The donuts themselves: gave the taste and texture of day-old donuts. They were cold and tougher than one would expect them to be. I wouldn't be surprised if they took yesterday's leftover lot and rolled it out to clear space before the holiday. Customer service was by far the most disappointing aspect of this visit as it was below satisfactory. That alone can make or break the public's impression of a business, And I wouldn't say that this is reflective of everyone there. Patrons that were receiving service from another lady were met with warmth. The person that I ordered from might not have been having a good morning because they were certainly on the rude end. I've seen better service from donut shops nearby that are low on supply and staff. There are a lot of places to consider with 5 miles of this location. Overall I regret taking a chance on Dixie Donuts instead of visiting a shop that I know for certain could lay out a better experience than the one I had today.
