Really disappointed with the service. We were the only customers inside, and there was just one car in the drive-thru, yet it took an extremely long time just to get my daughter's small snow cone. There were about five employees working, but it didn't seem like anyone was managing things efficiently. What made it worse was that a customer who ordered after us received their order before we did!!! Despite us only ordering one item. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no customer service at all. As more people started coming in, it was clear the staff couldn't handle even a small rush. I offered for her to scrape off the whipped cream and add back the Oreos. She scrapped off the whipped cream and stuck a lid on it. I opened it to see it was missing the Oreos. Had to send it back. The shaved ice is good, my favorite is the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream. I've been here a few times in the last two weeks for work, myself, and with friends. Party packs are great to order, simple and easy and only a days notice is what they need. It comes with everything you need! I wish they had an area for prepay/pick up. I had to stand in long line to pay the day before so my coworker could pick it up. They did offer to let me pay it on the phone but I like to have my receipt in hand. My coworker went the next day & it took her almost 30 minutes to pick up. The outside of the snowcone appeared to be covered with syrup when we received it, but once we got into the middle, we discovered all the plain ice.
