The guy condescendingly snickered at my questions as if I was the dumbest person he's ever spoke to. I couldn't even finish asking my questions because he kept walking off and putting stuff up as I was trying to ask. I gave up and walked out. Y'all could have had a daily customer but instead we will never give yall our business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to come here.

Last trip I think I actually bumped into the owner on my way in and he was a kind guy, I remember him greeting me warmly! It's never packed inside, cashiers are able to check people out quickly honestly most people are in and out so the foot traffic isn't crazy and as a result it stays quiet outside of music. I love dropping by when a seasonal flavor is out and while I will miss the Paloma the Pineapple flavor is definitely tasty and tropical for the summer! When he got to the window, the girl was laughing as well and asked my husband what that noise was and if it was a cat. My husband said no, it's my son crying and screaming. The employees proceeded to laugh. I don't think anything was funny at all. In fact, that was EXTREMELY rude. Immature and childish employees need serious training and a lesson in customer service. There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD!
