I was looking for a size 13 in dress shoes and asked if she could help me locate a pair. She responded by saying, "I mean I would have to scan every single shoe." Since I understood that finding the size might take some effort, I replied, "Awesome, I'll start bringing you shoes." From that point on, it felt as though my request was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a normal customer service interaction. Each time I approached her and her coworker with shoes to scan, their conversations would stop, their smiles would disappear, and their body language made me feel like I was interrupting or bothering them. As a customer, that made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that checking inventory can be time-consuming, but helping customers locate the right size is a basic part of the shopping experience. I was surprised by the attitude, especially from someone in a supervisory role, where professionalism and customer service should set the example for the rest of the team. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I believe every customer should feel welcomed and treated with respect when asking for assistance.

We had the pleasure of working with Laura on Tues., September 9th. We went shopping for a birthday pair of shoes for my husband. Laura immediately greeted us when we walked into the store & was very friendly. My husband had surgery to remove a bunion, so she evaluated his feet on their digital platform and worked to ensure that he purchased the correct shoes based on the results. She also spoke with him about the amount of pressure that's currently being placed on his feet and the importance of wearing an orthotic to provide support in the right places & alleviate pressure on his feet. Initially, my husband was focused on purchasing a pair of Brooks or Hoka's; however, after trying them on it was a no-go. Laura was patient and helpful (not pushy) by making suggestions for sneakers and slides that would work for him. She recommended sneakers by 361, told us about a positive experience that she had with this brand and when he tried them on, he loved them right away.
