Service was trash. The lil girl who took the order was RUDE and unprofessional. Basically acting like taking the order was an issue asked what do I want? Literally. Had us standing in the sun for 10 minutes before she took the order. We could actually see her through the window just standing there. Kept slamming the window in customers faces. I love the texture of the ice and lots of different flavors!! It can become so crowded making the ordering situation a bit tricky.

If you love Soft Shaved Ice then you'll love this small establishment. Plenty of delicious flavors to choose from. Reasonable pricing such as Small $2.00, Med $2.50 and Large $3.00, XL $4.00 - Service is lacking a bit, they are kids (as in young teenagers to young adults) so unfortunately they are not the nice and greet you type but they get the job done. Let me start by saying these are the best sno cones in the city of Desoto. I come from Duncanville just for the sno cones. The flavors are DELICIOUS. The chamoyada and Mangonada are the perfect spicy. However, the service is inconsistent. The young workers are often rude. They've even messed up an order, taken off the top couple of inches and "fixed" a sno cone. If the employees were top notch, they'd be unbeatable. Suggestion to management, vet your employees better and watch your profits increase. read more

I like this place, but the staff it's self not at all. Even the owner is rude. One time I went around 12:30 to make sure the cheese was hot for the nachos and the "open" sign was off. I pulled up closer and sure enough two females were in there so I pulled up to the menu and sat there 8 minutes and no one ever answered so I went up front to the window and asked if they were open and she said they were they just "forgot" to answer me when I was at the menu, so I asked for nachos and she said they were cold because they also "forgot" to turn on the cheese. Hmmm seems like they wanted to act like they were closed because they didn't want to work. A second time we went up there and again it was closer to 1 pm and the owner got the window with an attitude and said the machine was broken down and again cheese cold because nobody turned it on. I ask myself, why do small business like these open if 1 you clearly don't want business and 2 your not customer orientated. We've been here before last year and never had this experience, ice was super smooth and they were friendly, wonder what happen. read more

This place has gone down hill fast this year! They used to make a good shaved ice, they were soft as snow. Now, the ice is hard, crunchy, bigger chunks. Worst...the strong taste of DIRT the last two visits! I gave them a second chance thinking maybe it was just the wind blowing the dirt around that day but no, there was a strong taste of dirt in my next snow cone. Customer service has never been great at this location, rude, slow workers. They are far worse this year. Making you wait at the speaker for what seems like hours, they just take your money and hand you a cup, no eye contact, no smile, no thank you, have a good day, etc. And the worst part, they close early ALL the time. When the manager isn't at the location the kids close down early. I am done with this place, I will never be back! I will be looking for a new shaved ice stand next season. read more

I'm going to give them two stars. Why? I go to this place at least 3 times a week when they open. For the last three years and this year im not too pleased with the flavors. The flavors in the past were strong and very tastee. You can actually taste the flavor. This year I've been six times already thinking the flavor would change but NOT its pretty weak sorry thats why i choose them.
