I come here quite often. I go early mornings before work or sometimes during lunch. I'm typically helped by an older man and woman and they are super helpful, friendly, and fast. Great friendly and fast service on a regular basis. What more can I ask for? I am a regular customer! read more

I placed an order through Uber Eats and put specific instructions to leave out the peanut butter and bananas from my chocolate moo'd because for some reason, that's not on the menu. Thank goodness I had someone else taste it first because they neglected to follow my instructions and I'm highly allergic to both. So basically I paid a fortune, through Uber Eats and had to dump it down the sink. Do better Jamba and pay a little better attention. Someone's life could depend on it. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

Strawberry Surfrider!!!! All time favorite and always well prepared. Nice young ladies working there.

Jamba Juice knows how to start your morning off right! I am a regular customer at Jamba on Camp Wisdom in Arlington, but Michelle made my day. I normally get the apples and greens smoothie but on this particular morning she went the extra mile and cut up fresh apples and OMG what the difference it made. Not only was the customer service unmatched, the atmosphere beyond welcoming, but I have now added a new favorite to my order. I will certainly keep coming back! read more

Im a regular here and always get the same thing. The dragon fruit pitaya bowl. It is outstanding. I can't eat an açaí bowl anywhere else because I'm hooked on Jamba. What impresses me most is that they've never got my order wrong (keep banana in base but no banana in toppings). Sounds simple but when moving fast it's so easy to mess up. They never do!! And they are very very quick. I'd go here more often if I didn't have to get out the car but since I do have to get out I've always appreciated how quickly they get you in and out. The workers are very nice. If you haven't tried this açaí bowl, you must!! read more

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is always clean everything I visit and the smoothies are absolutely delicious.

Walked to Jamba Juice, they were closed at 7:30 pm Why? So sad I really wanted a strawberry surf rider... I love this place

Went in at 7 and the guys at the counter said that they do not make bowls after 7 ridiculous. Next time just close at 7 instead of 8

Great smoothie, great atmosphere, good service!! No complaints here!! Will be returning!! Love me some Jamba!

I love jamba juice BUT please blend the smoothies well. I am tired of chewing bananas and chunks of peanutbutter. This has happened at least the last 4 or 5 visits. read more

Jamba - a drink in a plastic cup with a straw - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

#thirstythursday Come on Thursdays for free size upgrades!! (ie: get a large for the price of a medium) Great location off the highway except for a U turn required if you're driving south, and friendly, speedy smoothies for you to enjoy! Smoothies: Come on Thursdays for sure! 99.9% of the time I get Caribbean Passion. The Best. But Mango A Gogo and Razzmatazz aren't a bad second choice! A little pricy at $5-6 or so, but nice to treat yourself every once in a while! Service: I definitely have to agree with Shauna T. about the employees always changing! I come nearly every week lately at similar times and it seems like they have different people working. But all in all, good service, helpful recommendations, and consistent smoothies! Join their rewards program for free smoothies and discounts! :) And again, Caribbean Passion folks!! So good. read more

Jamba juice is consistently good and manages to edge out their competitors with fresh products and good service. I come every Thursday for the weekly special (get a large for the price of a medium) My only complaint is that when I arrived yesterday, they had no strawberries...like seriously? They are like the main ingredient in 90 of the smoothies. I begrudgingly took extra mango in my drink, because, well I had no other choice lol! I hope this was just a fluke and not a regular occurance. All in all though this is a solid location and I'll be back! read more

Great customer service by Leanny.. tbh not quiete sure if I got her name right because I wasn't wearing my glasses and I struggled to read her name tag.. BUT she was able to fix a small issue instantly. I will not mention the other girl's name BUT I did go in for my orange juice which is what I always get, and that's exactly what I asked the girl who took my order.. and she handed me a smoothie so I was confused .. but I didn't want to be difficult or extra because I honestly hate when people act crazy with simple stuff like this that could be fixed by talking it out and not by acting like crazy animals... lol but anyways I just asked her what that was.. because I did not order that.. and she instantly gave me attitude with a really bad tone saying that I did.. she said, "yeah you did ! You ordered the orange C booster!" first of all, I didn't even know that drink existed, second of all it's so hard to understand each other with these face masks so I wasn't mad to be honest BUT, you can't say that to customers, especially if you aren't sure that that's what they really said. That's when Leanny jumped in right away, and made my orange juice... extremely happy she got it fixed for me :) read more

I love this Jamba Juice because the taste is like a flavor bomb in your mouth. I usually get the Mango-a-go-go which is a tropical like drink. Another is the Caribbean Passion. It tastes tropical too. But yet such a different taste. read more

Best staff, very friendly and quick. They have never messed up an order, and any bad reviews for them are totally unfairly.

