Is this a trick question? Who doesn't love target?!?!?? They have so many great deals if you don't have the app or the red card you MUST get it. I spend a lot of money but I save a lot as well! Cat &Jack is an amazing brand at target. If you have kids and haven't picked up on it you're nuts! Also, it's something they sprinkle on the air to get us to spend ALL OUR MONEY. I went to do some shopping. I was thrilled to see they had an Ulta inside the store. I got a few Ulta products and went to check out. When I tried to use my Ulta coupon they said they don't take them. You have an Ulta store but won't accept Ulta coupons. I will drive the 2 extra miles up the road to the Ulta department store where they accept their coupons. read more

I went to self check out this morning only to realize I left my card at home. Thankfully I had a Target gift card to cover most of the expenses, but the employee on the floor assisting with self checkout named Rosemary (Mansfield location) took it upon herself to pay the difference. What an awesome employee you have working for you! Can't give enough kudos for her kindness and willingness to help where she didn't have to. read more

Had the opportunity to work a couple of wine demos here and the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They take the time to say hello to everyone and make them feel welcome. This location has been completely remodeled, the home section is totally different, they have a new wine and beer section in the front of the store that's really nice. The only thing I'll miss is the popcorn, the snack center was removed when they remodeled. :( read more

Very clean store. There was a greeter cleaning the shopping carts upon entry so I was able to go in and shop worry free.

Full disclosure. I am a trans woman who went to this target to buy groceries mainly to show my appreciation for the corporation's reiterating their trans-inclusive policies. I am a budget shopper and this Target is a distance so I'm not a regular. But what I encountered blew me away! From the time I entered the store, everyone went out of their ways to acknowledge , smile and make me feel welcomed. After selecting my food I did a little browsing and found the perfect coffee table and the women's clothing department! I bought a cute sports bra but I could have spent hundreds more. HELLO i ordered a black bed frame from the online store. it took ONE WHOLE WEEK for my black bed frame to come in. THis is ridiculous. When i finally got my black bed frame THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE. i ordered a full for my full bed. BUt do you know what they sent me? A KINGGGGGGGG. This store has a problem with selling expired food, When I called to let the manager on duty know, that i have again found expired food with my grocerys, ( this time dairy, last time meat) The Manager Dustin advised me that it is TARGET policy to sell items up to the day they expire. I asked for the Generla managers name, he was curt and rude and told me i could read the policy on line - And HUNG UP on me! Hey Target read this Poilicy, DONT SHOP AT TARGET IF YOU EXPECT FOOD THAT IS NOT EXPIRED! Please get Dustin into a few customer service classes and you may not continue to loose customers- all i wanted was an apology and assurance they will be more diligent in the future in protectig consumers. As Much as I loved my weekly shopping trips to Target, they are over- they do not care about product safety or customers health, their Poiicy - Just sell old rotten food to any fool who does not check the date. Tons of registers. About 15% of them were open. Store is gigantic and they have a good selection of food in their supermarket area. Layout is pretty easy to follow with big enough signs to find what you need. They do need to open up more registers in the middle of the day. read more

One star because my cashier was nice. There I was in line waiting to be rung up and a person got behind me- mind you my stuff wasn't on the belt yet- and the front end manager Andrew got them from behind me to a lane that didn't have their light on so they could check out right away. I kind of got over it at first. Then it happened three more times. Never even looked at me. I had 14 items and didn't see any of these invisible light off registers open. This store is always so dirty! The bathrooms are always disgusting and it never gets better. The store is usually a mess, most times I can't walk through the shoe department because of all the shoes on the floor. There are always people standing around doing nothing but yet on a busy Saturday afternoon, they only have 4 registers and the self check out lanes open. On weekends, there are usually no carts inside because no one has bothered to pull the ones from outside. I spend a lot of money at Target but I'm going to have to find a different location because this one never changes! read more

This is my second negative review for this location. I came in just to get some socks and wanted to use my cartwheel deal. The whole point of me going to target is to utilize the cartwheel deal. The socks didn't scan at the register so the cartwheel deal did not apply. The cash register was rude and unhelpful, and you could clearly tell she hated her job and hated being there. Asked if I could get help from customer service. The girl at customer service scanned the item with her gun and said the item was not from their store that's why it didn't ring up. I told her there's a gigantic stand full of these socks in their hosiery section. She said she has to go tell someone to take them down because they're not suppose to be selling them. PLEASE tell me why you have a gigantic stand of socks set up if you're not selling them?! I was so frustrated that I just left. This will be the last time I go to this location. Target-- start hiring more trained, customer oriented employees before you lose all of your customers. read more

For the most part, I like shopping at Target. They have lots of neat things there. However, there are many things in the grocery department that I like to buy that they no longer carry or have never carried. The worst thing about Target is that the lines are always long, and they only open about 2 or 3 of the many registers they have at a time. One time, I was in the only line that was open, and the cashier turned off his light and said he was closed. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he said he couldn't help me.
