Cute spot! Easy to place an order at one of the 2 kiosks, once you walk in. There are lots of choices, which was kind of overwhelming at first but I appreciate variety. Prices seemed a bit high, but I'm no boba connoisseur so who knows. $9 for one boba tea seems a bit much to me. Thankfully the flavors were good. Delicious drinks and wonderful seating area. Staff are very nice. Happened to just swing by since my wait for Texas Roadhouse is 1 hr. Plenty of seating for large parties and dates with very cute instagram worthy decor. Kinda sad the big swing is broken though. There are also games and crane machines. Presotea was super yummy! I definitely recommend the genmaicha milk tea with black pearl and grass jelly. The moment you walk in you are greeted and ask if it's your first time. So jealous of the people who live in Dallas and get to come here whenever they want. Only ever had this place once previously and it easily made my top bubble tea places. Had to stop by again once I returned to Dallas and it's still as good as I remembered. My favorite drink here is the wintermelon & hojicha milk tea, 50% (it's still sweet). It's so delicious and I love, and hate, that I can't get this anywhere else. I love how the drink comes with small wintermelon pieces and how it adds to the sweet nuttiness of the milk tea. Tried the avocado coconut crème smoothie at Presotea Mansfield and it was so good--super creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. That being said, I'm really excited to try their strawberry and mango fruity teas next, and the caramel coffee drinks look amazing too! We went here on a Saturday afternoon, there was one couple ordering & that was it. We were surprised it wasn't busier since it seems to be in a good location & considering it was around 2:00pm. You get to order on a tablet, they have two kiosks when you walk in, I think you can also pay at the register but not 100% sure. We ordered a sakura milk tea & a pistachio milk tea. We liked both! It's also a cute atmosphere, great place to sit down & have good conversation. I did read some reviews stating the staff was rude, they weren't rude to us but we really didn't interact much with them either. Order placed by kiosk, then picked up at the counter when it was ready. We were greeted when we walked in too, we never once experience anything negative from the staff. They were just there, doing what they needed to do. I rated it a 4 out of 5. Like I said, we liked the drinks, but also I have had better elsewhere. I didn't get to take a picture of my boba, but I ordered the Mango cream with boba and it was very yummy and refreshing. Boba itself is extremely good, but very sweet. Glad I did 70% sweet cause this drink is pretty darn sweet - and I have a huge sweet tooth. Can't wait to try their bubble waffles next time! It did take a while to make both of them but worth it we also ordered some drinks and they were great! I ordered on the tablet thing so I didn't interact much with the employees but they seemed nice. My son thinks this is the best bubble tea spot in the Mansfield area. I do love all the options but I think the price point is the highest of all others local shops. It's not always the best feeling paying almost 20 dollars for 2 drinks. Even still we love it here and come here quite often! I don't have much to say about the service because there's almost no interaction at all with the people making your drinks. You place your order on a huge tablet and then they call out your name. Overall, the experience was fresh and inviting. I enjoyed the teas that I ordered and they both tasted fresh. The milk tea was a bit warm, but I think it was because of the black pearl that they put in it. They had fresh fruit slices in the fruit tea that I got which was exciting. The drinks were pretty pricey in my opinion. We ended up paying about $16 for two drinks and they weren't very large either. The service was timely and friendly. We ordered at the order kiosk so we didn't really talk to the staff, but when they brought the drinks we did. The ambiance was interesting. We had fun playing the games that were provided and the way the place was decorated was super cute. One thing I disliked was that they had stacks of cups lining the counter which kind of seemed a bit ghetto. The music was very niche, but it seemed to fit the theme of an Asian boba shop. Overall, I knocked the review down to four stars because it was pricey, and I probably won't be back often because of it. read more

This was my first time trying Presotea, and I'll definitely be back to try more drinks! The interior is clean, bright, and aesthetically pleasing. There is abundant seating, including tables to accommodate larger groups. Pictured below is a cute place to take photos. You place your order at the kiosks on the left when you walk in. It's a great setting to hang out with friends, and there are a few games inside. I ordered a Mango Pineapple Slush with Strawberry Popping Boba topping. I was satisfied with my drink. I frequently order mango and mango/pineapple smoothies, and this didn't disappoint. The mango and pineapple flavors are distinct and sweet. The strawberry popping boba was a better texture than most of the other ones I've had - it was more firm and suckable in the straw if that makes sense. The drink is even dairy free (which my lactose-intolerant self is soooo thankful for)! The only thing I suggest is to shake the drink or mix it with the straw prior to drinking. When I got closer to the end of the drink, I sucked out all the flavor and was left with sparsely flavored ice. My friend ordered a White Peach Milk Tea with Peach Boba topping at 30% sugar/sweetness. She said the flavor was good but wished it was a little sweeter. She said she appreciates that the 30% sugar option is actually noticeably less sweet, unlike other shops. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and look forward to trying more drinks. The price is fair compared to similar drinks at other shops - I believe each of our drinks was between $6.50 and $7.00 (my friend paid). I'm happy that there is finally a boba shop right off of 287, and I think it's definitely worth trying! read more

The Vietnamese coffee had me shouting WOW in the car... it's very good if you actually enjoy coffee. This place is very cute for a date and a good time. This place may be exactly what some are looking for, but not me. It uses the system where you order and pay at a screen. I'm not a fan, but I guess some people like it. I was the only one in line, and the one person who was working stood 3 feet from me at the register and watched me order and pay for one drink for too long with that system. In the old world, she just would have just taken my order, instead of making me jack with that thing. Music was loud and very poppy. A little quieter would make the place a bit more chill. I know these things all probably annoyed me only because I'm not a kid, and I'm clearly not the target audience for this place. It's probably a great place for a bunch of teenagers to hang out and stare at their phones together. I got a cold Vietnamese coffee with 30% sugar and it was so sweet that I couldn't drink it. I didn't bother asking for a replacement -- the experience was cold and impersonal, and the general environment uncomfortable. I was pretty certain I ordered a drink the with black pearl boba but instead it come with something else and when I asked politely if they could change it since I couldn't drink the crystal pearls because it has gelatin in it(and they don't even label that at all!!!) they refused saying it was my fault and that if I wanted another drink I would have to go buy one again even though the first one was almost $10 and I had to throw it away.
