First, I must say that Homegoods is one the best stores ever to find high quality items at a discounted price. Love this place so much that I got a credit card that I can also use at TJX, Marshalls, Sierra, and Home Sense. This is one of my favorite locations because the seem to have more than the other local locations. The store is clean and there's always plenty of staff. They have a great return policy, make sure to keep price tag attached and have receipt. I find myself returning or exchanging often to find what works well in my space. More importantly if you find something you like get it because when you return it may be gone and return it if it doesn't work. read more

Great place to visit when you want to upgrade your home look or just moving in. You can always find some nice and beautiful stuff here price range varies from cheap to expensive depending on what you're getting. I went in to find a new tv stand and i found one that matched my living room rug i was so surprised. I was a cabinet and i loved the colors and design. Only problem I had was I had to ask them to tighten all the legs seems when it was assembled someone forgot to tighten them but they did it with no problem. I asked for assistance to help put in my car which seemed to be the hassle of the whole visit I waited 20mins for someone to help me load it. The cashier kept saying they were short. This a fun place to buy supplies when needing to give your home a decor face-lift on a budget. The store is full of items raging from table cloths to small furniture items. Their product is not the high end quality, but it's definitively not the cheap-looking stuff either. The parking is fairly easy. The are located next to Whole Foods and World Market. Great location, nice home decor and wedding gift ideas! One will go nuts in there! It's pretty good. I usually come for the pet items, especially coming from PetSmart next door. Prices are reasonable to average. I was disappointed I couldn't find a wine bottle opener to my liking (easy open). Kitchen utensils aisle gets ransacked fast. They have clearance area that also gets empty fast. But it's still worth coming to. Cashier line can be hit or miss as far as processing time. But it's to be expected, especially weekends. Lots of parking in a large shopping center. Beware they have been a lot of pick pocketing going here!! Among other stores in the area, they usually prey on distracted victims (or distract you w/unnecessary conversation) just be aware & on guard of your belongings at all times and by all means don't leave your purse in shopping cart!!! read more

I went to your store on Saturday, October 31st and was greeted by the greatest employee I've ever met. She was so kind to every single person coming in and out of that store. While we waited in line, she was professional and patient. She was dancing around and chatting with the children waiting in line. No one was bothered by the wait because of her good energy. She kept people coming and going, all the carts sanitized, and a smile on her face. That is so freaking hard these days. She had to work on a holiday, on a Saturday, during Covid, but she did it with such joy that it made the world feel ok for a brief moment-which honestly, is the main reason people are waiting in line to go to HomeGoods on a Saturday morning. A checker by the name of Tina rang me up this evening. I had a return and a purchase which could have easily been an exchange but she chose to do it separately. First, with a very ghetto attitude she asked me if I had my receipt, which I absolutely did. I showed it to her and the two items I was bringing back. A DEFECTIVE can opener and candy which was unopened. She actually had the audacity to say that she would make an exception this one time to accept the can opener and that the are "a retail establishment that can't take returns." Are you serious? No. Your return policy is that if the customer is not satisfied they can return any item within 30 days. I would have asked to speak to the manager but it was pointless as they all act like friends that are hanging out a club and not actually working. I will be following up with that regional manager tomorrow. I would also like to add asking customers for donations to charity for a huge corporation is pretty gross. It's also extremely annoying when they ring a loud bell and scream like the building is on fire to say a customer donated. I prefer to shop in silence. read more

Better than Ross, Tuesday Morning, Bed Bath and Beyond. The parking is easy, the lighting is bright, no junk to have to sort through. The store smells good, they have discounted prices, it is clean and uncrowded. Enough reasons yet? I found so many things I liked here. Let's start with the bath products. They have beautifully wrapped Italian made soaps. I found a set of Ralph Lauren towels, a set of animal print towels. Furthermore, lovely dog beds, adorable accessories, silverware, vases, dishes and kitchen tools. The bargains continued in the food aisle where I found a bag of falafel chips that were spicy, crunchy and delicious. I could hardly wait to cut open the package once I got in the car. I had my trusty scissors stashed inside. were even better than I imagined, very crispy. My eyes skimmed over another section of the aisle. Lo and behold, I came upon a bottle of maple flavored agave syrup. Picked that up along with Cary's toffee, my absolutely favorite brand of toffee. If I can just part with a toffee bag (yes, I bought several) to share with friends at the Santa Monica Pier concert that would be nice. There are some really sweet deals here, if you keep an open mind and have the patience to browse through it all. read more

