The service was slow with not that many people in there. The food was sub-par for expensive prices. Lots of better options for wings nearby, won't be back. read more

I have been to BWW many times, and the food is average bar food. This location is fair; the staff are friendly. However, being short-staffed, the wait for service is a bit long, which is understandable in these times. I got the new mocktails featured in the latest commercial ads. The Watermelon Smash was delicious. I would get it again read more

Had some boneless "Asian zing" wings thats were really good and came out fast. Then we eash ordered burgers, absolutely delicious. Definitely add the grilled onions, they're chopped so good. The burgers have a great beef flavor and not too salty. Love their fries and the onion rings. The bartender, Trinity, was so attentive and friendly! I like how the bathrooms at this location are near the bar lol and it was very clean. We had a good ti.e and will go back! read more

Disappointing!!! There really are no other words for it. I normally like most BWW's, but this one is just not up to par. First of all, don't say you're closing an hour before your actual hours posted. I get that it's Sunday, but it's also your job to stay open. With that being said, I probably would have been better off going to 7-11 for wings because the ones I got from here are completely raw and inedible. Just gross. I ordered the celery and got 2 stalks because they were out, in a whole bag of carrots. But do you think someone could have said something the whole time I was sitting there waiting??? Again, I get that it's late. But it's also your job, so maybe the manager reads this and hopefully they improve. read more

I'll be honest, we hardly ever order from BBW, especially to go orders. because they are always wrong and sadly this last experience was no different. When our order was delivered, we were missing 1/2 the order. Uber refunded it but when I called the store, they seemed surprised. but unfortunately from reading other reviews, and my prior experience, this is par for the course. I ended up driving out to pick up a replacement meal and when I got there the staff seemed lost. The restaurant was empty and a family of 4 was sitting waiting. After speaking to the manager and still waiting on my order (about 15 min) the family was STILL sitting there. A waiter walked up to help and they hadn't even been helped prior! Not a good view for me waiting on my messed up order. I usually try to find positives in a business but unfortunately, I can't here. I will likely just take this back out of our rotation. read more

Came for dinner with my fiancé. We wanted to sit in a booth but was advised it would be about a 20minute wait so we went to the bar area where guest could sit wherever. We trod the bottles appetizers and got the boneless wings since they were bogo. The queso and chips was ok, the dip could have been warmer. As much as we love fried pickles the ones here was our least favorite. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were the best appetizers. Hot and fresh. The boneless wings were ok. Sauces were good, just seemed kind of hard. I'll probably stick to traditional wings next time. read more

Consistently good. However it also consistently is the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Always empty and miraculously always takes as long as if the place was packed out. Service is always super slow and the order isn't always correct. However, they gave us 5 free wings as an apology. Good food though. Staff is friendly! read more

The food was fresh and delicious. The wait times could use some help. Very sport centric which was not my favorite.

The beer here is cold and wet. So is the Queso... yuck. Disappointing experience here although the service was sketchy at first. They have plenty of TVs for the game, but other than that, can't think of any reason why to visit here. read more

I had a delicious dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings! We ordered the House Sampler. My favorite was the onion rings, the batter they use is tasty. You also get loaded nachos, mozzarella sticks, and wings . Our server was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and spacious. The baseball game was on and it made for a fun night. I'm going back next week to try some more yummy foods I saw on the menu. read more

Just read a couple of the reviews on this place AFTER ordering takeout. I have to admit, coming early, had its merits in terms of speed of preparation of food as well as quality.. That's the main reason why I gave two stars. But the stars really would not do justice illustrating the idiocy of this place . First off I pick up the takeout menu by the cashier and the entire menu has no prices.. I asked the cashier where the prices are and he tells me it is in the takeout menu. I show him and he gives me the stupid look.. then he turns to a menu posted on the wall and tells me the prices are there. I look at the menu on the wall in that menu has no prices and I ask him where the prices are.. again. He gives me a stupid look. I asked to talk to a manager to ask why a national franchise such as this has no prices in their menu and he gives me that same Stupid look. . Then I ask him about all you can eat morning afternoon special Monday through Thursday advertise on the door and outside of the building and he tells me it has been discontinued. Again, I asked to talk to a manager and he just says he can ring up my order and give me prices I did end up purchasing a bundle of 20 wings, large fries and a soda for almost 40 bucks Places like they should go out of business because everything I experienced was not worth $40 Complete morons at that place read more

