Went to Hooters tonight for dinner. Must say a very nice & enjoyable meal & experience. 2nd time I had the same waitress (was there about 3 weeks ago for lunch). The service was great, all the girls were attentive, the food came quickly and was exactly what you'd expect from hooters (been to one, you've been to them all food-wise). I'm glad they've had some turn over in staff and management in the past 3-4 months. Huge improvement. Thank you! read more

The food is like another other Hooters all around the country. My family and I keep coming to this Greenbrier location because it's less than a mile from our house and because we love their fried pickles. But, service here most times is very S-L-O-W even when they are not busy. It's terrible to be waiting for 10-15 mins before you can order and get your drinks then another 20-25 mins for an order of fried pickles and then another almost 30 mins to get our food. We have spend more time at this place waiting for our food versus eating. read more

Was there on Saturday, September 12th. Honestly not satisfied with the experience. Hostess was unenergetic and almost unhappy to seat us. Staff used to be more welcoming to customers. The buffalo shrimp were ok, but the medium sauce was very mild. I have been a Hooters customer for over 20 years, so the sauce was disappointing. Wings were good (hot and Daytona) but food was slow coming out. Our server was new, but pleasant. However it took over 5 minutes for her to find change for our bill. No one could break a hundred I guess. Basically I'll be avoiding this particular Hooters in the future. read more

I've been a hooters fan for years this is my favorite location all the girls are nice! I love the fact they have an all day everyday happy hour. Only thing I wish this location had was a patio but overall still a great place to hangout and enjoy yourself. read more

Tonight my wings were horrible. They were overcooked dry and had barely any sauce on them. Eric tried to rectify the issue when I called to inform him of my awful experience and was sympathetic but there wasn't much he could do. My night and my dinner was already ruined. Not a good experience, poor service. Appetizers came out just a few minutes before the entree. The wings was cold and tough. I think we would have got (oven hot) Wings if the server was paying attention. A positive note the burgers and fries was very good. The manager came over and spoke which was fine. We didn't accept a discount because we ate the food. Just need to work on service. read more

I called in my order for my wings and I asked for them to please put extra sauce on my wings, because the last few orders that I have picked up tasted like plain fried chicken when I ordered half chipotle honey&BBQ. When the ordered was repeated back to me the waitress said "wet" for my wings. I arrived to pick them up and had to wait about 15min before i could get to the register. They are very busy on Wednesdays because of the deal, but it seems as if they are always understaffed. I feel like my wings are now always rushed out, and that's why they are always so dry and tasteless now. I used to get very good service from this restaurant. The waitress showed me my dry wings before i paid for them, and I told her that I asked for them wet, and she took them to the back, and this is what she handed me. Looks very appetizing, doesn't it? My husband and I prefer not to dine in at Hooters so we ordered take out from here twice after seeing they had meatless wings. Both times I got them with their Daytona sauce and fried pickles.. the meatless wings are so good and worth the price which was a little expensive but I'm not the one to complain since finding meatless wings are hard to come by at restaurants. The second time my husBand picked up our food they gave us regular wings instead of meatless and he told the cashier but she kept insisting they were meatless even though my husband could clearly see the bones in them. The manager came over and said they weren't meatless so he gave us a discount and made the meatless wings fresh for me. Great service! read more

I ordered take out wings on Thursday July 26th 2018. When I got them they had no seasoning on them. When I called to complain the hostess on the phone said " our medium wing sauce usually soaks into the breading of the wings" ahhh no it doesn't. There was NO seasoning at all on the wings not even salt. I will not go back there anymore. read more

Plans went awry for an Oyster Roast Yesterday so the Wife and I went looking for lunch! We saw the Hooters and decided why not in this area it's all chains and we had not been to a Hooters in years! We were served by lindsey very nice and friendly. We started with a dozen raw oysters and fried pickles, the pickles while greasy (duh they are deep fried) were awesome x 5 the oysters while tasty were a little on the small side but they filled the craving! Lunch entree's were a cobb salad and baja fish tacos the salad was fresh and delish the fish tacos were great with a dash of hot sauce. I am not a chain restaurant person and only go to a few with any regularity and Hooters is now back on that list damn good food, service and price and very clean!! read more

This Hooters is now on Greenbrier Parkway. My wife and I went there on a Friday evening around 8 PM. We stood in the entry way and were stared at by the hostess. She never greeted us, and never actually said a word to us. My wife stepped up to put our name on the list, assuming there was a wait, and the hostess stepped away to (I hope) do some other work. When she came back, she immediately took the young lone man behind us and sat him down. I know that a husband and wife with a baby aren't there preferred clientele, but to flat out ignore and basically refuse service is pathetic. Sadly, another decent tasting restaurant that will not be revisited due to lousy service. read more

Horrible service here every time. Gave it 3 chances to get better but dint want to come back. Same waitress twice. She's slow as hell and doesn't listen and we just end up sitting around waiting to leave. Waited forever for a drink refill. Waited forever for our check just so we could leave. Chicken caesar salad. Romaine was not fresh. Chicken wasnt good. It was soggy. First and last time eating at the Greenbriar Hooters!

