Went today with my daughter and it was a little different than our first visit. First, walking through the door, the floor was super sticky. Whatever they used to mop the floor made the floor have a sticky feel to it. Second, they didn't have the Lemon Cream available as a milkshake (though it was clearly on the menu) so I opted for a Strawberry Cheesecake. It was not good at all. I finally decided on the viral Dubai chocolate churro milkshake (so decadent!), the strawberry churro with a scoop of ice cream (perfectly sweet and refreshing), and the crème brûlée churro (the caramelized sugar on top was everything). The churros were hot and fresh, and I loved the variety of options available. I also appreciated that they use organic strawberries in their cream and make many of their drizzles in-house - you can definitely taste the freshness. Employees are awesome which is what made this a good reason to visit, however.. almost $4 for a very small churro.. $7 for a dole whip cup.. Where am I, Disneyland? Definitely not worth it due to the price. The variety is great, and everything tastes pretty good, but there's no way I'm paying $20 for a small ice cream, a dole whip cup, and 2 miniature churros and all the while not being at an amusement park. Came here after dinner for a sweet bite, The place was cute and all but they took a while and when they brought our first order out we wanted to take cute pics and as we took the pics we saw a hair! We immediately took it back and all they said was "oh, ok". And right it back out in less than 5 minutes so we were confused because it took them maybe 15 minutes to make the first round so it was just suspicious. And then the person behind the counter looked like they were looking at us like it was ours. And then I still had another order I was waiting for and it took another 10-15 minutes for that one and she came over to us to ask what we were waiting for basically and I was like I'm still missing my 2. Just overall not a great experience for my first time there. And then the fact that they didn't apologize for the hair or say let us make it up by giving you an extra one or idk, something. I tried "The OG" and it's a 6.5 out of 10 and the "chocolate lotus" was shockingly tasty, so I give it an 8 out of 10. For the shake I had the "coffee pick-me-up" and it was fiyah The only drawback is that I would recommend eating in store rather than ordering to-go. That reason being is because the churros are ordered hot and fresh and the milkshake melts pretty quickly. I took a few bites/sips in the parking lot but by the time I got home the churros were no longer hot and my shake had melted even though I drove with the a/c on full blast. You place your order through a tablet and the wait time wasn't long at all. I will say that it's just a little pricey but not too bad.. the different flavors here are UNIQUE and LUSCIOUS! I used to really love this place. We went today. The milkshake was liquid. When I told them it was complete liquid they told me it was because of the extra sauces that were put in there. It was literally spilling out all over the table. They remade it and it was still liquid and tasted like old fryer oil. The kids got ice cream and it was considerably better. Super flavorful and cute ice cream designs made our tummy happy and a fun family treat. We shared the Red Velvet and Unicorn Magic treats, and I 1000% recommend the red Velvet one! There were quite a few hit or miss items going in. Starting with the good: -the concept is super good. -the shake was well made and the churros were super good -it's a fun combo of two desserts I love. But there were definitely things that could be better. We ordered basic things from the menu with no substitutions and it took nearly 30 minutes from time of order to receiving of food. And there were maybe 2 or 3 orders ahead of us. The shop was fairly dirty. Not it's been busy and we haven't had time to clean but clear it's been ignored for a long time. (I focused on the layer of dust on all the lights over my head and the grime on the walls. And the price is higher for a dessert. I came here on 8.10.24 with my husband and kids. The staff was so friendly even though we took forever to order. The location is super cute, pink walls with white and black checkered floors. It's a huge space so bring the whole family. Just looking at the menu it looks like everything would be overly sweet, but it isn't. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and everything we tried was amazing. My husband got the banana pudding milkshake with the crème brûlée churro on top. When I tell you the wafers were still crunchy omg so good. I got the tiramisu milkshake, it is soooo good!! It has like cake crumbs soo goood. My son got the strawberry and crème milkshake it is so delicious, I think it had white chocolate shavings or chips yummmy! I always feel bad having to change my review to lesser stars but there are some problems here that the owners/management need to fix. Today our order of a single milkshake (Panda, panda) took over 30 minutes to get. While the store was steady it wasn't crazy busy and for a dessert shop that a really long wait. Second the place over all is just looking dirty. The lamp shades, the window ledges, floors, all need a good cleaning. Places where people eat should be kept at a high level of cleanliness and that isn't happening. There was more than enough staff but no one was doing anything to clean the lobby. The bathroom was also not great and had no paper towels. So yes the ice cream is good but if waits continue to be this long and the place continues to degrade sadly this little shop won't last. read more