What is happening BWW?! Who hurt you? Man this was my place just a couple of years ago. It is sad to see it only has a couple more visits before I give up completely on BWW. The food is now often served cold and just doesn't have that look that makes you want to dig in get dirty and suck those bones clean. Is just not there anymore. The place looks dirty and dirtier the more you visit. Few last visits I had to ask for the table to be wiped before we sat, shouldn't that be done before you bring people to the table? Weird but it seems to be more of the norm lately. The beer was flat and the orange slice was dried and crusty. Totally ruined the beer but I didn't want to ask for a new one as you never know what happens behind the bar, specially if this is how they serve the "good one" Sad. Specially when my last review of this place two years ago was a five stars !! I will give it a couple more tries before giving up, till then I will not be recommending to anyone or bringing anyone else here. read more

Dirty and poor service. Beer was warm. No one wanted to work. This is becoming a trend at all of their restaurants.

Ordered online & carried out my order. Ordered a kids meal with Asian Zing wings & onion rings. The chicken was very hard to chew. Felt like I was chewing a rubber band. The onion rings were cold & soaked in the Asian Zing sauce. I wasn't happy with this meal at all. The only thing I liked was the Pepsi, and that's not saying much. I don't be back. read more

We came in for dinner and an appetizer and walked in to a completely empty restaurant and still somehow were granted the most neglectful service I have ever received. The host seemed as if she was not aware of what she was supposed to be doing, gave us one menu for 2 people and just walked away. After 15 minutes of waiting, our waitress. Terry. Abruptly listed the basic drink options, then proceeded to throw the menus around to get us to order a bottomless appetizer. We waited 30-45 minutes for lukewarm queso and overly stale and salty ships. Instead of asking for dinner we decided to ask for the check, which of course took forever for us to get her attention while she checked on every other table multiple times and always ran right past ours. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand not wanting to deal with people or just wanting to go home because you've had a rough day. I never have waited until the last second to treat my table with kindness in order to earn a tip...nice going terry. Please work on the service for your empty restaurant before charging people for the "premium" food because we didn't get an entree. read more

I rarely write reviews. Opinions, ya know? But this place needs one to inform the public to spend your money elsewhere. Had never been to any BWW and noted the poor reviews. My friend insisted because her boyfriend had a gift card. Was jonesing a burger and their hatch Chile burger sounded good. Worst burger in a long time. Completely overcooked. One bun completely dry. Other slathered in hatch mayo sauce. I didn't see any peppers like it was supposed to have. Only thing good was the bacon. Barely any cheese for a double burger. The fries were overdone and hard. I've had much better burgers from Cookout or Hardee's. $16 for dried out burger with some mayo with some chiles in it. The place was ridiculously loud. Multiple parties. We had to yell at each other to hear one another. Pros: The server was nice albeit new. The shot special was Jameson for $4. Should have had a few more of those and skipped the crappy burger. Live and learn. Maybe the wings are good? Didn't try. Likely won't return to find out. read more

I came in Saturday for lunch and my party walked in and I stood at the host stand for a few minutes waiting for someone to come by getting side eye glances from the few servers walking around. Finally the host a lady with blue braids and wearing AirPods comes by no greeting smile or anything asked us how many in our party and turned around and just walked away into the kitchen. Five minutes later she comes back says she'll clear off a table for us... there was so many open tables and the place was dead. It took soo long for our server to get us our drinks and come back for our food order we were about to leave. The service was so terrible I'll probably never come back. Id hate to see how they operate on busy hours read more

