I was craving something sweet after a lunch date, so we decided to stop by here. Not realizing their hours of operation, we got there at 1:35pm. As I walked towards the door, I realized they're not open until 2pm. The nice employee opened the door anyways and told us to come in. Thank goodness! The place is super clean and intimate. There are a lot of yogurt flavors to choose from. I'm basic so I got the plain tart. The topping bar was neat. I like how certain toppings are in a container where you can just pour your toppings into your bowl. Much easier and less mess. I got a bunch of fruits (which look pretty fresh), almonds, and some mochi. So refreshing and satisfying! You pay by the weight of your bowl for those who aren't familiar with this set up. This place was super nice!! We were trying to go to Zero Degress but the line was still sooo long. We thought we were settling for this place but it turned out to be a real treat. My daughter ended up getting a yogurt bowl, the wife got a shake and I tried the boba tea. Which is one of the many awesome things about this place...the options!! Yummy! I used to visit CoolBerry religiously, but they went downhill significantly (N.Arlington). I stumbled onto Yummy and I'm so happy I did, what a huge improvement from where I had been going. I was really bummed about the Pistachio having issues on my first visit, but the manager was so kind I didn't really mind. To be honest, I've never had an issue w/ deciding what flavor I wanted, but seriously, they're all so good. I sampled every flavor and took about 5 minutes, trying to figure out which one I wanted. ALL SO GOOD! Now, their selection on what to add to the fro-yo isn't a big as I was used to, but it still does the job. I can tell, they're a bit more focused on the health aspect and I assume, that's why they don't fill their bar w/ as much junk as some other shops, do. I'm certainly alright w/ that. This is my favorite froyo shop ever. The inside is always clean and I really like the decorations. The froyo is always good. I love avocado and chocolate hazelnut (it's not available every time I go but when it is, I get so much of it). The toppings are fresh and nicely cut. My boyfriend and I love this place. We are here quite frequently (more than I'd like to admit). The people who work here are personable and always remember us and welcome us with a smile. The flavors of frozen yogurt are fantastic and they seem to be trying out new flavors all the time meaning new things to try in the sample cups! My favorite thing about this place is how clean it always is. It feels like a high end yogurt place with the way it is decorated and maintained. We love this place! It's within walking distance of our apartment and it's a cute quick thing to do with the kids. But they don't offer samples like every other froyo place. If you ask they'll give you 1 sample cup... not fun to reuse. I understand wanting to save money but there's a thin line to being stingy. read more
