The French Dip
Tyler M.

We were staying on "hotel alley" near the boardwalk and were sick of eating bar food. Found this GEM online and wish so much we had discovered it earlier in our week vacation. The vibe is modern and CLEAN. The food was fresh and delicious. The wine menu was good and the staff was knowledgeable with recommendations. Within our group we had the tuna ceviche, the "Let him cook!", flatbread, the French dip and the AG salad. Every single one of us loved everything! And honestly the cost was the same as the bar food on the strip. 100% would prefer this place. It was quiet and slow and we can only hope when we return to Myrtle Beach this place is still there and can get us in. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here.

Super extensive/delicious wine selection!

I will take it from here" as I gave him the keys to my car and he handed a ticket to identify my car. They still confirmed our arrival on their list and after waiting for a few minutes, they sat us at our table earlier than the opening time and started service. Out of the many places I have been to, it is the first time I see servers all come out at once with a demeanor of "it is go time". No hesitation, not dragging their arms... it looked like they had been waiting for this moment and it could not come soon enough... they were eager to serve us. I had my youngest child who is very inquisitive and the server had no issues answering questions and making concessions. What the server described about the things we were ordering was on-point. We knew exactly what we were getting and, quite honestly, the food and beverages were even better than described even when she was very detailed. I noticed a gentleman who was prepping our plates and believe me when I say, this fella was making sure everything was perfect. We could see the body language and the focus when setting everything on the plate. He wanted nothing out of place. That said, the food was nothing short from incredible. I had a New York strip steak which is probably my favorite cut. The seasoning, the cook and the tenderness was so great that I believe this might have been the best steak I have had and I have had many from the east coast all the way to the west and from north to south. The server came around the perfect amount of times to refill, ask if everything was okay or to take plates away. We were never left unattended at the point we felt we were the only ones there although the place was getting busy very quick. Food came out very prompt, but the quality never suffered. The manager came to us, introduced herself and said "if you need anything, do not hesitate to call me over". Once we were done enjoying our meals, my server asked me for my ballet parking ticket. She said to not worry about rushing but that she would keep an eye out for us and would make sure our car was ready by the time we needed to leave. When we closed our tab and started to leave our table, I could see her rush to the ballet and come back. By the time we walked to the door, my car was right there waiting for me. Plain and simple, I know it is fine dine. But I have experienced places that when you come with children they may not take you as serious or put you wherever you wouldn't bother anyone and even put you in the back burner. Here? If this is not excellent service, with staff that cares and high quality food, I don't know what is. This place has high standards and it shows. So, I will confidently say, you don't have to try this place... you NEED to try this place. I have never been as confident about recommending a place as I am about New York Prime. This is a well oiled machine that will not let anyone down. Great job to everyone who was serving guests on August 20, 2026 at 5pm. You guys rocked it! Customer experience 101 at the best of its versions!

I highly recommend the beet salad, and the evening special was bifteki, which was fantastic. The Greek potatoes were absolutely amazing as well--honestly, there wasn't a bad thing on the menu. They also have a great selection of wines to go perfectly with the food. This is definitely more of a fine-dining experience, but it is well worth checking out when you're in the mood for authentic Greek cuisine. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and an all-around brilliant evening. We will definitely be back. Three thumbs up and five stars from us!

Great list of Greek wines and Greek liquor-based cocktails, and the waiter was knowledgeable enough to make a great recommendation. The octopus is what brought us here, and it was the most authentic version I've had outside of Greece. Tender enough to cut with a fork. The lemon potatoes were just as they should be, crispy and caramelized on the edges, soft and melted on the center. The sea bass was expertly deboned tableside. The mussels were a pleasant surprise - the combination of dill and ouzo made the broth unique and delectable. The ambiance was quiet and romantic. All in all one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while and we'd be happy to return.

