Im a regular here and always get the same thing. The dragon fruit pitaya bowl. It is outstanding. I can't eat an açaí bowl anywhere else because I'm hooked on Jamba. What impresses me most is that they've never got my order wrong (keep banana in base but no banana in toppings). Sounds simple but when moving fast it's so easy to mess up. They never do!! And they are very very quick. I'd go here more often if I didn't have to get out the car but since I do have to get out I've always appreciated how quickly they get you in and out. Great customer service by Leanny.. tbh not quiete sure if I got her name right because I wasn't wearing my glasses and I struggled to read her name tag.. BUT she was able to fix a small issue instantly. I will not mention the other girl's name BUT I did go in for my orange juice which is what I always get, and that's exactly what I asked the girl who took my order.. and she handed me a smoothie so I was confused .. but I didn't want to be difficult or extra because I honestly hate when people act crazy with simple stuff like this that could be fixed by talking it out and not by acting like crazy animals... lol but anyways I just asked her what that was.. because I did not order that.. and she instantly gave me attitude with a really bad tone saying that I did.. she said, "yeah you did ! I come every Thursday for the weekly special (get a large for the price of a medium) My only complaint is that when I arrived yesterday, they had no strawberries...like seriously? They are like the main ingredient in 90 of the smoothies. I begrudgingly took extra mango in my drink, because, well I had no other choice lol! I always come here during school or after and used to come here to study, most of the workers are cool not too friendly don't really say hi how are you. And a lot of the cashiers don't even ask for my phone number for rewards so I'll have to scan my receipt, not a big deal. One of the workers called me sir twice when I am in fact a female but you know what can ya do maybe I confused her and I did correct her by saying I'm a ma'am. However one worker I absolutely love to have take my order is Hannah she's nice and genuine and makes sure to ask if I have a rewards and lets me know what rewards I have. she's always on top of things even when it gets busy . This is the closest Jamba Juice from my house, but I usually travel to other locations because there isn't much to do around this area. Overall, the smoothies at this Jamba Juice have not disappointed me. Though I take my drinks to go most of the time, I've never sat at a dirty table while waiting and the floors are clean. I feel that many employees here do not stay for long due to management (or other) reasons. Almost every time I have visited, there is a new employee taking my order or making drinks. No complaints, but nothing particularly stellar about this Jamba Juice. Make sure to sign up for their email club so that you can get coupons for free drinks. I happen to enjoy Jamba Juice and occasionally partake of a smoothie. While visiting family in TX, we stopped at the Subway next door and I decided to stop in to Jamba Juice. It was a hot day in the summer in TX (as if there is any other kind) and I wanted something refreshing. One of their newer products is a Juice Refresher which is supposed to contain some type of fruit juice along with coconut water. This sounded good to me as I didn't want the smoothie consistency and the ad made the product look like water. The tropical mango juice refresher actually had more of the consistency of a slushy, which was perfect and provided the refreshment I was seeking. The store was kept clean and neat and the employees were quick and friendly. I had no issues or complaints and this was a good location to stop in. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a smoothie/slushy, etc. read more

I received a BOGO coupon through the app and drove 30 minutes to this Jamba Juice since it's the closest one to me so that I could use my coupon. After arriving, I placed my order and said I had a coupon, the employee without a name tag immediately started laughing behind his mask and the cashier Michael R told us the system wasn't working today for me to use the coupon. I explained to him we drove far and that we wanted to receive points and use our coupon as it expired today for our purchase, and he responded with "it's an unfortunate day for you." We asked if there was any other possible way to use our coupon or type in a code or get another coupon to use another day, but as they told us... it was a very unfortunate day for us. I order three medium smoothies and for some reason my medium size drinks were smaller this time. I express my concerns and was told that the 16oz drinks are the medium size drinks but it turns out that the 24oz is the medium size drink. Shitty service. No greeting when we entered. Young staff, not sure who's in charge. They kept buzzing about acting as though it took a staff of 5 to prepare one drink for the white woman ahead of us. Won't be going back. Our drinks had an over powering taste of lemon. One ordered a strawberry drink it tasted like lemon. One ordered a pineapple drink which tasted like lemon. All three drink tasted like frozen lemonade. Sour flavor similar to their service. Definitely won't ever go back.
