Pretty good variety of items and sizes. Not just boots but hats, shirts, jeans, belts, etc. Staff is friendly and I will definitely be back.

BRIDE BEWARE. TLDR:…read more2/5 of our tuxes did not fit our bridal party (2 days before the wedding), they were extremely rude and showed no remorse or apologies for our situation, when they imputed the wrong sizes into the machine. They also gave us the wrong shoe color. Do you want to worry about none of the tuxes being right 2 days before the wedding? I don't think so. My experience with the Jos a Bank tuxedo rental was my own personal hell. First I called and asked about renting tuxes, they said first we could come in and pick out a set to rent before having our groomsmen in to get measured. I asked if we could do both steps at once and they said NO. Only the bride and groom were allowed to come in and pick out their colors/tuxes, then later everyone could come get measured. This is so strange to me because anyone who is planning a wedding knows it's easiest to get everything done at once. We finally pick out the tux we would like to rent for the wedding and set up a day with our groomsmen to get measured and get their rentals in. Once arriving with our bridal party we were rudely greeted.. "why did you all come at once" with an annoyed tone and eye roll from the older woman. I expressed to her "this is what we were told to do??" Anyway, we get our tuxes ordered, all measured by who I assume is the second manager. Then the boys are trying on black shoes and I say to the man "oh, we need dark brown shoes, not black" The man assured me that the shoes the men were trying on were only samples and they would have dark brown shoes. We leave and wait for the tuxes to arrive. 4 days before the wedding we are starting to get very worried about the tux arrival, when we call they express to us our tuxes will be in 2 days before the event. This immediately upsets me because what if something goes wrong? And I assure you, if something can go wrong it will. My fathers (6'6") tux , and my grooms (6'4") tux BOTH did not fit, they were INCHES short!! This created so much panic for me two days before the wedding day. Meaning we had only ONE day to fix this situation as day 2 was the wedding day. The staff showed no remorse, apologies, or any sort of emotion to our dilemma. They simply stated they would reorder the tuxes and have them shipped over night.. great but at this point my faith is VERY low considering my fathers and grooms tuxes were both measured by different men. How could I trust these could be right? Not only this, but the shoes were BLACK! I expressed to the man "you said they would be dark brown" and he said to me "we don't have dark brown" WHAT. Then WHY on earth did you tell us you did the month before?!? So there was nothing they could do about this, the shoes were a patent leather black (with our navy tuxes, ew) A simple apology for all of this would have at least redeemed them some stars but these guys seem to be SO prideful they couldn't even manage to apologize- instead just take credit for fixing the mistake that they made in the first place. They require the tuxes to be back the day after the wedding (lol) or a $20 late fee for everyday they aren't back. This to me just seems like a way to up-sell the price. The window for this rental is simply too short, and too much can go wrong. I would not recommend this company for tuxedo rental to my worst enemy. This was a complete nightmare to deal with the day before my rehearsal dinner and two days before my wedding. Jos A Bank employees- learn to apologize and take responsibility for your actions as opposed to treating your clients as if they are annoying for having you fix your mistakes.

Then when I got upset that he treated me like that I was being unreasonable. Then his comments under his breath "God damn, what's your problem". Yeah bud I can hear you. A simple sorry I don't have your info on file but we will get you taken care of as soon as possible would have been great. A hey I am helping this guy but I will get you taken care of as soon as possible. Some level of customer service and sales manner would have been incredible. I am shocked with his attitude he sells anything.

As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon!
