First visit tonight for Thanksgiving. From the first greeting from Miss Tracy to our amazing host, Lola, this was a 5 evening. Chef Ken creates deliciousness in every dish. Cocktails, chargrilled oyster, duck straight from heaven and a cheesecake goodness. Thanks to the team for a perfect evening.

The outside of Sea Blue is deceiving, understated and completely unexpected as to what you'll find inside - walking into Sea Blue it is dark, atmospheric, and sensual (husband says from the male perspective sit at table facing the wall ) Service was impeccable. Katie was our server and she was lovely, attentive, and unobtrusive. The food was impeccable. From the subtle flavors that made the sautéed spinach memorable to the oysters slightly smoked and the bone in filet still sizzling as it arrived at the table - every dish was cooked to perfection, piping hot and presented as if in the finest dining establishment. The ONLY reason we are giving Sea Blue 4 stars is for the price/value. We've eaten at the finest restaurants in New York, Atlanta, Scottsdale, and San Diego and while we would rank the food up there with the best of them, we've had similar meals at nicer establishments and didn't spend as much as we did on this meal. Almost $400 (including tip) for a restaurant in a shopping center in NMB just seems excessive. We will still go back but probably only once/year.

3.5 stars... rounding down. Lots of things went wrong with this meal actually, but one very important thing went right- lemme explain. The first annoyance was the loud music... which she managed to turn down, but then it kept losing Internet connection so it went in-and-out the whole time we were there. So annoying! Then there was a split salad charge. Who... does... that... still??? We specifically said not to split the salad (we can do it ourselves) but she did it anyway and charged us the fee. Money hungry, penny pinching, and annoying... And then, they burned the foi gras. It's already really expensive, why the hell would you overcook that?!?! I think this was the first time (and hopefully the last) I've ever had overcooked foie. So annoying... And finally, the prices are way out-of-bounds for food of this quality and service/ambiance this questionable. Just way too much and annoying... So we were on our way to giving this restaurant the 2-star review that they really, really deserved... but then they up and served a grouper dish which is, without a doubt, the best I've EVER had. And my companion's lobster risotto also was quite excellent. So... saved by the freakin' food. Maybe they got lucky... who knows. But I would go back for that grouper. Again and again and again and...

Very pleased to discover this gem of fine dining in Myrtle Beach. Fantastic menu expertly prepared. Professional service (also lacking in most beach establishments) and great cocktails and fine wines. The grouper special was fabulous as was my pork chop. A nice selection of meat and pasta options compliment the local seafood dishes. I had a difficult time selecting just one meal. Everything looked great.

Wow amazing food amazing service.....amazing ambience. Love this place The owner Tracy making sure all her guests are enjoying this perfect dining experience. Paxton our server was so accommodating going over the menu in detail and making sure we had the ultimate dining experience. Can't wait to go back.. Thank you Tracy, Ken and Paxton! See you soon!

The food, ambiance and service were great. The peanut butter & jelly Belgium Waffle was DIVINE! One of the best deserts I've ever had. The charred Caesar Salad was really good as well.

We had the pleasure of enjoying our anniversary dinner at this awesome restaurant. It is a very unassuming location located in a strip mall. Unfortunately, if you did not know it was there, you might miss it. Quick summary: This restaurant has now changed my expectations for a 5-Star Review. Sorry future locations, you have this place to keep up with! Friendly and attentive staff, mind blowing food, good indoor and outdoor seating (which we know is important for 2020). Details: We had the opportunity to speak with the owner as we enjoyed our time on the patio. He explained that he and his partner had been operating the restaurant since 2008. Very pleasant guy and seemed very sincere. We ordered a nice Chianti to start, but it was sold out and the owner upgraded us to an amazing Fontalloro. This was a premium upgrade and not necessary at all. Then we started with the appetizer ravioli. If you eat one thing here.......Make it this! Wow, just wow! I believe you can get this as either a small or large plate. Either way, you can't go wrong! Next up, Bone in Filet with Mac & Cheese. Yeah, doesn't sound right, but trust me it was SO RIGHT! The filet was a premium cut with great flavor and the Mac & Cheese is just killer. The bread crumbs on top make the dish. My wife enjoyed the shrimp. She said it was amazing. I can only speak to the very nice presentation (pic uploaded). The staff was made aware by me that it was our anniversary and the made sure my wife felt special with an amazing chocolate cake. I finished myself off with a very nice port. These can be difficult to find, so great spot for a nite cap. Although we dined outside, I would like to point out this restaurant has a very cool vibe inside. It has that feeling you want from a wine bar merged with a nice restaurant. This place is good for drinks and or dinner. Well done SeaBlue staff! We will be back when we are in N. Myrtle!

