As an app member, I also get deals; I've claimed their free drinks before, and I think it's a great value especially when I enjoy grabbing a milk tea to accompany my pastries. The drinks are top tier too; I've tried their lattes, milk tea and specials. Staff has never made my drink wrong and I've gotten them at a reasonable time even if it's busy. I will say, since it's a bakery, obviously come early to have the freshest items. Also as the day goes on, they will stop restocking, so by the time it's 5PM, most of their items are gone. We were told that wasn't an option. They did offer a refund, but because we paid in cash and were already so far away, that wasn't very convenient. Aside from that issue, everything else was good. I ordered a piece of German Chocolate cake and a piece of Italian Cream cake. The baker had just pulled some Chocolate Chip cookies from the oven, so I added one of those too. The German Chocolate cake was very moist. To my taste, it wasn't very flavorful. The Italian Cream cake wasn't as moist and the frosting was a bit sweet for my taste. I have not yet eaten the Chocolate Chip cooking but it looks great. While I wish I liked the cakes more, I may try other things here.
