Their selection is pretty amazing... My 10 year old son plays football and soccer cleats can be worn by the players.... The employees apparently know their shoe wall because it doesn't take them forever to return with your items.... They have the newest cleats at reasonable prices and they always have a good clearance that you can find cleats at a value... I'm pretty sure they have a lot of other things for soccer but we never really have time to look.... My son usually picks his cleats upon arrival... lol read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be treated like crap. We bought my son Nike Premier II soccer shoes on August 28th. With tax, they cost over $119.00. The first time he wore them, they ripped at the shoelace hole. He wore them once. Today, September 7th, 10 days after the purchase. we took them into the store to ask them to replace with a new pair. This is where it goes downhill from there. The man at the counter, who identified himself as the owner, told me i have to send them off to Nike for them to replace them. He said this will take about 2 weeks for them to make a determination if they are defective. I then asked them to do that as they are the distributor and I bought them from their store. I thought any reputable store that cares about their customers would be more than willing to help. From their, the owner became very rude where he insulted me and my son numerous times. He asked for my receipt and I told him I no longer have it, but he is welcome to run my card and look in his system to verify the purchase. He doubted we bought them from him but i showed him the box that has the Soccer City skew on it that clearly shows they were from his store. In the course of our conversation, he told me that it is possible that the shoes were stolen from the back and wanted to see my receipt; that we didn't buy the shoes there and we should not be having this conversation unless I can prove that we did; that it appeared my 14 year old son intentionally ripped them and wanted a new pair so if he were Nike, he would deny the return. He said it was policy to send the shoes back to Nike and have them deal with it. He was very argumentative and then asked for the receipt again. I asked him if I went home and found the receipt and brought it back, then would he swap them out for us. He said "no". I asked him then what was the point of asking me for the receipt multiple times, and he was dumbfounded. WORST customer service experience ever. I will be sending Nike a copy of this so they can know how their distributor treats their product and their customers. Not only were we accused of being thieves, but conspirators as well. That's right Soccer City, this was an elaborate hoax to get a new pair of shoes! BTW, I found our American Express statement that shows we bought them at YOUR store on August 28th. We didn't sneak in back and steal them as you allege! Would HIGHLY SUGGEST you stay away from this store at all cost. In this day and age, I guess it's commonplace to treat people like crap like we were treated at Soccer City. read more

So, I called soccer city, because my husband loves Liverpool! I called them and the young man new the inventory and told me what they had in store. He was really polite. When I got there, they made sure to let me know about the different options that I had including flags, and soccer wear. I can honestly say that they are very knowledgeable about soccer gear and they try to please the customer. They were extremely attentive. There was one item that I was looking for, but they didn't have it. However, he made sure to put my name on the list and told me that when the item arrives he would give me a call! First and foremost - I am impressed! Like many of you, I spend thousands per year on athletic gear for my children. I have very little time, shopping online is not an option because my kids are growing like weeds and we have to try everything on and of course we always need it right now. I shopped here years ago and wasn't impressed and since then I've watched their competitors product selection and customer service decline so I gave these guys another shot. Big difference - I'm assuming a management change because I felt the difference as soon as I walked in. I ran into a young guy by the name of Thomas who gave me a proper sales presentation, was genuinely interested in helping me and was never pushy, he simply provided solutions to my questions without breaking the bank. The product selection despite what some of the other reviews say is actually quite good. I might agree their inventory is lean, but it's all relevant and of good quality. This place will have any jersey you could want- but they are not any cheaper than online. Its very hot in there- there is never any A/C running- I dont even know if they have one so all you get is a little fan by the register. The staff is never very helpful except one young man that works in the morning.