Located in a shopping center that has a ton of Parking. Our table ordered quite a few things. For starters I'm going to start out with the service- to be honest it was terrible. The girl serving us should be writing stuff down because half of the things we ordered for the table she couldn't remember to get for us and seemed a little annoyed when we flagged her down to ask for something again. My mom's husband also asked our server what kind of beer they had and she was giving him a hard time and kept asking him what he wanted without giving him a few examples of what bottles they had. Maybe they should get some type of beer menu if the servers can't list off at least the simple beer? Coors, corona, bud etc. We asked at the beginning of the meal to please bring us extra crackers, and extra lemons and extra horseradish. When we received our apps we didn't get anything we asked for and she had to come back to the table a few times before we got everything we wanted. Food Wise- Raw Clams and Oysters- cleaned out very well extremely fresh and very enjoyable! The pisser clams- also very good! She crab soup- it was OK but definitely not enough crab meat inside and the pieces were very small Cesar Salad- (another thing we had to remind the server to bring to the table) it was terrible and the dressing was watery Chop Cheese Burger- meat was good but they did not put on lettuce or tomatoes on it and we needed to ask them to bring that out. Crab stuff mushrooms- no flavor Some of us got food to go- I got the smash Swiss mushroom burger medium rare (the burgers are not smashed by the way) and asked for onions on it which I did not receive on it and it was over cooked My mom got a burger with fries and order a side of coleslaw (which we also didn't get and needed to ask for). We also ordered this mouse crunch cake to go- that was absolutely excellent! Like I said- this place has potential but there is much that needs to be fixed- it would probably be a better experience if you choose to sit at the bar and have some select seafood if you choose to come here.

Notte del Vino - It's not just dinner, it's an experience…read more On the evening of Nov 1, 2025, the last day of a conference we were in town for, a group of us who had formed a bond decided to spend our last evening together over dinner. I had come across a drool worthy review for a new restaurant "Notte del Vino" the day my husband Art & I arrived in Myrtle Beach and was delighted that our friends old & new decided to give it a try. There were 8 of us in total so we had to take 2 cars, the first of which arrived a good 10 minutes or so before we did. From the outside, one would never know what awaited us inside. Once we stepped in, we were transported to a magical oasis if you will. The ambiance was absolutely stunning. We were seated in a lovely little alcove just off the main dining area. The owner, David, came in to welcome us, tell us about his restaurant, and more. David shared with us that they had opened just 2 weeks prior. He also shared how when building the restaurant, the construction crew had suggested a walk-in freezer, which he declined. The only freezer in his restaurant is for ice cream. Everything else is farm to table fresh. David also shared with us that his wine selection is all imported as these do not have the additives wines made in the U.S. do. David told us that Christina & Graham would be our servers and trusted they would take good care of us, they were amazing. We placed 2 orders of the Bruschetta as an appetizer for our table, and it wasn't until it was almost gone that I realized I had not taken a picture. (I did manage to take one before indulging in the last bite)... It was SO incredibly good. I and 3 of the other gals ordered the Prime Filet, my husband and Ruth's husband Frantzcy ordered the Pan Seared Haddock, Ruth ordered the Polla Alla Milanese dish and light haired Jamie's husband Preston ordered the Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In 22 oz Ribeye. Moans of delight could be heard across the table as we each took our first bites. The shareable sides Art & I chose were the Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Ruth & Frantzcy ordered the Spanish Roasted Potatoes, Preston & Light haired Jaime ordered the green beans as did Debbie & dark haired Jaime. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection. Those of us who ordered wine were delighted with the selections. Every steak was melt-in-your-mouth DELICIOUS. And then there was dessert... Heavenly, Divine, Dessert... Trust me when I suggest you INDULGE! Our servers Christina & Graham took excellent care of us, the owner David even checked in on us from time to time, sharing little tidbits and even later a toast. I am sure in speaking for all of us, we felt not only were we treated like family, we felt like royalty. It was so incredibly obvious to each of us, the love, passion, and purpose David has poured into every aspect of the menu, the restaurant, his servers, and his cooks. All of this overflowed and was incredibly tangible to each of us as I am sure would overflow to each patron who sets foot in this restaurant. We couldn't recommend Notte del Vino any higher. It's truly the elite of elites. If you're ever in the Myrtle Beach area, looking for a meal and experience that will knock your socks off, Notte del Vino will deliver in spades. Notte del Vino is located at 1470 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. You'll want to have a Reservation as there is limited seating. The number to call for Reservations is 843-907-2231 Thank you, David, Christina, Graham and Chef's, (I am so sorry I forgot the Chef's names, but I will never forget their skills) for an INCREDIBLE Meal & evening. Never forget the gift that you are. Keep Shining & We DEFINITELY Hope to see you all again next time we are in Myrtle Beach! P.S. I had Art drive by Sunday to get pictures of the outside. Don't be fooled by the exterior, what's inside is pure magic.
