Bin 2004 is the kind of place that surprises you in the best way. Going in with a group of friends and splitting a variety of dishes is honestly the way to do it. We each picked a couple items, and at first I was skeptical about how well such a mixed menu would come together. That skepticism didn't last long. What's impressive is how they manage to cover different cuisines and still execute them well. The shishito peppers came perfectly grilled and paired with an amazing sauce that really elevated them beyond a typical appetizer. The meatballs felt like something straight out of a family kitchen comforting, rich, and reminiscent of grandma-style cooking. The shrimp scampi was another standout: flavorful, well-balanced, and not overdone with butter or garlic. But the real highlight of the night was the pistachio espresso martini so smooth, creative, and easily one of the most memorable cocktails on the menu. We went to Bin 2004 last night for a birthday dinner, and it was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was everything!! Myrtle Beach has been needing a true lounge like this, and Bin 2004 absolutely delivered. The decor and ambiance were stunning, intimate, and stylish without feeling pretentious. The food was just as impressive. The menu is tapas-style, perfect for sharing, with a special entrée menu, and offers a great mix of Spanish, Asian, and American cuisines, so there's something for everyone. We had the charcuterie board, papas bravas, meatballs with whipped ricotta, sliders, Oreo cheesecake, and tiramisu. Every single dish was a hit, and the presentation was just as amazing as the taste. The wine menu is massive, and the cocktails were incredible. The pistachio martini was a standout and a must-try. Our server, Laurie, truly made the night. She gave the best recommendations, was incredibly attentive, and made great conversation. Top-tier service all around! Overall, an unforgettable experience. So glad we were able to finally stop in and try Bin 2004, it is top notch across the board. Every bite was absolutely delicious and favorable, the atmosphere is warm, inviting and comfortable with plenty of different seating options, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. Food and service were good, but pricey. Reception was not. Arrived less than 5 minutes before opening and door was open. Told to wait outside for 5 minutes while they set up even though they had sufficient wait seating inside the door. Our group, with reservations, waited outside for 4-5 minutes. We exited as requested and the restaurant and they locked the door behind us. Very poor first impression and customer service to a local group of resident women tonight. We went there for the first time last night. First, stepping inside you would think you are in a New York fine restaurant. Ambiance is fantastic. Service was great. The food is just delicious. we were excited to try this place since we had eaten at Bar19 twelve the previous evening and had excellent food and service. we were told it is the same owner so we were expecting the same level of service and food quality. Unfortunately that was not the case. from the moment we arrived, 15 minutes prior to our reservation, we were met with bored looking hostesses with little customer service attributes. they appeared more interested in scrolling on their phones than greeting guests. we finally made it to our table, ordered drinks and apps. a long dark hair was discovered in our app and when we brought it to the attention of our waitress all she could say is no one in the kitchen has that color hair. so what? there was still a hair in our food. comped app? wasnt even an option. our entrees were so so at best. over priced for the overall experience. would not return. better places with much better service. read more

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Bin 2004. The food was excellent, great wine selection, and impeccable service. The ambiance is breathtaking as well. I strongly recommend asking for Amanda. She's attentive, has great recommendations, and super friendly. She made our experience special! We enjoyed several of the Italian dishes: gnocchi, tagliatelle, and Nonnas meatballs. Also, the pot stickers and Serrano Ham toast were fantastic. We ended the night with the bread pudding, tiramisu, and cannolis. All were amazing. This will be a regular stop for us when we come back for our annual beach trip! read more
