My first choice was cava, but the line was stuck in slow motion, so I went to this other restaurant with a huge line, but it moved crazy fast. And let me tell yor it was the best decision ever! I had a bistro salad anc the bowl was gigantic, sweet potato fries were amazing, and the staff were super friendly and polite There was this lady wearing a polo shirt who looked like she'd rather be anywhere else, but when she talked to me, I was like, , 'whoa, she's actually super nice!' So every two weeks, I have to drop off some cash through a mail slot. I invariably forget the damned envelope. This has been going on all year and so I will desperately ask different shop owners and people do you have an envelope? Even if it's marked up, even if it looks bad and some people are willing to help me, & most don't have any envelopes whatsoever, which is hard to believe because everyone gets mail. Well, when I finally find someone who has an envelope, I'm so grateful lol I asked the girl behind the register and she said they didn't have any of those, but she looked completely uninterested in helping me as well. The bun is warm and soft, the caramelized onions paired very well with the meat, the lettuce was not overflowing like crazy, they added the right amount of sauce... this is a solid 4/5!" and then thought "Why 4/5 though, what could've made it a 5/5?" And I honestly couldn't think of anything. Truly no complaints here (except maybe I should've added cheese to my burger but that's more of a me problem lol). I ordered the spicy chicken with American cheese, french fries and a drink. Outside seating was very clean . The food was actually pretty good. French fries were hot not too overdone good taste the chicken sandwich was a little spicy but not overwhelming. I would recommend this if you're in the area the burgers looked absolutely great. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Got the burger, fries, and onion rings. The bun was a little crispy on the edges which I prefer, and light and airy so as not to be overwhelming. The burger patty was cooked perfectly, a little light pink and juicy which was neither undercooked nor overcooked. You can select the type of cheese, I went with cheddar and it melted beautifully. The fries were crisp and fluffy in the inside and although I'm a slow eater, they maintained their crunch for a long time. The onion rings were perfectly seasoned and also crunchy and went well with the ranch sauce. The service was also up to par, quick and reliable. The food came out within 10 minutes even though there was a long line. Overall I would come back here again if I am craving a burger. read more

For my meal and a soda, it comes to about $20, which is ideal given the food is really high quality and you're getting to sit inside a relatively nice ambience with relatively nice customers and no crazy's camped out. We just finished a decent hike at Trail Canyon Falls and was looking for some good food for lunch. We were thinking about In n Out or some other local food and settled on this place. This place is located in a large shopping plaza in Burbank. The plaza is busy but you will be able to find parking. The menu has a similar vibe to Habit Burger in terms of the variety of their sandwich/burger offerings. 3 of us got Hickory burgers. 1 side of regular fries. 1side of onion rings. Last order was 1 hatch chili burger + side of onion rings. We all agreed the hickory burgers were very good. I liked my fries and my friends liked their onion rings, them being comparable to Habits. Jack in the Box and Burger King onion rings don't compare. My friend didn't like his hatch chili burger as much, but then he's a picky eater so take it with a grain of salt. Service was also really good. The server brought us extra water, sauces, and even brought a water bowl for my friend's dog. My friend was surprised by their level of service as we typically don't get this type of service at fast food restaurants. I am going to give it 4-4.5 stars, and with the service it definitely gets a 5! If I was in the area again would definitely stop by again! read more

And I've eaten a lot of them in my 30+ years of existence. This is a real veggie burger made with beans and corn and real food as opposed to the processed plant-based burgers on the market now. And it's packed full of toppings. Red onions, lettuce, avocado, cucumbers, sprouts (I love sprouts!), and you can get it with or without cheese. Hook Burger's smoky sauce really makes it too. It's just so goooooood. Add some sweet potato fries or coleslaw and you're golden. Oh and the Turkey burger is pretty good too. This location has nice booths inside and some outdoor seating, but I like taking my burger outside to the new hangout spot in the middle of the courtyard with tvs and lawn games. We we're having such a productive morning, and even if the parking area was always crowded, the space of this burger joint maintained it's atmosphere. Staff was friendly, service was prompt. And gourmet burgers were priced at its usual scale. The fusions and taste of the layers of their burgers were great. I tasted the HOOK Burger itself and id did not disappoint. I matched it with a glass of Chardonnay and it was a perfect lunch date match. My friends had the Mushroom Burger (which is not an actual Mushroom but topped with button mushrooms), and the Cali Burger of course with the Avo on top.