This is one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of finding. We came here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. Everything from the drinks to the amazing lobster and scallops! Don't forget the cast iron cookie a la mode for dessert.

Came to SeaBlue on a girls weekend. We chose to do the 8 course tasting menu. From start to finish everything was exceptional. Cocktails and wine selections were excellent. Service was top notch, every server was friendly and knew, in detail, every dish that was served. Timmy was one that stuck out for us, very funny with a passion for food! I cannot wait to come back to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely be coming back to SeaBlue when I do!

We each picked a couple items, and at first I was skeptical about how well such a mixed menu would come together. That skepticism didn't last long. What's impressive is how they manage to cover different cuisines and still execute them well. The shishito peppers came perfectly grilled and paired with an amazing sauce that really elevated them beyond a typical appetizer. The meatballs felt like something straight out of a family kitchen comforting, rich, and reminiscent of grandma-style cooking. The shrimp scampi was another standout: flavorful, well-balanced, and not overdone with butter or garlic. But the real highlight of the night was the pistachio espresso martini so smooth, creative, and easily one of the most memorable cocktails on the menu. Overall, it's a great spot for sharing plates and trying a little bit of everything. It turns what could feel like a scattered menu into a fun, consistently solid dining experience.

The wine menu is massive, and the cocktails were incredible. The pistachio martini was a standout and a must-try. Our server, Laurie, truly made the night. My mom and sister and I visited from Charleston and planned a trip to Little River specifically to have dinner at The Brentwood and take their ghost tour. The entire evening though was one disappointment after another: from the food to the service to the "ghost tour". Dinner was chaotic before it even began. The menu was changed multiple times by head cook Steve...first the chicken was unavailable, then it was duck, then suddenly chicken Marsala, then back to chicken Caprese. My sister and I went with the chicken caprese and our mom the short ribs. When we finally did get our meals, the chicken dish looked NOTHING like what was described and it was NOT good. It was almost like they just took whatever extra ingredients they had in the kitchen and threw it together to make some type of a chicken pasta dish. They were literally giving away additional plates of it to the other diners during the ghost tour experience for free. My sister and I both left our plates mostly untouched, and our server Lorena didn't ask a single question about why two entrées went back almost full. For the price, it was disappointing to leave hungry. Dessert didn't help either...no one around us finished theirs. And then there was the ghost tour. To call it a "tour" is generous...and it was somehow even worse than dinner. It started with reality TV clips from different ghost hunting show that we could've watched online for free. After that, our guide Steve (yes, the same person who cooked our dinner) led us on what was maybe a 15-minute walk while repeating the same stories multple times he'd already told us earlier in the evening. He seemed extremely disheveled and under the influence of something. His Levi's boxers were literally hanging out of his jeans the entire time. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When the "tour" ended, we didn't even bother sticking around to explore the historic property. We were over it. We ended up talking with another couple who had driven in (like us) to celebrate their anniversary, and they were just as disappointed and confused by the whole experience as we were. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant or the ghost tour to anyone in its current state.

In general, the food was good and the staff was friendly. During my two-day visit I had two meals there. Tried the Grilled Tiger Prawns, Soutzoukakia, Beet Salad, Maroulsalata, Pastichio and Spanakorizo. 1. The tiger prawns came with four pieces. Tasted fresh but a bit too salty for me. 2. Soutzoukakia was basically lamb and beef meatballs. Compared to Kofta in Middle Eastern cuisine, these had more flavors from meat but less from other ingredients. Served over tomato sauce. 3. Beet salad had generous amount of beets, but the arugula tasted just-out-of-fridge; it was very cold and crispy, lacking the flavor of fresh arugula. 4. Maroulsalata was a salad with chopped (green) romaine, green onions, dill, crumbled feta and lemon+EVOO dressing. A light dish perfect for pairing with their meats or (heavy) pastas. 5. Pastichio, the Greek style Lasagna, is a classical. It was my first time to try it and it tasted fantastic. It was an ~4 inch square piece of layers of hollow pasta topped with ground beef, a thick layer of bechamel, and topped with graviera cheese. Unlike meat sauce, the ground beef was "dry", but this was OKay because the bechamel would smoothen everything. In general rich in flavor and creamy and definitely filling. 6. Spanakorizo was like risotto or porridge but perhaps had even more liquid. It had Arborio rice, spinach, herbs and Kefalograviera cheese. The staff were friendly. They recognized me when I had my second meal there, answered my questions about the menu patiently, and explained to me about their tips (I will discuss this below). The dishes were served in reasonable time. The vibe was definitely at the higher end among the restaurants in Myrtle Beach; plus it was not crowded at all. Despite the good food, you should be careful about the tip. Their suggested tip percentages are calculated based on the taxed price; e.g. if you select the suggested 18% you are actually tipping more than that.