I always come here during school or after and used to come here to study, most of the workers are cool not too friendly don't really say hi how are you. And a lot of the cashiers don't even ask for my phone number for rewards so I'll have to scan my receipt, not a big deal. One of the workers called me sir twice when I am in fact a female but you know what can ya do maybe I confused her and I did correct her by saying I'm a ma'am. However one worker I absolutely love to have take my order is Hannah she's nice and genuine and makes sure to ask if I have a rewards and lets me know what rewards I have. she's always on top of things even when it gets busy . Great place to study during slow hours read more

Good smoothies but that guy with the blond hair is awkward, maybe management should consider using someone else as cashier . I thought nothing of it the first few times but the dude makes me wanna drive a extra few miles to avoid the awkwardness. read more

Best Jamba Juice ever! Nalanie made my smoothie and it was perfect!!! Everyone always has an upbeat attitude. I love this place

My husband and I have food allergies. His banana and mine coconut and honey. His shake came with bananas and mine came with both. We returned them they still brought mine back with coconut. Thank goodness we tried it for each other or we would've been in the hospital!! read more

Twice this week I've placed an online order just to show up and the store not even be open. The first time I returned an hour later and the employee was extremely dismissive of his wrongdoing. Will now be taking my business to Tropical Smoothie, as they are always open during their listed business hours. read more

This place is a true gem. It's kind of far from my house though, but I would definitely drive to the moon and back for this place. They serve healthy and refreshing drinks made to perfection. They have a variety of choices, and my favorite is the "Razzmatazz"! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

This is the closest Jamba Juice from my house, but I usually travel to other locations because there isn't much to do around this area. Overall, the smoothies at this Jamba Juice have not disappointed me. Though I take my drinks to go most of the time, I've never sat at a dirty table while waiting and the floors are clean. I feel that many employees here do not stay for long due to management (or other) reasons. Almost every time I have visited, there is a new employee taking my order or making drinks. No complaints, but nothing particularly stellar about this Jamba Juice. Make sure to sign up for their email club so that you can get coupons for free drinks. Also, there are drink specials on certain days that will help you save a few dollars! read more

I've been coming here for years and I usually get a strawberry wild with soy milk instead of apple juice. Today when I came in they said I couldn't do that because the apple juice and strawberries are already mixed together. I stated I've been getting it for years and it's just switching the apple juice with soy milk. She still wouldn't let me.I love Jamba Juice but won't be coming back to this location! read more

I happen to enjoy Jamba Juice and occasionally partake of a smoothie. While visiting family in TX, we stopped at the Subway next door and I decided to stop in to Jamba Juice. It was a hot day in the summer in TX (as if there is any other kind) and I wanted something refreshing. One of their newer products is a Juice Refresher which is supposed to contain some type of fruit juice along with coconut water. This sounded good to me as I didn't want the smoothie consistency and the ad made the product look like water. The tropical mango juice refresher actually had more of the consistency of a slushy, which was perfect and provided the refreshment I was seeking. The store was kept clean and neat and the employees were quick and friendly. I had no issues or complaints and this was a good location to stop in. I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for a smoothie/slushy, etc. read more

Who doesn't love Jamba?! OMG it's just downright delicious! read more

Both my husband and my smoothies were bitter yet flavorless, but the worst part would be that they both ALSO had pieces of plastic blended in. Every sip had a bit of plastic- there was that much. We thought it was just bad quality ingredients until we realized we had been drinking plastic. Not happy. Especially not happy since I'm pregnant! Will not be back. Especially since there are such better places for less $$, and less plastic. read more

If you want to be told it's an unfortunate day for you by an employee come to this location. I am beyond upset by my experience today. I received a BOGO coupon through the app and drove 30 minutes to this Jamba Juice since it's the closest one to me so that I could use my coupon. After arriving, I placed my order and said I had a coupon, the employee without a name tag immediately started laughing behind his mask and the cashier Michael R told us the system wasn't working today for me to use the coupon. I explained to him we drove far and that we wanted to receive points and use our coupon as it expired today for our purchase, and he responded with "it's an unfortunate day for you." We asked if there was any other possible way to use our coupon or type in a code or get another coupon to use another day, but as they told us... it was a very unfortunate day for us. Very upset, do not come here! Not only did we lose our coupon today, but we also lost our love for Jamba Juice. read more

Love having this store close by. Staff is friendly. Depending on who is working, sometimes your service is faster. I have had occasions where I've watched them create a couple drinks from folks who were behind me in line. Then eventually they decide to get to mine. read more

I have been to this location several times and have been extremely happy with the service. Unfortunately this time was not the case. I order three medium smoothies and for some reason my medium size drinks were smaller this time. I express my concerns and was told that the 16oz drinks are the medium size drinks but it turns out that the 24oz is the medium size drink. I did give them an opportunity to correct the error but my input was just ignored and got overcharged for my order. This location owes me at least $5 back :( read more
