About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

He spent enough time to answer all of my questions, from how the fumigation works, to how long the warranty will be, to what if some of the roof tiles are broken during tenting. Before scheduling, we specifically asked multiple times whether we needed to be home, and we were assured that we did not. We provided clear instructions on how to access the back half of our house. Unfortunately, they never showed up--not once, but twice. We had to reach out three separate times, and despite that, no one came or communicated with us. We even kept our dogs locked up all day waiting because we expected the treatment to be done. We're disappointed because the technician made such a great first impression, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating. Reliability is just as important as good customer service, and unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.

Bailey has gone above and beyond for us and has given a pest control concierge service. In addition to using pet and child safe pest spray, he has saved us from a mouse intrusion, a SNAKE intrusion (into our fireplace) and we live is a newish house! We sadly took these critters land so it's kind of sad but Bailey has gotten them out. And he has rescued birds and their little babies from our awning. Long and short, Bailey is the best and always takes care of us. We recommend him to anyone at any level!
