Disappointing!!! There really are no other words for it. I normally like most BWW's, but this one is just not up to par. First of all, don't say you're closing an hour before your actual hours posted. I get that it's Sunday, but it's also your job to stay open. With that being said, I probably would have been better off going to 7-11 for wings because the ones I got from here are completely raw and inedible. Just gross. I ordered the celery and got 2 stalks because they were out, in a whole bag of carrots. But do you think someone could have said something the whole time I was sitting there waiting??? I'll be honest, we hardly ever order from BBW, especially to go orders. because they are always wrong and sadly this last experience was no different. When our order was delivered, we were missing 1/2 the order. Uber refunded it but when I called the store, they seemed surprised. but unfortunately from reading other reviews, and my prior experience, this is par for the course. I ended up driving out to pick up a replacement meal and when I got there the staff seemed lost. The restaurant was empty and a family of 4 was sitting waiting. After speaking to the manager and still waiting on my order (about 15 min) the family was STILL sitting there. A waiter walked up to help and they hadn't even been helped prior! Not a good view for me waiting on my messed up order. I usually try to find positives in a business but unfortunately, I can't here. I will likely just take this back out of our rotation. read more

Came for dinner with my fiancé. We wanted to sit in a booth but was advised it would be about a 20minute wait so we went to the bar area where guest could sit wherever. We trod the bottles appetizers and got the boneless wings since they were bogo. The queso and chips was ok, the dip could have been warmer. As much as we love fried pickles the ones here was our least favorite. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were the best appetizers. Hot and fresh. The boneless wings were ok. Just read a couple of the reviews on this place AFTER ordering takeout. I have to admit, coming early, had its merits in terms of speed of preparation of food as well as quality.. That's the main reason why I gave two stars. But the stars really would not do justice illustrating the idiocy of this place . First off I pick up the takeout menu by the cashier and the entire menu has no prices.. I asked the cashier where the prices are and he tells me it is in the takeout menu. I show him and he gives me the stupid look.. then he turns to a menu posted on the wall and tells me the prices are there. I look at the menu on the wall in that menu has no prices and I ask him where the prices are.. again. He gives me a stupid look. I asked to talk to a manager to ask why a national franchise such as this has no prices in their menu and he gives me that same Stupid look. . Then I ask him about all you can eat morning afternoon special Monday through Thursday advertise on the door and outside of the building and he tells me it has been discontinued. What is happening BWW?! Who hurt you? Man this was my place just a couple of years ago. It is sad to see it only has a couple more visits before I give up completely on BWW. The food is now often served cold and just doesn't have that look that makes you want to dig in get dirty and suck those bones clean. Is just not there anymore. The place looks dirty and dirtier the more you visit. Few last visits I had to ask for the table to be wiped before we sat, shouldn't that be done before you bring people to the table? Weird but it seems to be more of the norm lately. The beer was flat and the orange slice was dried and crusty. Totally ruined the beer but I didn't want to ask for a new one as you never know what happens behind the bar, specially if this is how they serve the "good one" Sad. Specially when my last review of this place two years ago was a five stars !! We came in for dinner and an appetizer and walked in to a completely empty restaurant and still somehow were granted the most neglectful service I have ever received. The host seemed as if she was not aware of what she was supposed to be doing, gave us one menu for 2 people and just walked away. After 15 minutes of waiting, our waitress. Terry. Abruptly listed the basic drink options, then proceeded to throw the menus around to get us to order a bottomless appetizer. We waited 30-45 minutes for lukewarm queso and overly stale and salty ships. Instead of asking for dinner we decided to ask for the check, which of course took forever for us to get her attention while she checked on every other table multiple times and always ran right past ours. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand not wanting to deal with people or just wanting to go home because you've had a rough day. I never have waited until the last second to treat my table with kindness in order to earn a tip...nice going terry. Please work on the service for your empty restaurant before charging people for the "premium" food because we didn't get an entree. read more

My friend insisted because her boyfriend had a gift card. Was jonesing a burger and their hatch Chile burger sounded good. Worst burger in a long time. Completely overcooked. One bun completely dry. Other slathered in hatch mayo sauce. I didn't see any peppers like it was supposed to have. Only thing good was the bacon. Barely any cheese for a double burger. The fries were overdone and hard. I've had much better burgers from Cookout or Hardee's. $16 for dried out burger with some mayo with some chiles in it. The place was ridiculously loud. Multiple parties. We had to yell at each other to hear one another. Pros: The server was nice albeit new. The shot special was Jameson for $4. Should have had a few more of those and skipped the crappy burger. I came in Saturday for lunch and my party walked in and I stood at the host stand for a few minutes waiting for someone to come by getting side eye glances from the few servers walking around. Finally the host a lady with blue braids and wearing AirPods comes by no greeting smile or anything asked us how many in our party and turned around and just walked away into the kitchen. Five minutes later she comes back says she'll clear off a table for us... there was so many open tables and the place was dead. The manager tried to talk his way around giving us 1 waitress but he knew for over 24 hours the group was coming and had reserved the tables. Very rude, uneducated man who rather than take responsibility, he tried to talk his way out of putting his 1 waitress in this situation. Never did the manager ask, "how can we make this right by our patrons or how can we rectify this situation?" We had people from our group walking to 7-11 and bringing back snacks while they waited. BWW is simply a name. Don't spend your hard earned money on a night out just to go to a place that spends the most advertising dollars on TV. Go to Yelp and take 3 minutes to search out a place that earns their stars with service, food prep, food quality, and appreciation for the customers time and dollar. No one wants to come back in for a wrong order. Especially not TWICE! -Talk to your customers with respect and give a smile. You don't enjoy your job then leave. -clean your building and get maintenance out to fix any issues and massive potholes damaging cars asap - don't just throw people's food around.