Absolutely adorable churro shop. It's located in the same strip mall as Bon KBBQ close to the Target. There's ample parking. The restaurant is clean, fairly large with plenty of tables. Customer service was great. Menu and flavors explained and service was very friendly. Menu has so many different flavors. It was hard to pick which ones to try. It was cold when we visited so we opted for cotton candy, plain churros and a half box of decorated churros. The cotton candy and churros were delicious. The decorated flavored ones were almost too cute to eat. We will definitely return when it's warmer to try the shakes. read more

Ordered just 3 churros and it took more than 30min for my order to be done. Should it take longer than getting actual food at a restaurant? The churros tasted pretty standard, nothing that you can't get at another ordinary place. The caveat is that they're pricier and smaller than any other place. The worst part is it wasn't just me, more than half the people sitting were just waiting on their orders. Every person before me grabbing their orders had a visibly frustrated face, like why did I waste my time coming here. It was my first time here and probably not coming back. The only reason the average reviews are high right now is because it's a new spot but give it 6month to a year and the ratings will be a 2. And then people will stop coming. If you can't problem solve how to prepare the orders at the same clip even during the busy times, your business won't last and it will be a old stale spot no one will care to go to. read more

Instagram-able, delicious and quite the experience. That's Churro on Top! I'm a regular patron of the shop next door, and when it was coming together everyone kept saying, "it's going to be great!" They'd tried some free samples and kept raving about how it's quite the concept. I'm a sucker for Birthday Cake flavored desserts, which says a lot, because I don't eat desserts. First thing, it took me quite a while to finally get in there. It is closed on Tuesdays, and doesn't open until 1PM Wed - Monday. Most days it closes at 9. When I arrived on a Saturday (finally able to make it when they are open) there were about 40 people in this small shop. I looked at the menu, already knowing what I wanted. Aside from what I wanted, they offered individual flavored churros. By the singles or by the dozen/half-dozen. Ultimately, they are delicious churros with a flavored frosting. Some examples were chocolate peanut butter, caramel, cookies, or my favorite, birthday cake. All of the flavors of churros are also the milkshake flavors. In my photos I have the birthday cake shake, and lissssteeennn... IT WAS FANTASTIC. It was also fantastically sweet. The ice cream was full flavored ice cream. The stuff holding those sprinkles on - that's full fledges, full sugar icing. Those squares? That's cake! Then, it's two churros covered in icing and sprinkles. Here's the thing - it's so full, and so heavy, you can't take it to go until you clear some of the top and the ice cream. I also had to eat the churros before I could get it out the door. All this to say, you likely need to enjoy it in the store. It was about $15, but worth the experience. I can't say that this could/would make the roster for a common spot, but if you want something instagram-able, or something to make the kiddos say "Wow!", check it out. One last thing - the young woman who ran the counter was great! It certainly cushioned the blow of waiting about 25 mins for my order, which I understand to be common here. Check it out! read more

First, great concept and fun decor. If it weren't for the execution and cleanliness issues we experienced I would go again. As is, if I'm craving a churro in that area I'm more likely to just to go Costco for a large, fresh traditional churro for faster and cheaper. Second, the food; it was pretty good. Churros aren't huge and they're premade in a pile under a warming light, but I get it. Third, and here's where we start to lose points: The place was not clean. Walls have food stains, bathroom was terrible, dirt on the floor, the trashcan was overflowing... And the food station was a mess. The white chocolate had turned light brown and the worker suggested switching to a different chocolate for the churro we selected due to the color change. Even if it was possibly still okay to eat, it doesn't visually look okay. Fourth, we waited FOREVER for 3 churros (and the churro part was premade -- they just had to decorate them!). A group of 3 who came in and ordered after us were served first for some reason, and they had a shake (topped with churros) and several churros.
