Misdirected by Yelp directions, but called the store and they directed us- it's next to/past the field house, facing 287, not near Academy. Staff were very professional and helpful. Store is clean and attractive. We didn't buy any sneakers as the selection was limited, so giving 4 stars for that reason. read more

Loved my experience here! Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a machine that does all type of measurements for your feet and Laura gave me a ton of options. I purchased running shoes from them and within three times of wearing them figured out they had a defective mold and were off on the mold on one shoe. I returned them promptly and they will not refund my money entirely purchase because they were "used". In 4 days of use discovering the defect. And now they are just arguing with me email after email and refusing to refund me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

This is a great store as long as you have no issues with your shoes. The sales people are nice and I have purchased 4-5 pairs from them. However, this is the last time. We purchased Hoka track spikes for my son and he competed in one race with them, one hour before the second time using it, he calls me in a panic saying that the fiber plate in his track spikes split in half. So, we go back to RunUnited for an exchange since it had only been a few weeks. They told me because I purchase the spikes on sale that I was out of luck. They could not help me and sent me on my way. Seriously?! It wasn't until I got home that my wife started doing research and will be contacting Hoka directly. Now, couldn't RunUnited guide me to inform me that I should contact the manufacturer since this is all they deal in? Why just tell me there's nothing anyone can do to help? I was searching for Hoka's local in Mansfield and stumbled across this gym. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and the sweetest gal, Sydney, helped me. She took me through foot measurements and explained a lot of new things to me. She helped me find the perfect fitting insoles, incredible socks, and the best shoe for me. She patiently took her time as I tested each pair with and without the insoles. I was so impressed with her patience and overall customer service. I placed my order on Sat Oct22, 22 got confirmation. On Monday another email came confirming the order would be shipped soon. On Wed with great surprise they emailed me about refund without any clarifications!!! I reached out to them and they said: we are out of stock. After 4 days they figured out that??? It was a sale item and I tried in other seller website, during these 4 days they sold out my size . No responsibility. I wonder if they act like this for getting my info and sell them. Stopped by here today to get some good exercise shoes. Ended up buying a great pair of Hokas and an AMAZING pair of "flip flops". Seriously - the most comfortable pair of flip flops I've ever owned. I can't say enough about the service I received. I purchased running shoes recommended by a family member, but just didn't work for me. I took them back and the staff offered ways to make them more comfortable, so I took another run. But they still didn't work for me. After two runs, they took them back no questions and put me in a shoe that feels great. I can't think of any shoe store that would take back shoes after worn. This staff is exceptional.
