with a warm hello and smile. On top of that, they make drinks fast and still taste great! So far, I've tried the Creama Black Tea, Hokkaido Milk Tea, Honey Milk Tea, and Okinawa Milk Tea at this place. They're all good! Not going to lie, their drinks are really sweet, so I always get at least 50% sugar or less. But my husband loves it sweet and would get the full 100% sugar. Must give them a try! read more

I've been here 3 times and I've had: 1) Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea 10/10 - not too sweet, perfect amount of sweetness. My fav so far 2) Hoikkado Caramel Black milk tea 5/10 - doesn't taste like caramel 3) Coffee Black Milk Tea 8/10- yummy but wish the coffee flavor was stronger, tasted more like black tea. I love sharetea, but this 1-star rating is for the girl worker who was super slow. After she made my taro drink, she literally left it there, wash something and then ran to talk to her fellow guy workers. I was staring the workers down until one of the guys realized my drink was still sitting in the cup sealer. It's normally really good, but there are some times when I go where the drink isn't great or made properly. I normally get the classic black milk tea and it's great, I love that they give the option of mini pearls. The last time we went, I ordered an Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and it tasted like straight up milk. Sharetea is a hit or miss sometimes but definitely a hit more times than miss. This place is awesome for so many reasons. This is the equivalent to a bar but for everyone. A place where you can come and have a refreshing flavorful drink with yoir friends or solo and feel good about life. I ordered the mango passion fruit green tea and loved it. My came with 80% sugar less ice and it was just perfect. Love the idea of customizing your drink from sugar to ice. The owner is beautiful so check her out. So glad they opened a location here. This one is very contemporary and modern. Slightly smaller than the one on Cooper. Visited this evening and all tables and chairs were filled. They were friendly and informative on the drinks and I was glad that they asked how much ice and % of sweetness. Most just give you the regular. But I appreciated the ask! We ordered the household fav- strawberry lychee w/ ice cream- strawberry slush, vanilla ice cream, and lychee jelly--yummm! Hokkaido milk tea (sweet, almost coconutty) and I added egg pudding (think of flan)- great choice! Only thing I wish is to have an image of all their drinks.
