Yummy and fun! This was our first experience with Rolled Ice and it did not disappoint! We all loved it and all the staff were wonderful and friendly making it an amazing overall experience for our family. I love that they let you try rolling it too, if you want. The ice cream base creates smooth, creamy ice cream. There are several flavors available for the ice cream plus add-ins and toppings. Didn't get 5 stars because they don't really offer a chocolate ice cream. Adding a half teaspoon of cocoa powder to the ice cream base gave it a bit of a butter cocoa taste but not a real chocolate flavor and wasn't that good. Cocoa powder must be activated with hot liquid so stirring it into a cold ice cream base is pointless. I'm hoping they will make a rich chocolate ice cream base so they can offer a true chocolate ice cream. The least they could do is add chocolate syrup or add a quarter cup if hot water or hot coffee to a half cup of cocoa powder to make a loose paste to add the ice cream base. Kids and teens will love this place! read more

My husband and I walked in excited to try the place . The employee didn't greet us and completely ignored us when walking up to the order counter. No acknowledgement at all. Was on a call with her headphones in . We stood there for at least 5 minutes and not a single time did the employee greet us or talk to us. Terrible service. We left without ordering. read more

I would say service was 5 stars even though it is a little slow simply due to the process. It is near a High School and University so the ambience was suitable to the location. UTA Students they offer a student discount!!! I ordered an Oreo milkshake. Personally I prefer my milkshakes a little thicker and this one was a little bit on the liquid side. They make their milkshakes by making the rolled ice cream and then putting it in a blender with milk, which explains why it is on the liquid my side. I still liked it overall. They played good music and the place was kept clean. read more

Would definitely avoid this place and suggest everyone else to do the same. I came in with a group of us and we all didn't like the food. Multiple issues and probably health cod violations as well. The day we came in, their AC was broke and they left out a bunch of opened can goods like mangos, fruits, dairy, etc.. one of my coworkers got stuck in the bathroom after eating here. We ordered 6 items and took over 40 mins to complete. They had this girl working on each item individually while there were 3 other staff around her hanging around doing nothing. Other people came in after us and another person completed their order before us. They couldn't use their common sense to get someone to help this extremely slow girl with the order. I complained and their answer was, we're working on it. I told them that it was over 30 mins and your only have done with an order of 6 items. read more

Priced well for the concept! ThIs would be fun to watch with your kids, even teenagers get into it. Would have been a slightly hjgher rating, but went in and ordered two identical orders. I think one of the employees was new, because one order was perfect, and the other www quite lumpy/chunky, which left us with a subpar product. Both were quite delicious though! I would NOT take a large crowd here though. There are only two cold plates, and this is a time consuming product to make. read more

What a huge disappointment. Watching the rolls being made it was already clear that this establishment did not have people as skilled as others we'd been to. There was a huge line ahead of us, which took longer than needed because each kid went behind the counter to try to roll their own orders. Then they messed up our orders. One of us ordered a waffle that was clearly forgotten. Not one name was correct - see the cup for Robin. There was a cup with a name that was close to tge guy waiting for his waffle order, and he wasn't sure what he'd ordered, so he took it. They had to remake it for me. They gave me the remake with no toppings. When I pointed that out they put the wrong toppings on and told me that was what I requested. Meanwhile, the waffle mess still hadn't been made. No apologies for any of the screw ups, no effort to make it better. We will NOT be back, and we suggest others find another location for the rolled ice cream experience. read more

I ordered a coffee flavored ice cream and they put actual dormans coffee in the rolled ice cream....I pass, my daughter hated her mango madness...we got in the car and she said it was nasty. The kitchen looked unsanitary, things just laying around everywhere...I recommend you go elsewhere. 2 stars for agreeing to give my back my money. read more

We wanted to try this place out because it's near Bethany Cafe which is one of our favorite places to go. We have been to another rolled ice cream place before so we had an idea of what to expect. The menu inside didn't have everything on it that was on the online menu which is odd to me. I also thought the way the line worked was confusing and not efficient ; it was almost backwards so people were crossing back forth which added to the chaos and traffic . I think that most of the flavors were artificial and just didn't taste as good as we expected. The staff working were very young and almost just spoke amongst themselves and they are playing very loud music with the base thumping which in certain places is ok but I don't think it was good for families read more

The most adorable sweet little place on Park Row in Arlington. Tucked away and a hidden gem only minutes from the UT Arlington campus and Arlington High School. The ice cream was a real treat. This place is the most unsanitary place I've ever been in. Literally looks like nothing has been cleaned in weeks. Customer service is non existent... only two words were spoken the whole time. "What do you want" "then the total" it took 15 mins to get our two orders and there was only one other person in the store. Only one girl was making ice cream! Never will be coming to this location again! read more

This place serves luscious rolled I e cream with a number of add-ins available. The ice cream is great! The only issue is that making the ice cream this way is a slow process and they easily get backed up. Probably not so much right now, can't even imagine going in during this pandemic but it is a great little place to visit soon I hope. read more

I ordered from here using Uber and this is what I received, someone's half eaten ice cream. My Uber driver also was terrible (which is an Uber problem, I understand that). I can understand getting order wrong but half eaten? That doesn't make sense! I called and tried to explain my issue and was hung up on! Initially terrible service for their ridiculous mistake. I called again and the issue was resolved. I upon arriving to pick up my ice cream, most working we're friendly and helpful. The young lady that hung up on me was not friendly and frankly was very rude. This is ice cream, I get it, but basic service should be a standard for any business. I was not given that. I got the soft serve chocolate bc they didn't have anything chocolate in the regular. Come on, no chocolate! It was smooth and creamy, but lacking flavor. Luckily I added toppings. The price is great for the amount you get. But it definitely needs more flavor. I have had Rita's in the past and remember liking it much more!

The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (offered an insulated bag to prevent melting on my long drive home). She explained that all flavors are made in-house, are limited quantity, and are rotated regularly (sometimes a few times a week). There is another location that is parlor style and serves scoops, cones, etc. This location is carry-out for 6oz and 16oz servings. Hidden in an office park. Clean interior. Friendly staff.
