Came in a hurry and was greeted a bit slow for there being no one else in there nor in drive thru. There was a pile of water on the floor with a sign, but was quite confused why none of the 3 employees were addressing it. Otherwise it was nicely decorated and clean. Everyone was friendly and my smoothie was made perfectly. Always a fan of the daily warrior. read more

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to this establishment. Especially to Oscar the general manger managing that establishment. And his awesome employees. They are doing a very outstanding job. Shout out to my guy, Isaac at the Debby ln location with the five star service amazing job, brother!

Out of so many things (frozen yogurt, small cup lids, the juice that goes in the strawberry twist drink, could order a Acia bowl because they were out of most of the items used for that). Just close the doors or have someone run to the store. The drinks we got taste like crap because of the substitutions. read more

I really love coming to Smoothie king, except this one. 1 star for cleanliness . 1 star for service. Seems like it's always a hassle to make my order. read more

I was in the area after a dental procedure and starving. Due to some temporary packing from the procedure I couldn't eat anything solid. Smoothie King saved the day! I went through the drive thru, asked the clerk for a few suggestions and she was very helpful. Ordered a 20 ounce Strawberry Pineapple with protein added since I hadn't eaten all day. I went out of my way to treat myself for the 2nd time to the $9.99 Avocado Toast w/20 oz. Smoothie on my day off at the Mansfield, TX Smoothie King location. I went through the drive through, and waited patiently in line. I was handed my order and drove off. I started to eat the avocado toast and it was cold and the bread was soft and hardly toasted which is completely unacceptable and different from my first experience when I went inside to order earlier this week. I started to sip my smoothie only to notice a long, 2" vertical crack in the center of my straw. I then decided to drive back to smoothie king and went inside believing they would care and actually assist me in my concerns. The worker gal stated they would make me a new avo toast as I was not asking for another smoothie. I just wanted a functioning straw. The male manager then came wanting me to re-explain the issue, as to almost not believing me. I kindly and patiently re-explained then went to the bathroom as he said he would need to contact the general manager. I came out of the bathroom and he said they cannot remake my toast because I ate some of it but could remake my smoothie. I told them I did not want another smoothie, just the toast. He refused. I asked if I could speak to his GM. He then became upset and said "You can just leave." I could not believe how rudely I was treated as a paying customer. It truly put a bad taste in my mouth. I then decided to call the Smoothie King Headquarters, and was relieved when I spoke to kind & understanding, Malik Martinez. He said if I completed this email request, he would put in a refund request and certainly have a talk with the manager. I cried because I felt so hurt by being treated so unkindly, as if I had done something wrong. My avocado toast was cold, not actually toasted properly, and my straw had a huge crack and somehow it was my fault. Anyway, I am very appreciative for Malik and look forward to a follow up soon. I cannot believe a manager could not handle a simple task as offering a refund, or just remaking the toast to satisfy a paying customer and it makes me question if he is truly capable of handling such a role. read more

This place is the bomb! Love the staff there, and a shoutout to Dominic, Oscar, and all the workers there. The person who served my smoothie was really nice and even gave me a little extra that was left of the smoothie. Even through a rush, they powered through without any issues. Love the atmosphere and their smoothies! read more

It's pretty bad when you place a mobile order and go to pick it up and when you get to the front door at 8pm an hour before they close and the door is locked. The drive thru is the only way to pick up the order and it's backed up and moving slow. Wait in the drive thru for over 35-45 min only to finally get up to the window and they tell us that they are out of bowls when I ordered a PB swizzle bowl. They didn't have the only other smoothie ready that was in our order. Had to go through the hassle of taking off the PB swizzle bowl that we placed in the order so we didn't get charged. They never tried to even give us another smoothie for the inconvenience of waiting in the drive thru line and them not even having any bowls. I ask them why the front door was locked since they didn't close until 9pm and the employee stated she had a meeting and there was only one other employee inside which was a lie since I saw a total of 4 employees behind the counter in the store unless two of them weren't suppose to be there to begin with. Very pissed about this experience and the fact they didn't even try to accommodate us for the major inconvenience. The least they could've done is said I'm sorry for the inconvenience here's a smoothie on us. Nope nothing! Terrible service and the wait was pathetic. read more

I showed up to pick up my order at 7:53am this morning and the store is closed. They are supposed to open at 7am. Now I have already paid for my smoothie online, the order shows completed but I never got it because the store is closed. The corporate office needs to do something about this location. They have terrible customer service read more

Slow service, don't care about the customer service. Ordering through the app should be quicker. They prioritize the drive thru while you wait and have order 15 min ahead of time and still make you wait longer. read more

The rudest group of employees run by a rude general manager. They wonder why such turnover and lack of business. I asked nicely to have my smoothies put in styrofoam cups when I got to the window and saw the 32 oz in plastic cups already melting away. She said she would no change it out because it was too late. I told her I always get my 32 oz in styrofoam but was told I have to ask for 20 oz in styrofoam. Anyway. She was snappy and rude and tried to say they have a shortage yet the woman behind me asked for styrofoam. I was nice in my request and treated rudely. Boycott this place and maybe they will figure out the problem. read more

