They have a patio area that is nice for sipping coffee, meeting with friends, working, or studying. I'm surprised some people have negative reviews. I've always had positive experiences here and never experienced anything negative regarding customer service. So if you're in the area, give Bondadoso a try!

The front area is brighter and sleeker than the back; more like what I'm used to in a coffee shop. The pastries in the display case looked wonderful, but since we were going to lunch, none of us ordered anything other than coffee. I had a small cappuchino and I think others got cappuchinos as well, another small and two mediums. The small was $5 and the mediums were $6. The presentation was so rough that we genuinely laughed because we couldn't believe it was being served that way. Good coffee and food can be forgiven for an occasional mistake, but poor customer service is much harder to overlook. Hopefully this was just an off day, because a little friendliness and a lot less attitude would go a long way.

No one was at the main register to take orders. The couple in front took forever to order so we stood next in line for a little under 10 min.. we noticed there were several people outside of the small shop waiting for their orders. As we were in line to offer, several people came inside and asked the employees at the counter about their order status. We waited 30 min for 2 iced drinks!! Someone ahead of us was still waiting on her ONE iced coffee. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte and my brother ordered a matcha. My drink tasted like watered down milk. My brother's drink didn't taste like proper matcha. It's a shame because the place and location is nice. But staff doesn't greet you or seem friendly or even approachable. And the drinks are not good. I didn't bother for any food/pastries.

There was also a free or paid wifi option depending on the bandwidth one would need. I ordered the iced chai latte with caramel syrup and almond milk, which was a bit pricey for nearly $10. However, I will say it was delicious and made quickly. Probably the coolest thing here though was the co-working space. The front of the cafe had plenty of seating for people to talk or work. There was a hallway leading to the back room that had larger tables for bigger groups, implying more of a co-working or quieter space. Waitress was kind to bring me hot water bcuz of my lost voice I asked for Chantilly cream on the side first from waitress. It never came even tho she wrote it down. Then I asked hostess/aka owner Tammy. And it still never came out. I asked my own waitress again and she apologized for it never coming out (I thought that's why a waitress brings out your food, so they can also see if something is wrong with it before it reaches your table)-she brings me out a bowl of sour cream So I took the bowl And went to a third waitress and asked is this Chantilly cream and she says no that's sour cream So I asked for it again and another bowl of sour cream comes out Third waitress talks to owner who comes out to me and I show her on google what Chantilly cream really is and ask her to talk to her chefs about revising the menu bcuz it's misleading offering Chantilly Apparently the cream is mixed with something called Melba? A raspberry sauce...so I guess customers have not noticed the difference in the past or something...as a result, by itself, I DID notice... Anywho, no my waitresses fault, actually the fault of the chef/cook in the back. But owner shouldd know what that is before putting it on menu for people to order. But I appreciate Tammy's customer service, coming to me and talking to me about the menu sincerely and apologizing and offering to "take care of me" and my bill as I told her I would take care of her waitress despite all the mixup, for the kind gesture of bringing me in, in the beginning.
