Really disappointed with the service. We were the only customers inside, and there was just one car in the drive-thru, yet it took an extremely long time just to get my daughter's small snow cone. There were about five employees working, but it didn't seem like anyone was managing things efficiently. What made it worse was that a customer who ordered after us received their order before we did!!! Despite us only ordering one item. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no customer service at all. As more people started coming in, it was clear the staff couldn't handle even a small rush. The outside of the snowcone appeared to be covered with syrup when we received it, but once we got into the middle, we discovered all the plain ice. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star is that most of the times I've been, they leave a lot of plain "snow" and then take a bit to either remake it and dont just add juice to the one you had.