Homegoods! I'm the type of person that'll screech to the side of the road to check out a new store so I know of what I speak. This particular store is always well stocked and organized. Nothing is ever out of place. They have pretty much everything you could possibly want to furnish your house, dorm, apartment, dog house, whatever. And, because Homegoods, there are plenty of fun things you don't need that are fun to look at and wonder "why?". Today I spied statues of pets in superhero costumes. ‍ Halloween? Maybe. Maybe not. There's usually a line at the registers but it generally moves quickly. This is a great location in a mall full of other fun things (ULTA, Nordstrom Rack, Container Store, Starbucks, etc.) read more

This Home Goods is located in Plaza El Segundo, right next to the Whole Foods. I like to visit it with my kids after we shop at WF and look in the children's section. The store has a variety of home goods from furniture, to cooking-ware, to bath towels, and children's toys and books. I've shopped here for chef-type cooking ware and gotten good deals as compared to non-discount stores like BBB. Their selection and quality on designs for the home are good as well. I like the children's section for toys and books and decorations for their rooms. I bought a couple of nice artwork pieces for their playroom here. DEDUCTING ONE STAR: The one thing that bothers me about this store (and probably all similar stores) is that there is often only one of any item that you find. I have been looking for 2 large planter type vases for the front of my house for a long time. Every time I have visited I have only been able to find one large planter vase that I liked. When I have asked customer service if there is another one or if they expect another one, they haven't been able to guarantee that there would be. They have been kind to call around to other stores, but it hasn't resulted in any success so far. This is the same for furniture items and some of the toys. Obviously some items they have multiple of, but for certain specific things it is a unique find and that can sometimes be frustrating when you are looking for a pair or multiple of something. read more

Just left this store to exchange a 3pack of picture frames than upon opening the package i discovered they were broken around the edges (the packaging hid the edges). When I went to exchange them I told them I discovered they were broken after opening and the manager, JENNIFER, says "I don't know what happened to them but I'll let you exchange them this time." as if I was lying and that I actually broke them myself?? So normally I dismiss these stores as 'junk' stores. I mean, come on. Glass frog statues? Tacky vases? Knick knacks that will collect dust? But don't be fooled by initial appearances - this place is super helpful for anyone that needs basic home goods. Example: It's freakin' freezing in LA. I wanted flannel sheets. I found a nice set of queen bed flannel sheets for $12 in the clearance bin here. Sure, they are hideous pink, but I don't care. And I think anyone else sleeping in my bed with me really won't care either. I also needed measuring cups. Kitchen aid measuring cups and measuring spoons for $4 and $2 respectively. Adorable green french press for a few bucks. And the service was super nice. Three separate people helped me and were very friendly. So heck. Need some pots n' pans? New lamp? Sheets? This place is huge, requires patience, but has a lot of cute, stylish stuff. I've been looking at bedding for what feels like forever (online and in person) and decided to go to HomeGoods, because my friend loves this place. All the stuff was so cute! And cheap! I got these really comfy sheets for my queen-sized bed for $24.99 and a Cynthia Rowley pillow (impulse buy). I saw a chevron printed chair with a storage compartment for $30, need to go back. It's also conveniently connected to a TJ Maxx and next to a Kohl's if you want to continue bargain hunting. read more

This place is great. I found what I needed. After I got a little help. An associate helped me locate a small blanket and teddy bear. Ok I got 2 of each. The bargains were great. The day I was in there they were raising money for cancer research. The whole place would cheer when someone would donate money. It was great. The workers were very attentive. They were looking to help anyone in need. This place was great. The service was the best of all HomeGoods I've ever had. If i was in the area agin I would come here. I recently purchased this duvet cover and after the first wash it completely started to fall apart. I reached out to the store and they stated that nothing could be done because the product was washed and used. I just feel that if I am going to spend close to $45 on a duvet it should last me more than one wash. I am very disappointed. read more

