We attempted to call beforehand to check in with how busy the restaurant was as we were both starving and wanted food asap! We weren't able to get past their automated answer choices, so we decided to take a risk and go in. Upon arrival, it was a joy to see that there was not many people eating as well as no waitlist to be seated. We got seated immediately by what seems to be the restaurant manager. He was nice and made us feel welcome. Our server for the night whom I forgot the name of, was sweet and responsive to our needs as well! We were pleasantly surprised by how empty the restaurant was. We both ordered burgers, which my bf had recommended to me based on the one other time he came. Our food came out so quickly, I would say just around 10 minutes! I got their "Eureka! American" with cheddar cheese rather than swiss. Oh my gosh, it was one of the best burgers I've had! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My bf got the Bacon Jalapeño Jam Burger which he liked, but said the bread was almost too sweet for his liking. It's also worth noting that their bathrooms were super clean and taken care of, which is usually not the case at these type of restaurants. I can't wait to come back and try their truffle fries next!
