I truly enjoyed this brunch spot - I say this actually very surprisingly. Not that anything outside or service would award such skepticism but when o search on yelp and google there were really only 3 stars. Here is what I believe must be highlighted from my experience: the first waiter and staff was beyond friendly, quick and yes man attitude to all my particular request and friends when I tell you "particular" I'm not exaggerating I'm that girl - water no ice lime preferred instead of lemon - kind of woman. But like honestly w a lot of my orders and food I'm not picky I'm special lol Anyway, they were delightful and mind you the place was about to close at 3:00 or 4:00 and it was our last stop before hitting the road back to CLt after our Labor Day weekend. Their menu is extensive! So may be hard for some like me that can't decide especially when you are hungry but the good news is: based on the orders we had and some obvious local customers; you can't go wrong. The kids mean chicken strips fresh and flavorful. I had one of the skillets that apparently they make their sauce and pastrami there? Very tasty! Their pancake the regular very good! Prices are very reasonable especially Centro all other places I've been during the holiday this is a local spot. Ambience is very cute dinner vibe clean and simple but the design and whole branding of the place is well done and thought after. I would definitely try the other sweet treats next time, but if you are in the mood for savory, sweet, hearty, or light and have picky eaters.. This was my first spot off the plane and it did not disappoint. That sandwich was cooked to perfection. If was not dry!!!!!!! Execution of Our Order: The chorizo skillet was cooked perfectly however it lacked basic seasoning which is easily fixable, once we added salt pepper and hot sauce it tastes perfect. The Southern Breakfast was cooked extremely under seasoned, the bacon was hard as a rock, the scrambled eggs were made perfectly they were soft and fluffy, the home fries were okay, however the shining star was the biscuit with gravy the biscuit was super fluffy baked perfectly and the gravy was absolutely delicious. Seating: All seating is indoors. It's first come first serve at the bar seating. And then for tables seating you have to wait to be seated which is fine Staff and Services: All the staff were super sweet, friendly, and very welcoming. Drink Menu: Basic deink menu is small, they have a small special menu for alcohol that's 4 special drinks. However I do not know what all the bar actually offers as I didn't drink any alcohol. Really freshly made food and great atmosphere and service. Our server was David and he was a hoot and very attentive and got our orders correct the first time. We had a party of 5 and were seated roght away. Really tasty mimosas. I got the grown up geilled cheese and added Chipotle mayo on sourdough bread. The bacon was real thick sliced bacon and with multiple full pieces of bacon, so good and yet still a light meal. I got the cucumber salad for my side and it needed a bit of salt but was good overall. Everyone else raved about how good their food was. Phenomenal customer service from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave. Extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. The honeybee hive decor is beautiful. Food 1000/10! I mean everything we ordered was hot, fresh and GOOD!!!! Any time my family and I visit Myrtle Beach this will forever be our breakfast spot now. I found this place just browsing on Yelp and immediately felt like I needed to come here just so I can adore the cute glassware in person. We came here Friday at 10:30am without a reservation and it was PACKED The hostess told us it would be a 25 minute wait so I put my name down- we only waited about 15 mins before we sat! This place was just as cute in person as it was in the pictures. Started off with a cappuccino and a fresh squeeze orange juice and took some adorable pictures while waiting for the food. I ordered the Salmon Benedict and also a waffle on the side. The Salmon Benedict was ok- the did not skimp on the salmon which was great but I found the eggs to be a little over cooked and the English muffin could have easily been toasted more along with a little more cream cheese added. My husband also got a Benedict and he says his came out great. The grits that it came with though were THE BOMB- I have been to a lot of breakfast places around here and they definitely mastered it. Another Home-run was the Waffle- easily one of the best I have had in a LONG time- I have been craving another one ever since I left. Went here on a Monday morning, after a suggestion from a waitress at one of our favorite seafood restaurants. She said it was the owners new place so we had to check it out. OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The food was absolutely delicious the drinks were perfect the prices are affordable for Myrtle Beach! I highly recommend the mimosa flights! I ordered the monte Cristo and my husband had some "skillet" can't remember the name and it was all so good! Show up early or you'll be waiting they do get busy! The setup is so darn cute I wish I would have gotten pictures of the actual restaurant. We had quick seating for 2 on a Saturday morning, around 9:30a. Our server, Tiffany B, was attentive, cheerful and professional. The coffee was great. If you drink black coffee, this is smooth and a perfect cup. I had the Belgian waffle with traditional bacon (as opposed to crispy), and home fries. The waffle wasn't spectacular-was a bit mushy/batter-y, not light and fluffy like I expected. It was doable. Bacon was perfectly meaty and not too crispy, and the home fries were basic. Enriching was fresh and hot and came out quickly. My husband enjoyed his Ireland skillet, enjoying the corned beef and how everything came together. Did I mention that the coffee was amazing? We went here for breakfast on a Friday around 2 o'clock. They close at 3 o'clock. They weren't busy. They have a small parking lot. We were seated right away and the staff were friendly. The place was nice and clean and service was fast. I ordered a mocktail and fresh squeezed OJ. I was staying at a nearby beach hotel and was looking for a breakfast spot for today. I saw this place online and noted that it was only a two mile drive from my hotel. I am so glad I found it because everything about it was fabulous. The honey bee decor was adorable. Service was friendly and quick from my server, Paul. My turkey sausage was overcooked, there was some kind of gooey meat on my fruit bowl that I sent back, got toast figured that was safer. This place was definitely super mom and pop. We definitely could tell that this was the tourist Hotspot when we walked in. We had a little bit of a wait so that was an instant good sign. My wife's 2 eggs arrived with a hair visibly present on her plate, which appeared to be a pubic hair. The plate of eggs was subsequently replaced. We found the food to be overpriced and of subpar quality. The total cost for breakfast for three, including tip, was $85.00. For beverages, only one of us ordered tea, while the other two had water. I had requested a bacon omelet but received a ham omelet; I generally do not return food. Two out of the three of us did not enjoy our meals, while the third individual had a wrap. I was significantly disappointed with the overall experience, particularly given the positive reviews presented on there website. read more