Very impressed with a large selection and variety of items. Including tons of throw pillows, sheets, blankets, doggie items, coffee, and gourmet. I was delighted to find the doggie Shampoo I needed from Paul Mitchell which is 'oatmeal' for sensitive dogs coats. And bought it for a reduced price. Also, I bought a new 'Sherpa' bag which I needed for my kids for $40.00. Normally Sherpa bags are twice as expensive. There were great smells coming from the 'Coffee' section so I bought some Kona Coffee. Yum. Grateful to all the staff who keeps things well decorated. read more

The staff at this store are so pleasant and helpful. I went in and bought a bunch of stuff but forgot my TJX card. I went back the next day and the manager was kind enough to refund my other card and charge my TJX. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, but they have a very wide selection of items despite being a smaller format store than some of the other HomeGoods. At the moment they have staff controlling the number of people in the store and someone to sanitize the shopping carts. On my last couple visits there was a wonderful woman controlling flow into the store, she was so nice and had an amazing attitude. Today I went into home goods and had a very bad encounter with one of the employees on the sales floor. She told me I was not allowed to have my dog which then I answered she is a service dog. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me it is not. She said services dogs stay on the floor they are never held. I will not being going to that home goods again because she made me feel like I had to explain myself and I don't. If she's a service dog she's a service dog end of story. I purchased a piece of furniture from this location and, after assembling it in my home, it immediately fell apart. The furniture had a defective bolt attachment which appeared to have been defective prior to my purchase of the item. I carried the heavy item into the store and requested to exchange it for one that was not defective. I did not have a receipt for the item. The manager at the location proceeded to inform me that these items are sold "all over" and she didn't believe we purchased it at Home Goods. I was dumbfounded. I stood there with the furniture I purchased and the exact same item, which was not defective, and showed the manager the defect, explained my position, and had my honesty questioned. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in a leadership and customer service position in my life. I'm what's known as an "easy" customer. I don't return things that shouldn't be returned - in fact, I rarely return anything. I also expect to be treated with dignity and respect by those who have received the benefit of my hard-earned money. I have spent a lot of money in this store, and in other TJX stores over the years. I informed the manager that we would never spend another penny in a Home Goods or a TJX property again and she was unfazed. It is actions like these, especially when compared to the exceedingly liberal return policies of online retailers which explain why retailers continue to fail. Imagine what my results would have been if this had been purchased from Amazon? My next product certainly shall come from there, or anywhere else, so long as this issue remains unresolved. read more

I'm not too into Marshalls and Ross and Tj Maxx so when I heard HomeGoods was owned by Tj Maxx is totally thought it was going to be a store I went to and never EVER came back again. Boy oh boy was I wrong. By no means is HomeGoods cheap. It has quality products at discounted prices but it's not cheap. Floral Arrangements: ~$25-$40 Pans and pots: vary but you can get something for $20. Accent Pillows: ~$20-$30 Some of the products are pricey BUT they're quality. They carry OXO and Calphalon. I've even across JA Henkels. They also carry Croscill(comforter sets ~$100), Tommy, DKNY, Nicole Miller, Calvin Klein etc in bedding. Great products at discounted prices. Love this place. Will be back again and again and again. =) read more

I ordered one galaxy night light for Christmas for $45. Once the order was processed I realized I was charged for 2 lights at $89.90. I immediately sent 3 emails trying to reach someone to cancel the second light. I was told I could simply return the light for a credit. When the item arrived there was a packing slip in the box that showed the price at $21.99! Now, I have to pay money out of my pocket to send an item back that I didn't even order! Be very careful entering this store. You will get swallowed by aisles and aisles of amazing deals on every product you need and many you don't! This is the epitome of discount shopping at it's finest. I am in love with everything about this store. Except the fact that even though the prices are great, I can't afford it all! Or have space for it all. A few things that really stood out to me while I was there: the house-wheres section- they had the same brooms that were for sale at the Container Store a few stores down for half the price! And in fine condition. The pillows section-this is where dreams go to sleep on comfy, cozy, plush, pink, purple and glittery white pillows! My head just wanted to lay down and dream. The furniture-wow, what a selection of bookcases and desks and chairs and more! And finally-the kids toys section.