I ordered to-go food and half of the order was incorrect, but it was not until I got back to the hotel and tasted the wings to notice. Please double check your food before you leave. I would not go back, wings were not that great. read more

My first visit to Hooters for Christmas Eve lunch. Great atmosphere and service. My server let me order off the lunch menu even though it was after 2. Food took pretty long to come out, with our appetizer coming out at the same time as our meals. I got six wings, traditional with Daytona Beach sauce. Size and sauce were good, nice crunch, but food wasn't very hot temperature wise. Curly fries were skimpy, mostly the sad end pieces. My lunch was supposed to include ranch, which I specified when I ordered, but I had to ask for it and then was charged for it as well. Hooters Itty Bitty Titty Committee were working the night I dined. Food was good. Wings were on spot. Drinks were poured/Mixed well. I have been to a few Hooters: from Florida to CA to Europe to Asia and this place has too many A-cups, for a place called Hooters. That said my waitress was beautiful, intelligent, friendly and knew how to carry on a conversation about Lebron James and Steph Curry even though she didn't know a thing about basketball. This place is a wreck. On Father's Day, we came in and were seated right away. That's about the only positive thing... we waited for 20 minutes with two VERY hungry kiddos for a waitress to even look at us. There was only about 4 tables of people when we arrived. Who I assumed was the shift manager, came up to our table and said I'm sorry for the wait, we are switching shifts and my girls are still on their way in.. she walked away. About 10 minutes later we started staring people down... finally TWO waitresses came to our table confused as to who was supposed to help us. We put in drinks, and the kids meals because again... they were starving and we waited 30 mins already. They kept forgetting one of our drink orders... it took some time to get All our drinks. About 5 mins later ANOTHER waitress shows up and takes our app order. App comes out before the kids meals. Not a problem but doesn't make sense. Then we ordered. They gave us grilled chicken when we asked for fried... and the wrong sauce on the sandwich. I will say our wings were incredible... The staff does ALOT of sitting down at tables of visiting friends.. the 'shift manager' who seemed to also be waitressing a bit, sat down and chatted 98% of the time. We did have a man come by and ask how the food was, he was very helpful and seemed to WANT to be helpful as well. The rest of the waitstaff was just pitiful. read more

I went to Greenbriar Hooters 10/15/2012 and paid with a credit card. Evidently when I gave the girl my card she wrote my card numbers down before giving it back. On 10/17/12 I had a charge @ Greene Turtle in the mall and my card had manually been typed in. Credit card fraud happens BEWARNED!!! read more

I have always loved Hooters. Never really had a problem...except this past time I went. I usually come in the afternoon time for lunch, but my gal-pals and I wanted to go for some drinks, so off to Hooters we go. We sit down, it's not that busy and we are waiting for about 7 minutes before our waitress, Allie, arrives. As soon as she gives us our drinks, she takes our order and then sits down with this group of guys next to our table. For about 30 minutes, I don't think she left there side. Another waitress gave us our food, and even asked to fill up our drinks (which have been empty for the past 20 minutes). There was something wrong with my wings, and instead of waiting for my actual waitress to come over and check on us, I flagged down the manager to let her know I needed new ones. Our waitress, still sitting with the group of guys, never once looked up. What was worse was I can hear her entire conversation, since she was being obnoxiously loud talking and laughing. I could barely hear my friends talking to me. She finally came back to our table with my new wings and apologized for the last ones (even though she had no idea why they were wrong). I didn't bother touching them, I just politely asked for a box and the check. This she was quick to get. However, after I was ready to pay, she was again sitting with the group of guys for another 10 minutes before letting me pay. I can assure you, my tip reflected her service. I don't blame the restaurant, but rest assure I will make it a point to never sit with her again, unless of course I bring a cute enough guy with me. read more

By far worst experience ever! My family and I appeared for lunch around 12:30 the restaurant was fairly empty. We placed our order I should have known what to expect when our server Rowan messed up my childrens drinks on top of the fact we had to return them because they were watered down ! We waited for our order for about 45 min Rowan our server said one cook was late and the manager was in the back cooking. Then there was a cook who was not even on the clock at the time holding conversation with the lonely cook and waitresses . We are from out of town and had drove about 3 1/2 hours to VA and needed to make sure our children had lunch before we got back on the road! Sadly the family that came after us got their food and we continued to wait!. We ended up leaving hungry and angry and ended up down the street at buffalo wild wings where the food is guarenteed to come out in 15 min or its free! I will never return to this hooters again oh thr cherry on top was the cook in the back was talking so loud and cursing it made up extremely uncomfortable. read more