DONT EAT HERE FOR THE BRAND NANE! My group had set reservations for over a day. We arrived at 10:30pm, at 12:15 most had still not been given our food. Wings were cold. Fries didn't show up at all. One person waited over two hours and he simply ordered the premade desertt. One drink order from 10:30 until 1:00am. The manager tried to talk his way around giving us 1 waitress but he knew for over 24 hours the group was coming and had reserved the tables. Very rude, uneducated man who rather than take responsibility, he tried to talk his way out of putting his 1 waitress in this situation. Never did the manager ask, "how can we make this right by our patrons or how can we rectify this situation?" We had people from our group walking to 7-11 and bringing back snacks while they waited. BWW is simply a name. Don't spend your hard earned money on a night out just to go to a place that spends the most advertising dollars on TV. Go to Yelp and take 3 minutes to search out a place that earns their stars with service, food prep, food quality, and appreciation for the customers time and dollar. Btw....I made sure to pay my bill in full and tip my waitress the full 20%. As for the manager, BWW should train better and he's not ready for his position. read more

I honestly don't get the hype of Buffalo Wild Wings. From all my experiences at various BDubs along the East Coast, both the food and the service have been really hit or miss. This location, specifically, the long wait time to get service at our table and then the longer time it took to get our food was the main issues. Oh, and this is probably an unpopular opinion, but whatever. What's the point of "Boneless Wings"?? Chicken wings without bones in them sound so unnatural! Absurd. No, no..I won't do it! Just eat some chicken nuggets; it's essentially the same thing! read more

After ordering as a take out honey barbecue cauliflower at about 9:30 pm. I found a piece of plastic in my honey barbecue cauliflower order.

Just some recommendations for this store. - provide front of house staff to cater to the customers sitting up front for hours waiting on food or to be seated. - make sure food is fresh regardless of table or takeout service. -check your bags twice!!! No one wants to come back in for a wrong order. Especially not TWICE! -Talk to your customers with respect and give a smile. You don't enjoy your job then leave. -clean your building and get maintenance out to fix any issues and massive potholes damaging cars asap - don't just throw people's food around. All in all you need to get this store together. It was EMBARRASING to see how you let it go the way it did. If you can avoid this place until further notice I beg that you do unless it's just convenient for you and you're not in a hurry. read more

Nothing close to what it used to be. Ask me about the time another customer overheard her refer to her as a 'bitch' while talking to other staff member. Yeah...that happened because I heard it too! Very unprofessional. Then there was the time I had to call the police because an obviously over-served patron was man handling his wife in a parking lot. He could barely speak he was so drunk. Could you not tell? How about the countless times Ive waited for over an hour for food. I don't get it. You can clearly see a fully staffed kitchen in plain view and a dining room that is at 30-50% capacity. It's turned into a very trashy place. If you have a family, don't do it. Trust me. I'm done. read more

Walked in and the host was rude and seemed annoyed we were there. He took us to a dirty table with food and trash on the seats and table. WORST boneless wings in the WORLD !!!! Mostly breaded and extremely hard. Way too much sauce slathered on them - had to get next batch naked and dipped them myself. Did the AYCE boneless wings. Turned out that that wasn't too many because they were soooo bad ! Celery and ranch dressing were good, however ! Fries were OK. Service was slow, but waitress was good when she came by. Would NOT recommend BWW to anyone. ( I ate here about 5-7 years ago and remember saying then how bad they were. Hopefully, in another 5-7 years, I'll remember this time.) I know a lot of the reviews are not that great so I've avoided this place for a year but wanted to give it a try due to their unlimited boneless wings deal on Mondays and Wednesdays. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to so much as take our drink orders, I decided to use their online website to order. Terrible idea! After 2 hours waiting for food, the website automatically sent payment through before our food arrived without notifying me, and took an 18% tip without giving me the option to change this. After 2 hours with no food, any sort of tip is too much, much less 18%! I asked the manager for a refund on the bill since I had never received any food, and he claimed he would refund me, but refused to provide written confirmation of this when asked, and I never got the refund.
