Came to the soft opening and my experience was great! Ordered a pearl milk tea and my friend ordered a QQ happy family milk tea and they were both so good. I am so glad that they opened a Sharetea in Mansfield. I used to have to drive to Arlington for Sharetea, but this location is conveniently placed near my house so I will be back often. The service was great and the girl who took my order, Chanlyn, did a great job of placing my order and making sure it was correct. The drinks here are very consistent every time! I also love that this Sharetea offers the Five Star rewards system. It offers more rewards than the usual stamp cards at other boba places. When they first opened, the service was great. As time goes on, the service is more and more like the Arlington location-- abysmal. Just generally impolite servers. Some of them can be very nice but a good majority of them lack manners. Sharetea does mostly powder drinks anyway but there are a few drinks that are good. They're just lucky they're really the only shop in Mansfield, otherwise I think they may not find themselves with much business (as is the case for the Arlington location-- always empty.) The good news is the drinks are usually consistent, so I'll deal with Sharetea if I don't feel like driving into Arlington. Places likes Feng Cha or even Ding Tea are better. read more

This is the worst Sharetea I've been to, and I've been to 4 of them across north Texas. I called ahead and placed my order because I did not want to wait and I gave them 15 minutes before I reached the store. Once I got to the store was waiting for more than an hour and they had lost my order. Once they were made aware of the situation they didn't even prioritize my order and so I asked for a refund and left without my teas. I had been here once before and they also took a long time and the tea wasn't even that good but I didn't want to drive all the way to Arlington. Save your money and just go to arlington this is the worst Sharetea. I would recommend going to TeaScoop in Arlington on cooper by parks mall, their tea is way better, cheaper, and they are always fast and friendly, it's definitely worth the drive even if you live in Mansfield. read more