Please be serious to this "manager" who keeps responding. Every single review is poor and frustrating just down right horrible and the same complaint not open on time closing early taking breaks and posting a "be back in 15 minutes" on the drive thru screen. Pleaseeee give it up sell this location to someone who can do better. You're ripping people off and wasting people's time driving here. Makes zero sense!!!! I would say with how poor this is run the inside has got to be filthy and not sanitary with these teenagers playing work here. I would know because I have seen the back of dining places. People also say thier smoothies are inconsistent. I attest. I wish someone hired up would look into this. I've never in my life wrote a review but this is sorry! When I went recently the girl arrived I was behind two cars. She was obviously just getting there at around 9 am when they open at 8. She claimed "sorry I can't take your order right now. I can't even clock in....??" As she's walking into work with her belongings. Be serious. read more

This is the worst Smoothie King I've ever been to in the country, and I've been to dozens of them. They only allow drive thru pickup, so by using the app and ordering early, I still had to wait 30 minutes in line to pick up the now melted smoothie. They are amazingly slow, and when I've interacted with them, their customer service is poor at best. I highly recommend going somewhere else for a smoothie unless you have plenty of time to waste and don't mind paying double what it's worth. read more

Great friendly staff! The manager went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated. Peanut Butter Power Crunch is yummy.

This store PREVIOUSLY was a place I'd avoid. But, after hearing of new management I started going back and I'm SO GLAD! The GM now works the drive through just about every morning, and she's the best! She is always happy and keeps those cars moving! It truly feels like you're the only customer and she's your bestie making smoothies in your kitchen. I can't praise their morning crew enough!! read more

Horrible service, something's always broke, constant waits of 20+ minutes for simple SMOOTHIES

I ordered my usual pineapple surf that I get from every location I go to, I travel a lot which means I have been to locations in multiple states my order is simple and they not only did not get it correct but they actually lied that they added the ingredients I asked for. Before I took the drink I asked them if they added what I asked for she looked at one of the other employees and verified that they did which was an absolute lie. I wouldn't have mind if they had to remake my drink and I had to wait a few more minutes rather than giving me the wrong drink and allowing me to drive away I did go back and get a refund which they did not seem very happy about I would not recommend this location very poor service read more

Usually come to this location all days throughout the week and have a wonderful experience. Today though (Friday), it was not a good experience. I ordered two smoothies and one was excellent quality. The second smoothie was all ice chucks. Unfortunately I drove all the home before I took a drink of it and noticed it was all ice. I wouldn't be writing this review if this was the first time this has happened. I have come to this location servals times on Friday's and have gotten this same result. Drinks take over 20 minutes to make and I have had to wait because staff stated they, "lost my order." Secondly, the staff that was working today were all young adults or teenagers. They were cussing and using profound language. As a customer that type of behavior just shocked me coming from this location. I've never had an experience like that before. If you want my opinion, stay away from this location on Fridays. Staff during the week are professional and good. Friday's just don't come. read more

This location is appx. 1/2 mile from my house and I have been going since they open but I have notice lately the service is poor along with the wait time. I waited in line more than 20 Mins. Just to order and once I got to the microphone to order I asked why the wait. Josh told me they ran out of ingredients, customers on the inside were ordering 7 smoothies at a time which they were not expecting and alot of other things he said.. His level of sarcasm was unprofessional and then someone whom they thought they microphone was off wanted to laugh about the situation. I'm a person that takes customer service to heart that's big for me. I did speak with the manager CJ which I appreciated him listening. read more

It's great to have this Smoothie King right up the street from my residence. Initially, I was thrilled with how great my favorite Vegan Pineapple Spinach smoothie tastes. Over the past month, however, this Smoothie King has been the absolute WORST location to purchase from. I've ordered my favorite smoothie just to drive away and taste it only to discover that it doesn't taste the way it normally does. It tasted like it was watered down on 3 consecutive visits. Very bland, I might add. Come to find out that they were out of spinach. Even worse, no one said a thing about it to me when placing my order. Just last night, I gave them another chance. I ordered my smoothie, and when given my total, something told me to ask if they were out of any of the ingredients that normally go into my smoothie. I was told, they were again out of spinach. WHY should I have to ask that question? They should have told me right when I placed my order that the smoothie was not going to contain the normal healthy ingredients that I look forward to consuming. Yet, they'll still charge me the regular price while KNOWING the smoothie isn't top-notch quality as advertised. Shame on this location! I will NEVER come there again. Your customer service is terrible in this regard seeing that you're willing to reduce the product's quality that I'm paying FULL price for. I visit other locations regularly and have no problems whatsoever. I return to your location after one month and the SAME problem persists. I deserve a refund for all of the bad smoothies you've sold to me without all of the ingredients included. Please do right by me and other customers as we keep you in business by giving you our loyalty. If you cannot, please shut your doors and close until you can. read more
